Super nice, personable, and respectful of both your and your pet's safety. They do check in calls for your pets and are happy to help. They also take small exotic animals, like leopard geckos.

They did an amazing job with my dog. She cut her mouth open and needed stitches. They were able to see her on short notice and discussed what options I had available as far as care. The cut was on a very sensitive and awkward spot. They did a wonderful job and was very impressed.

This was one of my best initial experiences at a vet. They were very warm and kind and great with my dog. You barely would have known we were there to get a check up and shots with how many treats and pets she got. They listed out all pricing and were easy to work with. I will definitely be taking her here from now on!

Best vet I have ever been to. All the staff are great and understanding wonderful with our dogs. They don't pressure you to buy anything extra but have a lot of options in food treats even candles to minimize pet odor.

Thank goodness for this wonderful staff who took care of me for catching my baby’s sickness as early as they did. I couldn’t be more thankful and I appreciate their patience and time they spent with me and my 10 month old puppy. They were very gentle and very considerate. Much appreciation to them in calling the Er in Louisville to let them know I was going there. They were ready for us at the Er as soon as we got there because of this.❤️❤️

Our first visit too this veterinarian office. We had a sick kitty. Been to 2 other vet's with care for her. She was getting better. But wanted to find a new veterinarian. This place was the best office we've ever been to. Everyone there was so friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They listened to us and gave excellent care to our cat. We highly recommend this veterinarian. We would like to say thank you very much.

I came to Access for a second opinion and at the recommendation of a friend who brings her pet here. The vet tech knew us from working with my previous vet and it felt wonderful to be known and reconnect in person with such a caring person. Dr. Smock took the time to review my pet’s records and listen to what has been an on-going issue for my dog. She was very compassionate and helpful in my making the decision to see a specialist. When this issue with my dog is resolved, I will return to Access Veterinary Care for his and my other dog’s routine health care.

Even through COVID 19, my cat received excellent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring. When I adopted another cat (pregnant stray), she was also very well treated. Treatment plan, delivery, and options were all discussed with me in a kind, considerate manner. I would recommend Access Veterinary Care to all pet owners.

Very caring vet and staff. I had been with a vet for several years and needed to change and get appointment fairly quickly. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The vet and staff went above and beyond to take extra care of my sick dog. I can’t say enough about this entire office. I highly recommend.

They always take time with your pet. They explain everything clearly. They're great with regular maintenance check ups, they're wonderful with special concerns and they're very kind and considerate with a pets end of life. I will never take a pet anywhere else.

I have been going to this place for over a year and it has been a great experience. My dog is elderly and was diagnosed as a diabetic which they have been awesome with that transition. They have taken great care of him. I love that I am able to pick up his meds at the Jeffersonville location. He is seen at the New Albany location with Dr Smock who is wonderful. When she calls she is very detailed and takes time to discuss treatment options. Definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to take care or your fur babies.
