I’m very disappointed. I have tried to call multiple times for an appt for my cat each time no answer, I just called a minute ago and they answered the lady was talking to someone else and said something about “her arrabella” and I said “oh hello” surprised they actually picked up and I guess she realized she had answered and hung up on me. So I tried calling her again thinking she pressed the wrong button and I got declined within 4 rings. I understand if they’re busy, but they could at least get back with us when we leave a message.

Just went here this morning and the staff and Dr are AMAZING!! It didn't break the bank account and they just care so much about the animals they're taking care of!! I'll never go anywhere else because I went in scared crying cus my pup but they took great care of him and were super informative!! Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my Rascal Jr!!

Since they never want to answer their phone and don't allow walk ins anymore I'm guessing they don't like having business. So I'm going to start taking my animals to greensfork vet where I'll pay $75 to get my female cats fixed versus over $100.

I went here because my mom passed away and left me with 7 cats to take care of. I was trying to get dental services for several of her elderly cats. I took 2 at a time. They did the exam and scheduled the dental procedures for a week later. I took time off of work and came home to get the cats prepared. I then got a call just an hour and 1/2 before my appt time that they wanted to cancel my appointment because of weather. Seriously, I had just driven from Dayton to Eaton with no problems and the roads were slushy at best! I said no, I had to take vacation time and the cats had already had their antibiotics. They grudgingly said they would stay and do my cats. Which they did with no problem. A few weeks later, the next set of two had an exam for dental work. The day of this exam had inclement weather too so I called to make sure they weren’t going to cancel like they tried to the last time but no one answered the phone. I went ahead and chanced it and they were open but when I exclaimed about staff not answer the phone or the lack of a call-back (I left a message asking to be called back if there was to be no clinic) they just said “oh, everyone calls in at once!”. They scheduled the procedures for these 2 the following Monday. I again took time off work and drove two elderly cats 30 min only to have them say the appointment was never put in the computer so sorry about your luck we’ll have to reschedule. I begged them to do the cats since again, I had to take time off work and the cats were already loaded with antibiotics but the grey haired woman at the desk (didn’t catch her name) said “I’m done with this conversation. You can take them elsewhere and pay more money or you can take the new appointment we offered you.” I guess she had the last word because I had no choice! So while this place seems okay as far as veterinary care goes, it’s hit or miss given the whims of the veterinarian and the competence of the staff. I’m just not used to dealing with lackadaisical professionalism and such a lack of service recovery. Take this comment as you will.

My dog I've had since i was 16 i am now 30 has gotten old. and outta shape and has pulmonary edema luckily i took her here bc a different vet. Had told us she had an enlarged heart and her lungs was full of liquid. And had her on medication well here ive brought her 2 times bc her breathing was getting worse come to find out after 2 diff xrays and exams and blood work and physically examining her she does not have an enlarged heart.she does however have the pulmonary edema and the other vet. Had her on medicine she did NOT NEED to be on and had her on a low dosage of the medicine she did need so here the doc. Discontinued the wrong meds she was on that caused her to feel bad. And she raised her dosage of the right meds 2 help the fluid on her lungs. And even gave us a cought tablet 4 her so itd surpress that hacking n coughing she does to relieve the fluid.and even sent a letter home with us to assure my mother which the dog lives with, that shes fine. Doesnt need to be put down, or require surgery bc her original vet told her if that meds failed shed need surgery and due to her age itd harm.her more then help so shed need put down. so my mom thought she was about to be put down. so the dr. Reassured my mom that was false. And even gave us good news saying even with her old age she was still in very good condition nd has plenty of yrs left here with us and she gave us cheaper prescriptions then the other vet especially since my mom was shelling out cash for a meds not needed. So thanks animal alliance ill come here for all my animals needs. Only issue is.they aren't available to schedule regular appointments its surgeries or.walk.ins and in an emergency its hard 2 get in

By far the BEST vet anywhere around! I live and drive all the way from Beavercreek Ohio, and it is WELL WORTH the hour drive! I used to rescue bully breeds and this is the only place that I recommend to EVERYONE! The prices are amazing and the staff and Veterinarians are even more amazing! You can see the love and passion they have for what they do and animals! I have been to many others but none even come close to comparing to Animal Care Alliance! Dozer (my bully baby) had his first shots and deworming here at about 8 weeks old and I'm about to go pick up his meds in an hour and he's now just over 10 and a half years old! I would recommend to EVERYONE, even people in nearby states!

My oldest Chihuahua (I have 2) goes here. He started having seizures when he was about 4 years old. I heard that this place was good and didn't charge an arm and a leg, so we went. They done multiple blood tests on him, and gave him some medicine and out we went. The only downside (waiting wise) , is there are walk-in days/times, and if you come during that time w/o making an appointment, you'll probably be waiting quite a long time. So be prepared for that. We did end up waiting between 3-4 hours our first time going there. (That was without an appointment) Medicine refills are pretty quick though. But, much quicker if you call in your refill first, then go pick it up. However, staff are nice and patient with your fur babies. I feel like they treat each one right, and with respect. And the price isn't too hefty either. I definitely recommend going here!

I've gone to Animal Care Alliance with my pets for about 9 years now. In this time they have always taken very good care of my animals and when they didn't have the equipment, they have referred me to great vets who continued great care for my animals on those special needs. They have saved my furbabies anytime it was possible even when it didn't look very promising and provided comfort to me when I've had to let them go. They are very caring and do everything they can! They are low cost so they are busy and with the current virus, they are taking precautions and you must have an appointment. My chihuahua seemed to be very ill and possibly at the point of no longer prolonging her life so they got us in as quickly as possible and gave her a good examination where we found that the cause of her illness had passed and she was perfectly healthy and ready to go back home. It feels like a total miracle but doc made sure we weren't missing anything and she is infact healthy. I recommend them to everyone!

They really care about all God's creations!! They encourage and support getting dog's and cats spayed and neutered. Together we can reduce the number of homeless and unwanted pets by getting all animals fixed. My hope is one day there won't be a need for shelters and homeless shelters. Spread the word. PLEASE get all your pet's spayed and neutered!

I will never, go back to Animal care Alliance. After being told “Smokey doesn’t have cancer” I found out today Smokey does have cancer and I have been told either she needs put down or surgery that will give her 6 months - to a year to live. If I could give negative stars I would.

Fine when you go in and actually talk to people but you cant get them to answer their phones for anything apparently. Been trying to call about scheduling a surgery to spay my cat for days now and just general info about medication i would like to put my dog on. I don't always have the time to go in .. But good for the pricing..

We took our dog "Rocky" in today to be checked out because thought was an emergency. They got us back and checked him out really fast. The Vet was really nice and listen to us and explained everything she was doing and what the cost were before she did anything. Everybody that we delt with were very nice. I would take Rocky back anytim . Thank you guys so much.

This place is so unresponsible! I scheduled a surgery a month in advance prepaid for the surgery brought the dog in for the surgery and waited between 5:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon to pick him up nobody called me nobody nothing and they didn't do the surgery! They left a 15-year-old dog sitting in a cage all day no food no water and busting to go to the bathroom! They told me that maybe they'd have a cancellation for Monday but as of right now they don't! so even if you schedule your babies out a month there's no guarantee you're going to get a surgery! I would not recommend taking anything here! maybe they shouldn't schedule so many surgeries in one day like a competent vet office does!

It would be nice if they would answer their phone or even just return the messages that their automated system asks you to leave. Very unreliable.

Excellent, caring individuals. Can't beat the prices compared to most veterinarians. Expect a wait as a trade-off though. My time spent was approximately 3 hours on a Wednesday.

We took our Dolly in today thinking we might have to pit her down she is 13yrs. We all were very emotional. The staff at the front desk..the vet tech...and the vet Susie was wonderful and very understanding. We found out that she is a diabetic. We are hopeing for the best as we work on getting her better. Thanks again

Kept my dog all weekend for a surgery that was supposed to be done Saturday. Had to leave work early to pick him up Monday and I still didn't get my dog in the truck til 7pm. Also they did more than what they were supposed to and charges were $200 more than what they had given us a written estimate on. The people seem to genuinely care but no one should pay for this type of service.

Amazing group of kind and professional vets. The vets have helped many rescue animals of all kinds for many years. They go out of their way to help people. Other customers should be much more appreciative of all their hard work. Intake receptionists are crabby but it's worth it to see a vet that really does care and knows what shes doing. Theyve taken care of Luvabulls Rescue Incs bully breed dogs for over 12 years and our family dogs & rats with lots of love and care.

We've been taking our lovelies here for years. Wonderful, courteous and informative staff and the pricing is very affordable. I have referred several people to Animal Care Alliance and they are as satisfied and pleased with this establishment as I am.
