Love this place! They are so great with my puppy!!

Shelter/rescue/bully breeds will be judged here. If you want a vet that shows compassion and understanding to difficult, scared dogs- DO NOT GO HERE. They will speak ill of your dog and make you feel horrible and only make the experience worse for your pet.

Got me an appt. quickly, fast and professional!

DO NOT take your dog to this place if they are from a shelter/rescue. They will be treated as though they are “less than” and made out to be monsters. We will never be back.

They took great care of my pet and you can tell that they genuinely care about the quality of service for pet and pet parent. Will definitely be bringing my other fur babies in!!! One of the most positive experiences I’ve had at a vets office. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The services were reasonably priced(what we expected for what we needed to come in for). Especially the assistant manager Liz and the vet Dr. Mark Bailey. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of our kitty and on short, same day notice. We didn’t even have to wait as we were able to schedule a same day appointment. As soon as we arrived they brought us right back. 10/10 recommend!

The vets are great but do not buy your prescriptions through them. They prices are ridiculously high. I just paid nearly $4 per pill for my dog‘s prednisone prescription and can get them on many other websites for less than 25 cents! Yes, 25 cents! Ask for the prescription and shop around but be warned Springmill will make you mail in your prescription wherever you buy from that’s not them so it will take a while which is extremely frustrating! I am very disappointed with the way my dog’s prescriptions were handled.

The service is fast, the people are friendly (to myself and my dog), and they continue to help my dog stay very healthy!

They not only can be trusted, but ALWAYS follow-up with you to ensure thing are going well & if there are any additional questions, issues or concerns. WE LOVE THEM & give them a 5/5 . Just had our initial exam (which is free for new patients I believe) because my little Snorky hurt her back jumping out my car. Staff was super friendly, office was clean and quiet.

Took my dog here today and these were the sweetest people. I recently moved to the area and was stressed out because my dog was sick. They took such amazing care of him and made me feel at home. Dr. Mark also took the time to walk through all of the results and asked if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a good quality vet!

We love taking our pets here! Our first Pomeranian passed away and they were so, so kind to let me have some time with her before I had to leave her. They also gave me a paw print of hers and sent me a flower the same day I was there. Just kind people with good hearts! We also take our new puppy, also a Pom, to Spring Mill and she gets so much tender loving care even in situations where she is uncomfortable. They not only take excellent care of our pets, they love them. Springmill Pet Wellness is awesome! Thank you for the work you do!

They were fabulous we are not a normal customer there but our fur baby broke a tooth, and it was infected they got us in within 2 days got her tooth out and even understood that she was grouchy old lady and did not hold it against her ;)

Dr. Mark Bailey was WONDERFUL when I could not get my foster cat to the appointment... he allowed me to come alone and talk through the issue at hand. He offered sound advice and some great solutions. I so appreciate that he was there on a Saturday. I will definitely return!!

5 stars just isn't enough! The absolute best petc package, the absolute best vets and technicians. I always feel comfortable here. My pets always feel comfortable here. They take the time needed to answer questions, and plan future care. They enforce mask policy so everyone stays safe. I could not ask for a better vet! Everyone who works there should be so proud.

Friendly staff and are attentive to pets needs

I have 3 German Shepherds that I absolutely adore and mean the world to me, hence I spent a lot of time finding the best vet for us. Dr Dechand and his team have looked after my dogs for many years and done so with a high degree of knowledge, experience, skill, compassion and a true dedication to the wellbeing of my pets and indeed, as a consequence, my own wellbeing! One of my dogs has multiple, difficult chronic health conditions, which can sometimes result in devastating consequences. He is, thanks to Dr Dechand and his team, healthier than many dogs without any such medical issues and has a full, happy, ball chasing, active life. In short, Springmill has seen every imaginable and some downright mind boggling, medical misadventure that 3 large, active, social and inquisitive dogs can possibly get themselves into and dealt with each situation expertly. I am extremely grateful to and for everyone there. I also take advantage of the Pet Prime Membership, for all 3 dogs and it has worked out exceptionally well for me.

Dr Dechand and his staff are professional, caring, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. My little rescue rescued me, so I try my best to care for her. I’m so grateful to have this team to care for my little girl.

When you have a puppy/kittens or pet kid, it's worth getting the monthly plan otherwise it can get expensive

We love everyone at the Westfield office. Since we moved here a little over 3 years ago they have taken care of our babies. Our 18 year old diabetic cat passed away on the 2nd they treated us with love and sympathy. Afterwards they sent a beautiful rose a card and have called to check on us. Thank you for all you do! I love this clinic! The entire staff is wonderful. Everyone there is so friendly and caring. They really take the time to explain everything you need to know to take care of your pet. I feel completely confident in the care of my dog at this clinic and will be taking her there for a long time. So impressed with everyone there-------highly recommend :)

This place is top notch! The staff and vets are very nice and treat my dog (Max) like their own. Max is a rescue and has a lot of anxiety coming to the office and they are very helpful to both Max and myself. I would absolutely recommend this place! Thanks Dr.Graves!

These people are awesome. We lost two of our pets recently. They had flowers and a card sent to our home to share their sympathy for our loss. Don't know of any other place that would do that. Very good people and reliable. Recommend them highly
