It was wonderful. My gsp was tangled up in barb wire and the Dr got me right in 12 staples later we were all fixed up. The girls that helped you can sure tell they have a love for animals. I came here because my normal vet who I'll never go back to wouldn't take care of my dog they were too busy. With Hunting animals you need a place you can take your pet for emergencies. I have now found my new vet and they are cheaper too so goodbye somerset vet.

We've always had good experiences here, both with starting care for a new kitten we adopted, as well as going through the very difficult process of finding out our oldest cat had cancer, and eventually having to be put to sleep. They have always been considerate and professional, and we will continue to take our kitten here. Having been here several times now, I also trust them enough to bring in our other cat, a very car-averse/nervous boy- our experience with them so far make me confident they will take good care of him with minimal stress. The other comments about price surprise me a little, I have always found their prices reasonable, especially given the quality of care and support we've always gotten.

Pet Medical Center is so profesional, and clearly care about the wellbeing of pets! They treat people with respect from the second you walk in the door until you step out! They are small but provide excellent care! I recommend them to everyone I come across!

Dr Jared has been amazing for our 4 cats, from treating some scrapped paws to giving vaccinations. The staff are also very good. Highly recommend this office for taking care of your pets!!????????

Since we moved to Ames Dr. Jared and his team have been amazing for my senior dog. They take everything we mention seriously and have helped me keep my best friend healthy and happy.

I just moved here from NY and had no clue where to bring my dog, Abbie, when my cat attacked her after having kittens. These guys got her right in and are AMAZING. They were so gentle with Abbie. They even let me call and make sure there were no other dogs around before I brought her in. Abbie is a small dog and does not like other dogs. I will be bringing my cat their soon to be fixed so we have no more kittens and Abbie there to get updated on her shot and fixed as well. I very much recommend them. Thank you so much for all your help.

Dr. Rosel was very good with my dog and truly cared about his health and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Jared and staff are amazing. Our Vet was out of town, and NO one wanted to deal with our dog's ripped dew claw. Called Pet Medical, and they squeezed us and immediately. Dr. Jared was so compassionate and provided service at such a low fee, I could tell that he was in this profession because he truly loves our pets! He has earned our business for life. Thank you doctor Jared for all of your care and the wonderful follow up visits at no cost!

Been there one time with my puppythey were great but lady at front desk seems very blank faced not really very greeting! The dr was great had an amazing experience with him! My issue starts with when I paid my bill made an appointment for his second set of shots and checkup and they denied me service because I couldn’t pay upfront for the second appointment! I have a 9 week old German Shepard and they are more concerned with me paid 70 or 100 bucks! That is scum bag level treatment, that they will deny a dog service and can’t bill me when I live just 3 blocks away. Will be switching vets because of this. I wonder if they hold your pet hostage if you can’t pay for a surgery in full.

Dr. Jared Rosel as well as Dr. Rizzo do an excellent job. I just received a phone call from Dr Rosel at 6:30 on a Friday night to check on how my cat was doing and if he was okay. I was very impressed and flattered with his dedication and concern. Thank you Dr Rosel!

I would not take my dog to any other vet. She is fantastic with my four-legged baby. He is dying and she is so gentle with him and honest and caring with me about his condition.
