This vets office is amazing! Very easy and convenient right off the highway. Clean inside and out. Great value and the bedside manner cannot be beat! They go above and beyond to take care of my fur baby and I appreciate them wholeheartedly!

DVM, techs, staff were all terrific. It still having some of the features of the bank that existed there before is a cool feature, but I'll be back because they were great folks. Dog didn't die - also a plus.

Everyone here is so patient and attentive. I have gone through a lot with my cat in the last 6 months and they have helped me every step of the way. Even tolerating a crazy cat mom! Could not recommend them more!

Got there a full 13 minutes before 5pm closing. Drove across town...needed just a bottle of Epicure and a box of Heart guard....all in all...over !100 purchase. I had to knock on the glass for 5 minutes before I was told through the glass that they were shutting down and I have to come back. Tomorrow. Nice. Then she turned around and walked away....thus just seconds of letting another customer out with what looked like a prescription. Thanks for the effort. I will be back tomorrow..to PICK UP BOTH DOGS MEDICAL RECORDS SO I CAN GO ELSEWHERE WHERE MY HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS ARE NEEDED...AND THAT I can get service during business hours.

We are transplants from another city. We have been in louisville for 3 years. The very first thing I did was size up and locate a VET for my dog who is now a retired therapy animal. I looked at quite a few places. I went with Brownsboro Animal Clinic. I am glad I did. Dr. Moody and the entire staff are some of the most loving, authentic, caring people. My Dog is well taken care of and Dr. Moody has earned my trust. He genuinely loves my Dog. The staff makes us feel so special and cared for. EVERYTIME WE GO! No one likes to have a sick pet. But when they are, you want to know the people care about them and not how much money you are going to spend. Brownsboro Animal Clinic is a rare breed clinic. Dr. Moody runs test he "has" run. There is nothing I am concerned with he does not address. Thank you Dr. Moody and Staff for loving us and always listening to me! Our 14-year-old shih tzu, Nala, only had 3 appointments with Dr. Moody, but during all three he and his staff were kind, helpful, professional, and informative. Kim specifically was a huge help whenever I called their office in various states of distress about our dog's health. They answered my one thousand questions patiently and were so good to us when it came time to say goodbye. Since we can't give them our business anymore, I'll recommend them to anyone who asks for a vet.

I've been taking my dog here for years, Dr Moody and his staff are excellent!

They are high. My brother called to see how much it was going to cost. They gave him a lower price. We get there and they tried to get more money. But the girl was there and admitted her mistake. They honored it but wasn't happy about it.

They were not specific on there address. Let us know what area they are. Other than that they quoted $17dollars. And when we got there they wanted $48. But did the right thing an honored that. So I give them a 2.

By far the best Vet we have ever had. Dr Moody always takes the best care of our dog. Judy is a delight to interact with. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely love Dr Moody and the staff! They are the best veterinarian office by far in Louisville. Even though I’ve moved away I still call to get their advice over the vets here in Cleveland. Planning on driving back 6 hours to get our younger puppy spayed when she is due for it. Don’t hesitate at all... they are the BEST out there! They are truly missed by our dogs and gave us great comfort while we took our dogs there.

I was looking around for a fair price vet with great service in east end of Louisville. I had Brownsboro Animal Clinic recommended to me by a friend. Service is awesome, they work with you on appointments and the pricing is more than fair. Blake and his staff treat my pets like they are his own, and that is why I trust bringing them there. Awesome prices with awesome service, what more could you ask for.

We came here after being unhappy with our old vet. They got my puppy and I in right away and made everything so smooth. The vet really listens and cares about what you are saying. I loved it!
