Great place to take pet to they really care about the pet and does everything possible to get pet better I highly recommend this vet to take your pet to!.

I lost my Nova and didn't know what to do. It was a very difficult time. Everybody thanks for being there for Nova and I. You guys are great. Nova was never scared to go to vet. That was important to me.

Took my parents dog here for an annual wellness exam and an update for vaccine shots, they were WONDERFUL. Very knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!

They got my dog in the same day we called, they found the issue with my dog quickly, gave me a great deal for treatment, was very sweet to me and my dog and treated him as one of their own.

My mom took my cat to this clinic when I was little in 2010, apparently they dont believe in real medicine, he ended up passing the next day on christmas. Would not reccommend.

They have such a wonderful staff there! Unfortunately I have no pets but if I did this would be the place I would take them!

I've not been here but my daughter has been bringing her animals here for a while. The care seems good but the communication is off sometimes.

The things I have read about the vets NOT liking big dogs and for nail trimmings, they're "put to sleep forever"? Wth!

They are great people there at Noah’s ark and they are so nice but the pay is high I paid almost 100 for a check up and one pill. My dog needs surgery bad and I can’t even pay for it I have no clue what to do

The staff is amazing, but prepare to wait at least 30 minutes after your scheduled appt to be seen. I don't think I've ever been here for less than at least an hour every time.

We can't say enough about this place. All of the ladies have been awesome and work so well with us and our animals (1 of which is very challenging). We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Our shelter mutt got neutered there 4 years ago and we've been taking all our animals there since, dozens of visits. Honestly the best.

Best vet clinic. Dr. Helen took care of my precious Westie's issues when others couldn't or didn't! I love everyone at Noah's Ark!

My cat had started to show some lameness in his back legs, so I took him for X-rays at Noah's Ark. I was told my cat's kidney was over double the size it was supposed to be. I followed the vet's recommendation, spent A LOT of money on prescription food, and was referred to Purdue for follow-up testing. At Purdue, they told me my cat's kidney was working perfectly. The vet at Noah's Ark had mistaken his BLADDER for his KIDNEY in the x-ray! I wasted hundreds of dollars at Noah's Ark and Purdue for them to tell me the diagnosis was wrong. Luckily Purdue helped me find my cat's underlying issue, but I will not return to Noah's Ark if the doctor cannot determine the difference between a kidney and a bladder in an x-ray. It's a shame because the staff was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed my services at this clinic until this happened.

Our appointment was at 10:30 & I called to let them know we had arrived (per their request and Covid reasons). We waited for over an hour for someone to come and get my dog. (Unfortunately, I had taken my 2 grandbabies with me...) I called the week prior to schedule him for his allergy problem but they couldn't get him in for over a week. He has been a patient of record for several years (with the same allergy issue) but they refused to give him anything for relief. They said he was due for his annual exam and I could give him Benadryl (which was NOT helping). In the weeks time, he developed a skin infection. A simple cortisone shot could have prevented all of this or if they would have given him medicine until his visit. The last time I took my little dog to this vet, they let her fall off the table and a big dog came after the both of us at check out. This has happened twice there!! I would have been happy to reschedule to a better time had I known it would be an hour and a half. There seemed to be some unhappy customers in the parking lot as well.

I am so sorry I was so upset about hallie my mom died 3 years ago I told mom I would take care of her I don't want her to die but I don't get paid till Wednesday I got her there between 15 to 18 years ago will you let me still come there what options do I have for payment
