Took very good care of my congested kitty.

After a brief stay a boarding kennel, my dog developed kennel cough. My regular vet could not see him till the next day so I called Anchorage Animal Hospital. Not only was he given excellent care, the veterinarian allowed the staff to overbook her already busy schedule. A great caring professional staff. 5 stars for everyone at Anchorage Animal Hospital. Highly recommend them.

This practice is exceptional to say the least. We have been taking our animals there for well over a decade and the staff has always been professional and thorough. They do well in communicating every step of the way in your animal’s treatment. We are grateful to have our pets cared for by talented and compassionate humans who truly love animals and don’t just see you as a client and a dollar sign. Thank you from all of our 4 legged babies!!!

Dr. Gaines is amazing and all of his staff are wonderful! I always know my pets are in the best hands at Anchorage Animal Hospital. Their online pharmacy is really great too, you can even set up recurring shipments so you never lose track of your pet's meds.

We are very happy with Anchorage. A very caring staff and excellent vets. We've had some serious medical needs and they do not talk over your head about what's going on. They call you the next day to see how your pet is doing. We love them!

These Doctors and Vet Techs are amazing. They show they care about your fur child. I'm so thankful for everything they are doing for my Bear Bear to keep her feeling as good as an old lady cat can.

Friendly yet expensive. Make sure you 100% know for sure what you want and what you are getting before you go. They ended up giving one of my dogs 2 shots he didnt need but I still had to pay for.

Dr. Gaines and all of the staff members have always been concerned about our fur babies and have always taken really good care of them to ensure their best health. Everyone is very professional. Anytime there have been concerns for any of our fur babies Dr. Gaines has been able to put our minds at ease. We have had a relationship with Dr. Gaines and his staff for over 25 years. We have never even considered using another veterinary care services.

Dr. Keith Gaines is extremely thorough, very attentive to the concerns of pet owners, and an exceptional communicator. Unfortunately, not all vets take pet illnesses seriously, but this is not the case with Dr. Gaines, he does complete examinations, asks appropriate questions and orders the right tests to determine a correct diagnosis.Of the many vets we have dealt with over they years we highly recommend Dr. Gains and the Anchorage Animal Hospital.

Love, love, love this clinic and all about it. We know Dr. Gaines since 1996. Caring, knowledgeable, down-to-earth doctor and staff and of course, the fantastic Mr. Pickle. Love Dr. Snyder too. Jean and Camille always give us good information and explain everything. I highly recommend.

Anchorage animal hospital in louisville ky is very caring and skilled my puppie gets the best care.

we made an appt for our 9mos puppy who has some eye issues. Dr. Gaines went over everything he was doing and made us feel comfortable in the office. front office staff was very nice and pickle the cat was cute too! we also like that its close to our house.

Anchorage Hospital has become my most trust place to take my dog or cat. They have cared for my animals since 2008. Their current staff is the best ever. Of course, I think Jean has been there all along and she is just great for answering questions. All the staff are caring and knowledgeable. I'm confident in their advice and treatment.

Horrible experience with this vet. We are filing a claim with BB. Dr. Snyder misinformed us that our dog was in heat twice. After getting 2 second opinions, we realized she was negligent in her examination of our bulldog. We also found the front staff to be rude and standoffish towards our family in addition to brushing off our concerned questions regarding our pit bull. On one occasion they called us at 5:50 to pick up our dog by 6pm. We also found this clinic to be priced 40% higher than other vets in the area on all procedures. If you care about your pets, steer clear of this clinic.

We love Dr. Gries at Anchorage Animal Hospital! And so do our two doggies and four kitties! She's taken care of all of them since birth and they are six happy and healthy wonder-animals who don't mind going to the vet to see her! All the docs, techs and office folks at AAH are just wonderful. Very professional and very very caring toward us and our four-legged fur-kids! Can't say enough good things about them!

Time after time I am impressed by the caring and informative nature of the staff at Anchorage Animal Hospital. My husband and I recently moved and are now located across the street from another vet, but we still chose to drive a little extra because we know our pups are in good hands at Anchorage Animal Hospital.
