Taylor Veterinary Hospital Cedar Falls, Iowa

Initially I didn't want to give them 5 stars because they seemed like they were flustered & didn't know what was going on given the extensive traffic but they were one of the only vets that could get my pet in quickly and after communicating & their quick response compared to other vets, I would give a 5 star simply due to their diligence & swift response for my pet care.

They are so incredibly wonderful here!! They took care of my fur babies after our house fire!! They also came in after hours multiple times when my dogos weren't feeling well. Such amazing wonderful ladies!! I can't praise them enough!!!

They always put so much care into our boys. They know them by name and make check up phone calls after any procedure. Worth a little extra money.

My one year old dog was so scared from his old vet cutting his nails, he wouldn't let them. Dr.Beth & Kelsey were brilliant with him! He's learning the vet isnt a bad place. All his yearly care in one convenient appointment. They loved on him & made him so happy! Worth so much to me & my pup. Thank you, you all are great!!!

I highly recommend Taylor vet. I have been bringing my cat here for almost a year and have been incredibly impressed by the care from Taylor. All of the staff are extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Last week, my cat had dental surgery and I was a bit paranoid about every little thing once I brought him home. The staff at Taylor never acted like my (several) calls with questions were a nuisance. Instead, they provided me with the right amount of assurance and information. Also, my cat is incredibly comfortable around everyone at Taylor which eases my nerves when I have to bring him in. 10/10 recommend this office.

I take both of my kitties here. They have friendly staff. I have never had a problem getting them seen even if they need to be seen the same day as I call. They take the necessary steps for the safety of all in regards to the covid virus. I would highly recommend Taylor Vets to anyone.

I would give five stars, but the Vets try to get as much money as they can, which is understandable, but not preferable. Just remember to ask a lot of questions on what is important and what is not. Otherwise, perfect!

I had a emergency situation with my dog on a holiday. The veterinarian met me at the clinic at night at my car door to carry my dog in. She exhausted every resource that she had to save my dogs life. Unfortunately, we had to put our dog down. The vet explained every step she made. She made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. Also, she showed compassion and sympathy towards us. I highly recommend taking your pets to this clinic.

They helped at a sad time when no one else would.

Have gone to Taylor's Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years. Wonderful and caring staff! Have never had a bad visit. Love Dr. Smith! Have Scottish Deerhounds show dogs and they get the best care here. They know how to care correctly for Scottish Deerhounds, which is a rare breed especially in Iowa!

We have been with Dr Smith at Taylor for over15 years. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how much time it takes. The staff there are always friendly. I highly recommend them!

My cat was really sick and I had to meet them after hours several times and they did a phenomenal job attending to him. Very caring and compassionate!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

My family use to bring our dog Shiloh here when Dr. Taylor was here and we took our family pets here often just got a new kitten and they loved him and he got all the care he needs. They were so nice to my kitten and he seemed not stressed out which is a plus Am getting him.fixed here friday im sure theyll do a good job and hell be in comfort. While it might be a little more to go to this clinic its top care and theyve always made sure pets are healthy and gotten the best chances.

$200 emergency fee plus another $100 for xrays, and medicine. Our baby is feeling a lot better so far! Turns out it was just an allergic reaction. To what, is unclear, but she'll be back to normal in no time, thanks to these amazing Drs!!!
