Over the years I've only been here 8 times with a couple different cats... They know their stuff. They'll take care of your furry friend. Surgery can be pricey... But they attempt to make it cheaper than other places. I think their prices are pretty fair.

The smell was horrible and my dog ended up with kennel cough. They didn't tell the second shift there was a new dog and I went to pick him up they had no clue who he was and assumed someone had picked him up. For being a vet clinic I am surprised thr entire building is so dirty.

The entire staff shows such compassion and concern for you and your pets needs. We have had a number of special needs pets and everyone here has gone out of their way to help us in coping with their needs and dealing with their loss. I've never had a bad experience here in all the years that we've brought our fur babies here. They listen and take into consideration everything you have to say. Dr Regme is very knowledgeable and gets you a diagnosis quickly; even making test result calls personally to you. I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm glad we found Dr Regme and his staff and I would suggest to anyone, to give them a visit and see for yourself. You'll love all they have to offer.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced! Our cat was sick and wasn’t feeling well so we made an appointment for 9:30 AM. We showed up at 9:20 AM and sat in the waiting room while they allowed a 9:45 AM appointment and a walk-in customer to go before us. We ended up just leaving after waiting 30+ minutes without even getting acknowledged that we were there. It shows how little these people care about their customers and their pets!

I cant say enough good things about this hospital! Today was my first experience with my dog Mia and as someone who has worked in the Veterinary field for over 15 years this was the most polite,professional clinic i have been in! My dog is a rescue and is terrified of being away from me and both the doctors and technicians were very kind and patient with her. Both doctors took the time to talk with me about a plan for her care on a Saturday when everyone is usually rushing to get off for the weekend.i will definitely recommend this clinic and will be back!
