I called and made an appt yesterday for my 6 mth old goldendoodle to have a simple wash and nail trim. They showed up almost an hour late but no big deal. The employee showed up at my door reeking of marijuana. Again I can look past that even though it is unprofessional. However not even 30 mins after the groomer left my dog was having issues breathing and was vomiting up some blood. So after a vet trip I find out that my dog now has water in his lungs and is now fighting for his life. How is this place still in business? I have left messages for the owner with no call back. I contacted another franchise and told them what has happened as well. Am currently trying to contact corporate about this. STAY AWAY! My dog could end up paying the price for this stupid mistake. If anyone else has has tried contacting corporate let me know please!

This mobile grooming is disappointing. The groomer shave my dogs face completely and left the fur on his body. My pet literally doesn’t look like a Yorkie. I suggest no one uses these people as I don’t think they know how to groom at all. This business needs to be shutdown.

Made an appointment for 11am the groomer did not show up until 12pm. Then the groomer wouldn't cut their nails, because he thought they were already too short. They haven't been cut in a month they need to be cut. Both of my dogs are under 50lbs, and JUST a bath cost almost $200. They were still damp when they came back inside. I now have to find a place to cut their nails. Long story short DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I was considering using their services for my Chihuahua Scooby. But after the reviews I've read, this business should be shut down and the owner should be fined!!

They never called back and I called twice

After showing up late (that was ok bc I was home all day) I told them the cut I wanted for my dog and I specifically said (not shaved to the skin) and his face shaped with his beard left uncut. Nothing what I asked and they cut him so bad and so bald that he was bleeding. Then after getting charged almost double what petsmart charged (I knew mobile services would be more), I didn’t expect the quality to be so bad. And before giving me the invoice, it’s SOOO unprofessional to ask what the tip will be. And then when I’m thinking, for the groomer to say snotty “well you don’t have to”, just made for a really bad experience. They for sure sealed the fact that not only will I never use them again, I will make sure none of my friends do either.

I guess, from the other reviews, I am fortunate they didn’t show up. We had an appointment today at 2pm. It’s now 3:15. I texted at 2:10 and asked if they’re running late. I phoned at 2:35, no answer; I left a VM asking if they’d please return my call. This is very unprofessional. And to think, I cancelled an appt with Petco (for a $47 shampoo and cut) where you can actually stay and watch while they trim your fur baby. I’m disgusted with this company. I wouldn’t use them if it were free.

i chose this company because i used them a lot last year and was happy with my results. now i don’t even want to go back. i made an appointment a week ago for 5:30 and he never came. he called an hour after the scheduled time and said he was on his way. i called him 30 minutes after and he said that he has other dogs to do and it would take at least an hour and a half. i reschedule for today at 6:30 and he got here at 8. when he got out of the van he didn’t even greet me, he just said “where’s the dog” in a rude tone. it took about an hour. he left my dog with about 5 nicks, on her chest and “knees”. he also charged me $90 for a SMALL DOG. a shih tzu to be more specific. all he did was a shave down and bath. will definitely not be using this company EVER AGAIN. my dogs left eye is really red from the inside. almost like they hit her

Appointment was for 7pm and the guy finally showed up at 8.he immediately got out of the van with a choker for my small beagle. When finished my dog came in still partially wet, and shedding just as bad as when she went. He clipped her nails bad enough that she was bleeding from them. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could leave less, trust me I would. We had an issue occur with our usual groomer, so we were in need of one. I called Numerous places and they were booked out for months at a time. I came across this mobile grooming and thought that would be perfect for our dog Zoey. Made an appointment for two days later, on the day of I receive no call. I called them 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start with no answer or return phone call or text. An hour later the groomer called and said he was on the way, I had to cancel that appointment. We rescheduled for the next day trying to give him a chance and when he arrived, late again, I should have went with my gut. I got online and started checking the reviews and was mortified. Long story short, my dog was knicked 5 or 6 times, he took her from an adorable little yorkie to a sewer rat. Reached out to the owner and so did my husband and we received no response. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! I am not the type of person to complain or even give negative reviews but I am so upset after this experience, I would never refer anyone to this company, ever. Even if they were the only groomer around.

I personally am totally horrified by the job that they done. Yes my dog was in tough shape as in by not brushing him and long nails but there obviously was no skill at all in the groomers . Extremely disappointed!

ATTENTION: Any true animal lovers beware using this service. After using this service twice in the past with average to sub par service for an inflated price based on convenience of coming to my home I decided to use this service again not expecting wonderful service but nothing near what I received. FACTS: FIRST: The groomer calls me from a number that I have never seen and when I answer he says “I’m on my way” and hangs up. I can’t make this up. I had NO idea who it was until I realized our appointment was that day. SECOND: When the groomer arrives he informs me that I needed to provide power by running an extension cord from the truck to my home. THIRD: The owner or whoever sets up the appointment gives me the price I confirm the price. After the groomer cuts my first baby (which he butchered by the way) he TELLS me very rudely that he is NOT cutting my other baby for the price that was agreed upon. FORTH: As I said my baby was butchered and cut so low all over to the point where she has abrasions. This guy was absolutely rough he first put a chain around her. She’s a 5 pound 6 month old terrier. She has been acting very different for the past day and there’s NO telling what went on inside that truck. Out of EVERY consumer experience throughout my 43 years on earth have I had customer service experience worst than this and considering how bad that is, my baby’s experience was more than likely far worst than mine. NEVER EVER Will use again. Please proceed with extreme caution when making your decision.

Did not respond to message left to be called back regarding grooming appointment

They were a hour and 15 minutes late my husband came home from work to meet them. The Van was dirty. The cut was pathetic. I am going to have to trim him up myself after paying 90.00. It wasnt worth 20.00. Please if you value your time and want a professional job, do not call them. And if you do call them anyway. I tried to tell you.

Made the appointment which I had to wait over a week for, then the appointment was scheduled at 5pm to 530pm. Received a text a day before saying they would see me at 530pm. At 620pm still hadn't arrived. If this is how they do business, not sure how they remain in business.

Did not listen to what i ask for. Told them ver slight trim on face and they butchered her. Cut all her long lashes off. Charge double of anywhere else I have ever used. SO DISAPPOINTED. HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT USE! The groomer was 45 minutes late. The inside of the van look filthy and terrible. I don’t think the groomer bathed my dog. She is 16 years old and this is by far the worst cut she has ever had. He knicked all her moles off :( after he was finished the groomer called my phone and when I answered just said “come get her”. Very rude! i called and text the owner and he did not respond. Very unprofessional. Charged me $90 and I still have to bathe her! Will not use again or recommend to anyone.

Our experience with Aussie was more than disappointing. Scheduling: I booked online but the original date was not actually available. The owner called and we rescheduled. The groomer arrived an hour and half early and I wasn’t home. He then realized that he got the schedule mixed up and went another house only to return two hours later than scheduled. Grooming: We asked for and paid for a Schnauzer cut, but the groomer scalped our dog. And his coat is so uneven. His fringe is completely gone and his skin on his belly was scratched with the clippers. The groomer even took off the top of his beard down the bridge of his nose. It is the worst haircut. Professionalism: The mobile unit leaked motor oil in our driveway (from the first stop) and in the street for the actual appointment. I called and left a message to speak with the owner but there was no returned. They charge more than most groomers and cannot even return a call. Disappointing.

First time we used this service it was great. This time was horrible. The guy came over 2 hours late. He was unable to do our elderly poodle mix. Using a choker chain freaked her out. She only weighs 7 lbs. He then did our Bichon. He shaved her stomach too close (she was bleeding). He cut her ears and head uneven. Then he totally ruined her tail. The man claimed he had been grooming over 30 years. I phoned the owner who said he would give a discount the next time. There will be no next time!

I decided to go with a mobile pet grooming service because I didn’t have transportation to get my dog to any other groomer but that was a huge mistake. I showed the guy a picture of a puppy cut and told him I didn’t want my dog to be shaved all the way down. When he brought my dog back to me my dog was terrified, he ran straight in. He had razor burns all over him and he was shaved all the way down. I called the guy to complain and he cursed me out and hung up on me. I then called his boss but his boss was no help , he was supposed to call me back but he never returned my call. Also the cut was 85 dollars. I would not recommend at all!!

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Very rude! And they cut my puppy’s whiskers off!! I did NOT ask for that. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking our appointment or just gone with my gut after the first phone call. He called me and I said I was excited for this and he literally, no lie, asked “why??” They were half an hour late to the appointment, and my husband described the van as a “haunted house on wheels for dogs”. I will never again use their services! I submitted an inquiry online with all the services we wanted to have done and when the guy (Jeff I think) finally called me back (after hanging up on me after the whole “why?” Debacle) and said he found my submission, he asked me what services I wanted. I told him what I remembered from selecting online and he said oh that’s just the website we don’t actually do all of those things. ?!?!!?!!??!!!! Red flag! Then they called me day-of and asked what I wanted to have done again! His trim is choppy and they missed spots completely on his paws. I tried very hard to give them a chance because maybe he was having a bad day when he called or they were undergoing staff changes or something but no. Do not give these Unprofessional, rude, messy, unorganized, over-priced people the benefit of the doubt. I’ll mention again that they cut his whiskers without permission!!

Tori is Amazing! I have a Chi/Pom I must say he is a hard one to deal with and a Bit Sassy. He is Spoiled rotten to the Core and does not do well with new people. She takes her time and works with him and has never given up. I would not use any other but her. Most other places will not even touch my Baby because he is a brat. Thank you Aussie and Tori

Lousy service, I asked for an elegant cut for my dog ​​and they left him without hair, it was just take a machine and cut all his hair, nothing professional, they ended my dog, who with so much hope had taken care of his hair, very disappointing, a shame that the evil has no solution, just alert that they do not comment on the same error, which caused the tears of my daughter to not know her pet.

Angel did a FANTASTIC job with my cat. He was heavily matted because his previous groomer moved away and I had a hard time finding someone that wouldn't put him to sleep to do the job. He can also be quite difficult for groomers to handle. She asked me to come hold him so she could shave his under side. When I came into the van his whole top side was done and he was very calm. He wasn't the least bit afraid of her. She was very gentle with him and did a beautiful job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ????

$85 for a shaved dog seems really high. He's never had his hair this short before. I've never paid that much for a haircut for my dog, nor will I again. Usually about ~45 at other places. The only plus side is that it got done relatively quickly.
