Had my 17 year old pet euthanized there on Friday and everyone there was very sympathetic toward my loss. They gave us the time we needed to say our goodbye and helped us accept our loss.

The most caring doctors and staff I have ever dealt with and all are very pleasant to deal with. I will ALWAYS refer people there, because they take such great care, and compassion for our pets. The Vet does a follow up call, to see how your pet is doing. Just Amazing staff, and care.

1st time going to Mt Washington Veterinarian. Had been going to Shively Animal Clinic. Which they are very good. The wait & having to go there to sign my cat in, then waiting for them to call & go back up there is hard to do. Especially living so far away.. Pleased how Dr Carnes took care of my 13 yr old cat.

The staff is very good and the vets (Chrissie and Jamie) are great!

This is the best Vet Clinic I have ever dealt with in all the years of owning pets! I am so blessed to have found them! The Vets are so caring and go out of their way to make you feel like your pet is getting the best care possible. Even though they are still doing curbside service, while you are waiting in your car they go out of their way to keep you updated. The last time I was there the bed even sent me this picture of her taking care of my fur baby. I just love this Clinic! They are Beyond awesome! I highly recommend them.

Great doctors and staff!! Very compassionate, and trustworthy. My family has been taking our pets there for years.

First time going there. Our older German Shepherd had some kind of ear infection we needed looked at. They had a cancellation today so we were able to get in right away. The staff were very sweet to my boy, as was the vet. Got his nails trimmed, ear cleaned and treated, tested for heartworm, for $150. The dose of flea, tick, heartworm preventative combo which was $30. Personally, I feel this was a fair price for the services we received considering everytime I go to a vet it's always over $125. ????‍♀️

My pets have been going to Mt. Washington Animal Clinic for decades. I've been very pleased with the care and customer service. Dr. Albert always calls me personally to discuss what is gt on with my pets. She's taught me so much about my dog's behavior as well.

My goldendoodle needed to have two broken teeth removed. I felt like they really cared about her well being. Prices were fair and they even called the next day to see how Maggie was doing. Will definitely be taking my pets here for all their needs.

I always see Dr Albert, her and her staff are always very nice.l wouldn't take my cat, Muffy to anyone else. Dr Albert is top notch in my opinion.

Had a great experience here today. My dog was sick and no one else could find the time for her, but Mt. Washington Animal Clinic did. They were all very nice and on it with Abby. Hope she is on her way to feeling better soon. Thanks to the prompt staff.

They were able to fit us in even though they were very busy. They are always very kind and caring. You can't go inside at the moment, but when we still could it was always very clean.

The staff that work here are so caring and have helped me so many times on short notice with both of my cats!! When we had to make the tough decision to let our first fur baby go, the staff here were extremly loving, caring, patient, and compasionate!! They even helped my dad with his very sick cat on a walk in basis. I feel very confident with their advice and treatment of my cat and I won't be going anywhere !! They are really great and do an awesome job !!

I just want to give a shout out to everyone at Mt. Washington Animal Clinic today. My pet had never been seen here but when I called and needed my pet seen today they worked me in even though they had no available appts. They were kind and professional and went above and beyond and their prices were reasonable. My vet after 8 years referred me the Emergency Vet because they did not have any appts. since they make no room to care for sick pets without an appt. So glad to meet everyone at Mt. Washington Animal Clinic--well done as an example that you CARE!!

My dog has been having seizures and Ally worked him in. Dr. Carnes ran tests and prescribed meds to help him. While he was there, young man noticed his toenails were out of control and trimmed them. At his last vet's office, it took 4 people to trim them and he won't let me do it. I was very impressed.
