Love this place and so does charlie. Its price affordable, staff is very knowledgeable, and they are the go to for when something is wrong with your cat or dog!!

Manager Megan was more than happy tp resolve our issues. Very professional and top notch at customer service. Regained our business and confidence in Pet Smart. Rate her 10 out of 10!

The staff is AMAZING!!!! Brought my Samael in for his neuter they took excellent care of him. The surgeon even called me personally to tell me how it went. He was ready to play when he got home.... But, mommy says nope. I love these people. They care for your pet like their own. Thanks again y'all.

Took Louie in for his 8-week exam on 10/21 and vaccinations, he was born 8/21. Lou comes from a line of AKC registered Weimaraner’s so upon dropping him off I gave them the birth record to ensure they had all the information they could possibly need being that this was his first visit there and he’d already had a one round of shots. After his exam I get a call from the doctor stating that Louie was in good health and everything checked out fine - did note that there were a small group of fleas found and recommended treatment (simparica), to which I agreed. As I’m picking Lou up from his exam, I elect to have his medical records sent to my email instead of printing the hard copy. They spend so much time talking about the care package subscription that I have to remind them that his collar is missing and I need his birth records back (this information was also given to me in detail when I dropped him off). After I get home and look at the medical records that were emailed to me, I notice that they didn’t mention anything to me about the other “findings” (see photo of document) during his exam. I call back to try and get more information and the receptionist says, “oh that’s just a part of the report, the doctor said everything was fine.” I clarify that I would like to know what skin injury and dental issue is it that Louie has, the next response is, “hold on, let me ask the doctor.” I waited on hold for upwards of 20mins, no one ever came back to the phone. After giving Louie the flea medicine, he’s been itching worse than before, I wonder if he’s allergic but the next available appt there isn’t until November. I will be taking Louie to first available veterinarian, and it surely won’t be Banfield. This place only seems to care about how many subscribers they can sign up and not so much about the care of your pet. Not one suggestion was made on what to look out for, training tips, diet options, NOTHING, they made sure I knew about the care plan purchase options though.

Even with a vets prescription for FOOD, if its in petsmart cant sell it if Banfield people not not working.They should keep same hours

Banfield is awesome! The wellness plans save 1000s through discounts and by helping to spread out veterinary care over the year. Spaying and neutering are affordable and staff send reminders about shots / preventative care required throughout the year. Even in these tough times, they're available and easy to schedule. I can easily view payment histories on the app, get a breakdown of all charges every visit, and can transfer my account to another location if I move. What's now is it's simple to have any vet records needed for boarding, grooming or other services printed out or emailed easily. PetSmart also offers these services in house. They're nationwide and highly rated for a reason! In the past with private vet I have paid more and had to deal with less transparency or heart.

They make you drop off your pet the whole day in order to take care of then, all the time they are in a hurry. Go to another hospital.

I take my dog Brutus there to get his nails done. They suddenly stopped taking dogs just for nail trims. Plus he was in and out way too fast. Everywhere else takes 3 times longer and knowing my dog there is no way they could go that fast unless they had no regard for my dog's severe anxiety over getting a nail trim.

Always happy to take my fur babies to the wonderful group of people at Banfield Hospital . As a truck driver and a dog Momma it is important to me to have pet care as we need ut across the country and Pet Smart and Banfield offer that to us.

Banfield on Hurstbourne got my dog in fast. Friendly there too. Banfield on Outer Loop is friendly, but harder to get into. Pricey though, even on the plan.

I liked that I was able to get in quickly. However, I felt as if I spent more time discussing signing up for a Banfield Wellness plan than discussing the health of my puppy. This is my first puppy. I thought that surely they would provide me with important information about carrying for my not quit 8 week old puppy. What food he should be eating, what to expect, etc. I left with no more information about his care, than when I got there. I don't even know how much he weighs. I assume he had no issues. I provided Banfield with the only documents that I received when I got my puppy. They kept them. When I left, I thought that my documents were included in the paperwork that I received from Banfield. That was approximately a week ago. My puppy seems to be having some bowel issues and he scratches his left ear and/or neck, quite often.

They have been good to four of my babies and many strays I've fostered and I've sent quit few friends there The Doc she's good staffs good and prices are low and they don't do anything w out letting you know what pricing is! I truly can't say enough and I've been going there few years now!

Looking for a new family member but the cat adoption from this store was outrageous $125 per cat and the one I wanted didn't have her rabies shots yet I will wait thank you so much
