I don’t mind going to this location, but it would be awesome if they would open more checkout when there’s a line across the store of people checking out!

Its a good store, when it come to the fish, last time if was there some of the fish i wanted had Ich, at least they told me about it instead of me buying them and finding out later.

i took my dog here for a simple cut on Nov 28 instead they completely shaved my dog and didn’t even brother to call me and ask if it’s ok to shave him now he has razor burn all over his body and i took him to the vet which they determine the bruises are from razor burns petsmart told me to bring my dog to their vet to get look at and they will cover the fees when i brought my dog there they try to tell me it wasn’t from his grooming and now want me to pay for the vet visit at their store

I have given this location 3 tries. Every time the staff is rude, being the employees on the floor to the checkout lane and especially the groomers. I will not bring my furry friends back to this toxic environment.

Banfield is terrible! I got three different stories from three different phone calls about my cat. I find out they have not done what they told me they had. They will lie to you! One minute we are waiting on blood work and then find out it was never done. I would not take my animals there.

PetSmart has all your pets need and it's very clean and people are very friendly it's just the prices are so extreme that rather than shopping there I order off Amazon

Dog Training THE BEST!!! Kassie is dedicated, patient, affectionate to doggy, and knows her craft to the nth degree!! The store and associates exude customer service. The store is always stocked very well, which is a plus for a frequent shopper!!!!

These people know their inventory and what it is about. They know where everything is and what is best for your dog. Not sure how their training plan works but they are well trained and knowledgeable.

I tried three pet supply stores in my vicinity and PetSmart had the widest selection and very friendly staff. The prices were reasonable. I ended up buying a leash that I could not find at any of the other stores.

The staff are always super friendly. Store is neat and organized. Someone is available to help with any questions or concerns. They truly love animals and it shows.
