This is the second time we took our dog to get groomed here. Both times was a great experience. He likes the workers. He looks great when they’re done with him and does a great job on his nails too. We will be back.

Didn't have what I needed. When I asked someone they had no idea if they carried the brand or not! Poor customer service!

The cleanliness of this place is great considering there are animals everywhere. The shelves are well stocked and the animals are so adorable! The grooming area is alright, my dog always has a good haircut. But sometimes the hours are a little confusing? Even when it said it's open, nobody was in there. We also had to wait around for quite awhile because they were still finishing up, but our appointment had already started.

Just ridiculous to only have 1 register open and over a dozen people in line. Especially on the Sunday before Christmas.

Great selection and store week stocked. One cashier and far too many people in line so I say my stuff down and went and shopped somewhere else after waiting a while.

LOVE Sara, our groomer. And she loves my crazy, silly, large, overly impetuous dog. Also, does good work and what results you ask for is what you get! Hurray for Sara! Mayla says she loves you!

A pet store like any other pet store, overpriced. I opt for Amazon for pet supplies normally. The staff was friendly so that got you up to three stars.

Having shopped at multiple pet stores in cedar rapids throughout the years I have never experienced a more knowledgeable, professional, or genuinely nice group of people. Megan's information helped us find a new pet food for our picky dogs. Also she remembered me from the last time I was in to pick up some other dog necessities. The gentleman at the cash register greeted me as I entered the store and was super quick checking us out. Will definitely be checking at petsmart first in the future for our doggo needs.

Friendly staff very knowledgeable about the pets that they have very helpful they could use another cashier up at the front they always end up having a long line and have to call for somebody to help other than that I love the store

Ordered online and did the pickup service. It was a breeze. The lady who brought our order out was very nice and friendly. I was able to search for what was in stock for same day pick up. Will definitely do this again.

I get my puppy groomed here and she loves them SO MUCH! Brulee always leaves with a softer, healthier coat, much shorter and healthier nails, and smelling so nice!!!
