Called simply to see if my appointment can be moved up a day sooner. Receptionist became very indignant and fired me over asking for an earlier appointment. They feel they are superior in how they treat you and when you defend yourself from their talking down on you then they “fire” you. They don’t deserve my nor my dogs presence! Go to another place if you don’t want a personal attack done against you and it be taken out on your dog.

Took my Aunt Linda's dog Sadie here to get her nails trimmed and to have ear drops put in and it was the quickest visit ever and everyone one there was very friendly and Sadie loved them

words cannot appropriately express. When I walked into your clinic I have a very sick cat. Yes I know you have a schedule but you promised to see him. Your clinic closed at noon and at noon my husband was with me he hadn’t been seen and you told me that you couldn’t get to him for another hour I had already been waiting for two hours. You have a responsibility to your clients that if you see that things are going to be very busy to update them and communicate with them my poor cat was pushed to the side. I will never use your clinic again. You get an F for communication! All it took was letting me know how busy you were instead you had me waiting there without communicating with me and a cat that is very very very sick. At least communicated and giving me a choice I could’ve taken him to the walk-in clinic which was still open this morning but you kept me on hold and waiting I have no respect for your clinic and you have lost our business! Boots was euthanized at another caring vet the next day.

Our sweet Peaches (Shipoo) was attacked by a large dog and they took us in quickly. Everyone there was so kind and understanding. The doctor made sure our puppy was okay and treated her quickly and effectively all while answering all of my questions and concerns kindly and patiently. I thank God that I found Northeast Animal Clinic that day to treat our puppy! Thank you to everyone at Northeast Animal Clinic! There is no doubt they love your animal as their own!

I am very pleased with this clinic. They care about me & our pet. I have taken both my dogs here. When my husky passed they were very caring & compassionate to my loss. I now take my other dog here & have had no problem getting him in for his appointment time or if I need anything they are very accomodating to help me. I like the staff & vets & my dog does to. I highly recommend taking your pet here. As far as the people complaining about this clinic & the people that work here, I have been here on different occasions & witnessed first hand some of the clients that bring their pets here & get rude with the staff here for things & it is pretty sad that people can't be more understanding if they may have a little bit of a wait time or expect alot & then try to make a business look bad because of their rudeness. I highly recommend taking your pet here.

I have not been here but found a dog and her tags were from here. I called NAC and the woman I spoke with was very nice and went above and beyond to try to contact the owners. I could tell she was genuinely concerned with the dogs welfare. My husband found the dogs owner and when I called NAC to let them know they were relieved to know the dog was back with her owners.

The Vets & Staff have always been very kind & courteous to us. They have always treated our furry family members with utmost respect & care. We have used Northeast Animal Clinic for years & will continue to do so. I have referred them to our friends & our family members..

They treat almost all pets, and you can buy the Flea drops from them, with out having to bring your Critter in for an appointment.

The medical treatment they provide is appropriate. However, the staff is inadequate and unprofessional. A few years ago, this was not the case, but the vet has retired and the new staff is underwhelming. They have messed up appointments, they are not responsive, & they don’t follow through. Prior to Covid, this was a walk in clinic. I would wait 2-3 hours for appointments. Two examples from this year: 1) I scheduled an appt to have my dog’s teeth cleaned. She said she (Marilyn) would call to confirm the appt. She never did. Showed up the day of & was told we were not scheduled. 2) Made appt for vaccines. Showed up & was told we had no appt. I asked for records for both my dogs & was brought a print out for one dog. I asked again for the other dog’s records & a copy of the xray to go with the first set of records. The tech ran across the parking lot away from me screaming to call with an email address & they could send it to me. Yeah, right. I Reminded her that I asked for coMole the records for both dogs & I needed them today (to take elsewhere). She yelled back “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN.”
