Everyone is so friendly and my furry baby is always so excited when we pull up. He loves it!

This is a wonderful place! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have done a wonderful job of keeping everyone safe during Covid. My dog is very happy at The Pet Station.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient! I love it when they send daily pictures of Solomon cuddling with staff. Makes me know he’s being loved on! We feel Solomon gets the best of care while staying at the Pet Resort!

Stacy did a great job with my terriers. They were sadly overdue for grooming due to ones' surgery and Covid 19. Both now have great haircuts! Stacy kept me updated during the grooming process with suggestions and any issues she encountered. Very professional and completely satisfied!

I've had some bad experiences with other local boarders for my furkids and was concerned I may come across that with The Pet Station, but it was absolutely wonderful. The facility is clean and modern, the outdoor areas are pretty spacious and clean, there is no " dog" smells. I felt the staff actually cared about their jobs and the care of the animals, everyone was very professional and kind and asked all the right questions and additional questions I hadn't thought of for the care of my furkids. I would definitely recommend using them and will continue to use them in the future.

The Pet Station is my dog's home away from home: she loves playing in Daycation or boarding there! I started taking her to Daycation 3 days/week when she was about 7 months old. Her participation in Daycation helped to socialize her with other dogs and learn to listen to the coach's commands. She absolutely loves going to Daycation and I don't feel guilty working from home and not taking her out for multiple walks. It is a great program and well worth the expense. I've also boarded my dog when I've been out of town or in 2020 had a major surgery. The longest she's been boarded is 2 weeks but I could rest easy knowing she was in great hands and happy to be there. I appreciate the feedback from the entire team, especially the pictures and videos of Daycation play groups. It's fun to see what my dog has been doing while at The Pet Station. If you are a dog owner and looking for a clean, quality, enriching place for your dog to play or to board, look no further! I highly recommend The Pet Station and appreciate the hard work by the entire team.

Our dogs stayed here for 10 days. When we picked them up, one had a bad UTI and no one noticed. We will never take our dogs back there again. Way too much money for such poor attention.

The Pet Station has the best groomer (Sarah) in Louisville. Thanks for doing such an "Awesome" job.????

We absolutely love having our 1 1/2 year old vizsla Griffin spend quality time at Pet Station! He is always excited to go and play and he’s socializing with other dogs and learning. Correspondence is always quick and the people are wonderful. Such a beautiful facility with people who seem to really love the “clients” they work with. I’d recommend them. They are awesome!

The staff is AMAZING, you can tell their animal people and that's important to me, Sammy runs right up to them. This place is AWESOME, this is the only place my dog (Sammy - English Bulldog) is going to stay.

First time boarding my pet at Pet Station. The facility is pristine and staff is amazing. Loved the daily pics. It was worth being on a waiting list for my dog to receive excellent care.

We were kept informed every step of the way as well as videos of the training and daily pics of our Harley. Ashley was fantastic and you can see she is very vested in the welfare of our dog. I would highly recommend your services. Thank you for taking great care of our baby boy! ????????❤

Got pictures of my Dogs every day they were there, got one of them groomed while they were boarded, Grooming was excellent! 10/10 recommend this place, and will be using them again for boarding and grooming!

They must be doing something right my dog can't wait to get there and he comes home exhausted from having so much fun. Love seeing the photos and videos.

We are very pleased with the care Gracie receives during her stays at Pet Station Country Club. I always look forward to receiving the daily pictures of her. The Country Club is a little more expensive than what we’ve paid in the past but is well worth it knowing she is well taken care of. The staff really seem to care about the pets and their people. Thank you for caring for our fur baby.

This was the second time that I boarded my dogs at Pet Station. I received pictures daily of my dogs and they always looked like they were having a good time. They always reach out to let you know what’s going on and communication is wonderful. I signed one of my dogs up for the pool/splash area and she wasn’t very confident so they let me know how she was doing and even brought my other dog out with her to help her. I feel really comfortable leaving my dogs there. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming!

Ashley the trainer is amazing with animals. She loved our girls and did a wonderful job with them. We would never take them anywhere else. Kim did their grooms while they were there and they look awesome. No nicks or sores. We couldn't be happier!

The staff there is great! We got a picture of our Chloe girl everyday. She was well taken care of. Highly recommend. UPDATE: They are still as amazing now as they were two years ago. They a great with our dogs Chloe and Chunk! And they enjoy it too as you can see by the pictures :)

Our dog Abby loves it here! The staff knows her by name and treats her so well. We never worry when we are away.
