Staff is friendly and the doctors listen to my concerns. They will give you options and advice to work with your pets medical needs. They didn’t try and sale me a lot of things.

The people always treat me and kitty with great care and I love the next day call to see how kitty feels????????

Dr. Rowland is great. Our family had to make a difficult decision with our dog Buddy. Dr. Rowland was very comforting and let us stay as long as we needed to. Dr. Rowland even did a little extra for my boys. Dr. Smock is great too. She did surgery on Buddy back in August. She called numerous times to check up on him. ' The staff is always nice when you call. They understood what we were going thru.

From the technicians to the vet themselves it was an amazing experience! They were patient with me and extremely kind to my puppy. They were very knowledgeable and great at answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable.

I would recommend Access to anyone looking for caring professional vets. Plus their staff is wonderful.

We just had our first appointment with Access and they did a wonderful job with our dog. Even with COVID challenges, they were very professional and helpful. They got us in according to our appointment and the vet was very personable and knowledgeable. Their price was competitive with every other place we looked. I know our dog was well cared for and will continue to be as we bring her back in the future.

Dr Rowland is a very good because he and his staffs make sure I understand, even write down (I’m deaf). I’ve been going to him for 5 years now. Every time I come home from vet, my cat, Rumpelstiltskin always very happy , purring, swagging her tail and rub on me over and over! Thank you for doing the best for her and me too!

I was very impressed with this office and the staff. They cared so much for my Coop and followed up after the visit. I have never had a vet give a binder to explain their services and give space to keep your records. I highly recommend them! I am very pleased with the customer service which is very hard to find in these days.

Awesome people, great technology to communicate, great with animals

The most compassionate Staff and Doctor I have met. I had to put my fur baby of 20 years to sleep and these angels were there to support my fur baby and me. Bless you amazing people

My only suggestion is that you re-record the prerecorded message on the phones. The man talks too fast & is sometimes unable to understand. I spoke to my daughter about this (she is also a client) and she totally agrees. Other than that, no complaints!! ❤️

I'm a little over protective and worry about my babies. These are the best doctors and staff. It took me 2 years to get the nerve to get my dog fixed. They went above and beyond after his surgery when I freaked out over what I thought was a serious after effect. I felt bad when it was nothing, but they cleaned him up sent home new food and was very understanding. Thank you all for taking care of my babies.

Dr. Rowland and his team at Access got me in for a late appointment to treat this stray I feed "Mr. Rags" that had a very swollen check and neck and they did an urgent procedure to remove an apple-sized pocket of infection and now Mr. Rags is out of pain and feeling 100% better! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Rowland and Dr. Smock and their staff always go above and beyond to provide excellent care for all my fur kids. They are never to busy to answer my questions and truly care about my fur families welfare. I recommend Access Veterinarian Care 100% to anyone looking for premium veterinarian care.

A great place to take your fur babies. They treat them like they are their fur babies.

Very nice staff. Vet is curt but nice. Reasonable prices. Only con is hard to get out of into traffic. Not the most convenient location
