We have been going to Plantation Animal Clinic for over 10 years. All of the staff is caring and professional. I know my dogs are in great hands!

Customer service here is perfection! Everyone from the front desk to the veterinarian were so kind to my fur babies and treated them like their own. Everyone just seemed so happy to be there and that really is a rare thing to see now a days at places of business. Keep being awesome ????

Cancel appointments with less than 1 day notice. If dealing with emergency don't call to change appointment just let you sit in the car in 90 degree weather. There are much better vets in town than this highly unprofessional business.

They are just amazing, excellent customer service and they love my puppy.

I was treated with so much respect, patience, knowledge and warmth. My horses and dog where well taken care of and loved by the office staff and the vet...great prices and a clean warm environment..I will be using them for all my animals in the future

Have been taking my Cocker to them since he was a pup. All the staff treat him well and never have a problem getting him to go for a checkup or to board. Knowledgeable Dr's who give good advice on treatments and choices when possible. Highly recommend.

Dr Elizabeth Bond and her staff are the best. My cats have been treated here for regular check ups and also emergency treatment when necessary. They have always been treated with sincere caring and patience. Dr Bond and staff have always been clear and patient answering my questions and concerns.

Very great vet and staff

I came here based on a friend's recommendation because I was not happy with my previous vet. I was so impressed with Dr. Kleinhelter and her kindness and attentiveness to my Yorkie. He is 13 years old and had been having seizures. Because of his age, I did not want to run extensive and expensive tests to diagnose something that could not be fixed without surgery. I told her this up front and she was very agreeable and considerate in all that she did. She told me the cost of everything up front, and as we went along. She asked me to call her in a couple of days and let her know how he was doing, which I did. She and her staff were the most welcoming, friendliest, most caring staff I have ever encountered in any doctor's office. They truly do care about your pet and they handle them with the utmost care and sensitivity. Oh, and on top of all this, I got a card in the mail a couple of days after my visit welcoming me to their practice, signed with personal notes from each of the staff. Now that's customer service at its best!

I just moved to louisville from Indianapolis and was looking for a new vet to care for my dog Dublin. I found Plantation Animal Clinic off google and saw all the amazing reviews for them, So I made an appointment. The google reviews did NOT lie. Dr. K is absolutely amazing and the whole staff from the time you walk in to when you leave are just so caring and you can tell that they really love what they do. I'm so pleased with them and I am forever grateful that I found them! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
