We had our dog spaded, the bill was a little high. But she did good with the whole experience.

My kitty went in for bump on head. Was an abscess. They shaved bump it popped they cleaned him up and gave me antibiotics. Very friendly

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Took our cat there to get neutered, and a week after they neutered him, they called again to confirm his appointment to get neutered... we had to tell them they already did that a week ago. We took our second cat there to get neutered and they didn’t use our vouchers from the shelter, I had to drive back down there to get a refund, and they called 30 minutes after I went to get the refund to say we owed $10 more. They told us our cat had worms and the woman who brought him out to me was extremely rude, acting like it was my fault he had worms when we had just adopted him. She also told me that the worms could crawl inside my other cat’s butt, and I called the vet later to ask if that was true and she said it was not. Now when my cat is very sick and we need to get him in to be checked out, they told us to drop him off in a week. Will not be coming back.

They are the BEST. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional they also care very genuinely about pets and their people. My cat had to be put to sleep and they went above and beyond to give her physical comfort while also helping me through a most horrible time. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff but they have messed up my dogs pills several times. Nothing that should hurt them but still a missed detail.

Had to have our sweet kitty Marlo euthanized. They were kind, understanding and helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Madison Animal clinic for about 30 years. I started back when Dr. Petscher ran it, and he was great! Since it has changed hands the service has been okay but not great. I needed to get one more round of pills for my dog and called Madison Animal Clinic. She has up to date vaccinations so their should have been no problem. They told me they would not give me anything because I left a bad review. I just checked and 7 months ago I left a three star review because I waited for 30 minutes to pay for a couple of pills for my dog. Their was no line and I did not feel that it should have taken that long. Now since I left that three star review they feel the need not to serve me. Makes you wonder why they even put these reviews on line, if it is not to help make their service better. Needless to say I will not be back to this clinic, because I for one do not think this makes them look or sound very professional. Not to mention, that they are vets that are suppose to help animals, not turn them away because they got their feelings hurt.

I had a very sick male cat that had a uti blockage. He was laying inside his litter box and couldn’t move. I called every vet in town and no one could get me in within hours except these guys. I rushed my cat down an hour early and Joy took him in right away. They did immediate surgery on him right away and saved his life. Joy Barron is very knowledgeable with animals and explained the situation with me and what I need to going forward. The staff was very friendly and called me to let me know how my cat was doing after surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

COVID has affected a lot of people in many ways but thankful that Madison Animal Clinic has taken people’s health into consideration by staying open to help sick pets, and also being safe in doing so. The staff and vet are amazing, highly recommend! I also encourage people if going to be patient with the receptionists, as it gets busy in the afternoons and they seem to try their best to take care of all clients!

I've never been to a more caring Vet in my life. The staff here is amazing. I've never been rushed, answer all my questions clearly and have gone out of their way to help me in hard times. I'm very grateful to have such a wonderful team there to take my "kids". Would give them 100 stars if I could.

The veterinarian Joy Barron is one of the best in the business. She and her staff are compassionate, knowledgeable and ready to help. I have been going since Joys dad Doc John Petcher was the vet. It's a great place to take your animals.
