They do a great job with taking care of my cat. My cat has the personality of an introvert who will stay in 1 spot for an extended duration of time. However, having her stay at SmittenKittens twice now, she doesn't stay cooped up in her travel carrier. She will sit on the cat tree and walk around at time. Having the ability to watch her while on vacation or business trips keeps my mind at ease. Appreciate what they do and keeping cat safe during travel or away from home.

Really friendly staff I love the cats that roam around and sleep in the store. My cats have loved everything I have ever gotten them from here. I have not tried the grooming part of it.

Parking isn't great, but the services are fantastic! Plan to book out several months in advance!

First time there. We were in and out very fast. Very impressed! They were very professional, considerate and helpful. Will continue to go there and will recommend to others.

I had to go out of town for vacation for 4 days and had to leave our 4 month old kitten for boarding and I was extremely nervous to do so as she is our baby. The staff was amazing and showed us the room she was staying in. The camera in the room was an amazing touch and really helped with the whole entire process ( I was on there a little to much lol ) . If you are looking for boarding I would 100% recommend boarding your cat with them. They are amazing!!

I came in with MANY questions after my vet recommended a diet change. Rebecca was patient, kind, and had great insights into how I could improve nutrition, enhance play, and work with my boy’s stubborn ways. Meeko abandoned his previous favorite toy for the new one recommended by Megan. I’ll definitely be back for nail and boarding services!

I’ve loved SK for years for their amazing toy selection, variety of quality food, and excellent service. A few months ago, I had the opportunity to try out their boarding services and I was not disappointed. My 14 year old cat enjoyed their quiet, comfortable, dog-free environment for just over a week and I had complete peace of mind knowing she was happy and safe with Smitten Kitten’s attentive staff while I was away. Boarding fees were very affordable and, as always, Smitten Kitten’s personalized care and service was second to none. I am so grateful to have this gem in our community!!

Asked for my long hair cat not to get shaved, just brushed and washed. They did a great job. Cleaned her ears and trimmed her toes too. My cat is starting to get old and has some sensitive spot and I think they took good care of her because she wasn't traumatized when she got home. She needed a butt shave though because as she ages she doesn't clean back there as well. I'll be returning as needed for her because she also came home happy and without major anxiety. Their office is well maintained and has some pretty cute cats roaming about which is fun as well. Very happy

Great place to get your furbaby groomed!

Went out if town for a couple if nights and I have two very timid cats, one who has to have medication. They took great care of my babies and even had a video feed for me to check on them. Which I probably used too much, lol. Everything about their stay was easy and as low stress as possible. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The staff was absolutely amazing for my cats stay. He was taken amazing care of and even spoiled some by them. Would highly recommend for boarding.

Wonderful experience getting my cat groomed and shaved. They even helped clean his carrier when he had an accident! Reasonably priced, too. It was $33 for grooming and hygienic shave.

Super cute shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely have grooming down to a science and make the animals they see feel comfortable and safe. We will be back for sure.

I called asking about matting on cats. They were quick to answer any questions I had. The first time there was a bit confusing with parking. There really is no great place to park. I settled for the lot across the street. I was immediately greeted by the staff and welcomed into the store. Being my first time at the groomer for my cat, they quickly eased my nervousness. They checked my cat over, had me chose a haircut and style, and sent me on my way. I came back 2 hours later and my cat was ready to go. The staff told me how my cat throughout the experience and I was able to schedule future appointments. I was really worried about entrusting my cat to strangers, but the staff are professional and friendly. I would recommend this place to other people.

Nice store with very helpful staff. The shop cats aren't as helpful, but their cuteness makes up for it. This is the place to go for all your cat needs. Frankie gives their cat grass 5/5 stars.

A cat store in DSM?!? Only the best news Ive found out since moving to the area a couple months ago. The owner(?) or whoever was working was phenomenal and a total cat mom - that energy is so real haha I have two bigger boys and have a hard time finding cat beds that fit them. Smitten Kitten had a wide variety of beds and all at reasonable "boutique" pricing! So the boys were able to get a xmas gift and have been so happy with it. They have a great variety of food, treats, toys, beds, litter, and some fun gadgets. Im pretty sure they do grooming as well! Easy street parking right up front or along the block next to it :)

Great service and great people. They take the time to explain their products and help you get what your cat needs.
