They have the brand of food that my dog eats, but the bigger stores in the area don't carry it. We also use the do-it-yourself dog was in the back of the store. The people who work there are pretty helpful and knowledgeable.

Even though they were out of stock on one of my main items, I was able to get everything else on my list. Really good staff, and prices are pretty competitive to other local retailers.

Employees need to be better versed in the services PSP sells. The philosophy is "under-promise, over deliver", not the other way around.

I go here for meal worms; they're the closest place with them, and they're always in stock! Super friendly staff who answer every question they can!

Great store. Large variety of dog and cat food plus a pet bath area. Workers are very friendly. Always a great experience.

Grooming is amazing, our poodle always looks great and husky and malamute really benefitted from the seabed treatment, but sometimes have issues getting probiotics and other wellness supplies in for our older dog, staff friendly and willing to order it if it is out of stock though

We used the dog washing stations here and while they’re nice and convenient, they have no tub, it’s more of a ledge with a small lip or step around the front edge so you end up getting very wet even if you wear the apron. I figured out that if I draped one apron around my waist to cover all the way down to my feet and then use a second one and wear that normally, I stay dry. Still, I wish it was a tub. However, the store in general and services they offer are great!
