Lmao f*****g rip offs 2000 bucks for a beagle. So sad people would do this… beagles go from 300-500 and up but no where near 2000 bucks not even on reputable websites that come from licensed breeders. no wonder they have such shit reviews! Go to Lancaster or anywhere else do not pay people for high priced pets and they live like shit! Yeah the owner or whoever will also respond like a robot… Go ahead people will stop shopping here greedy people! Go to shelter and adopt before you come here and give away free money to them! I bet the breeders aren’t even asking for this price I bet you this beagle is like 600 bucks and this shop robs the breeder and the customers

Staff was very helpful and informative!!

I went in with my family and we saw 2 puppies we were interested in, so we got them out to play!! But when we asked for the price for the golden retriever it was $2,500 when it should be around $400 or $600 but that price was outrageous and the lab we got out was $3,000!!!! If you guys do more research and do your job right then you would know all the dogs your selling aren’t that much and this is why they get put back inside the cages because they are too much for people to buy. Another thing is i noticed that they stay in there most the time AND they also poop and probably pee inside the cages they sleep in, play in, and eat in. The golden retriever had poop on him and on his blanket he had in there. Most of the puppies had no toys and if they did it was a toy to big to them to play with and some of them had no toys at all. The dogs need exercise and interaction time with the employees to make sure they stay kind to people but I don’t see that happening. And the cats are more pricey then the dogs and that makes no sense to me. I got a calico cat for $5 and she is fine. And I see no ferrets at all even tho they are popular. The floor over by the birds and the bunnies are always dirty and I don’t think I want to step in poop, do you? Most of the things you are selling for the animals are 2x the price they probably should be and that sucks for people that want that item but can’t find it anywhere else. Most of the animals there don’t have any food or water. I saw that one day they had more then 10 baby ball pythons in one Enclosure. All of the dead and live bugs on the floor was disgusting, if there are cockroaches there, they can get inside the dog food and eat it and poop inside the dog food and that’s not good for dogs. The staff there don’t really know what they are doing, it’s like they were just hired and then told what to do with no training or facts about any of the animals there. Please think about this review.. if you want to buy a dog would you get it for $2500 or $6000? Oh and one more thing, STOP GETTING DOGS FROM PUPPY MILLS!!!! thanks

Used to go here all the time for my dogs food and such. Dont think I'll be going in again, as I probably won't be able to leave without crying. Thinking of how all those innocent animals suffocated to death is too much for me. There needs to be monitors, sprinklers, an overnight worker, SOMETHING other than your pathetic fire alarm that obviously was too late to save all of those animals' lives. They are living beings, not just a price tag (waaay overpriced btw).

They should have safeguards in place to protect the animals. No monitored fire alarm? No sprinklers? Over 100 lives lost.

Went to get a ball python and the staff was not very educated on the animals they have or on the ones they just got it. I've had snakes before so I knew what to physically check for. Sadly the snake we ended up getting died on the very last day we could return it for a refund.

My go to pet supply store... When they have roaches...????.. which is more of a breeder problem than store problem... Oh and there's this lil boy they have at the register... Let him tell it there's always something wrong with ny account (ie number not listed) or "we don't do that here" when I go there for the same exact things EVERY TIME.. I use my account the EXACT SAME WAY EVERY TIME ????????????‍♀️.. Again, overall a great location and Corrine is awesome to go to with ANY question!

I recently got a fat tail gecko from the 38th st location, he is a great lizard, very friendly, loves to be handled, and not jumpy at all, I love him

Limited supply, get it while you can

I have been a customer for several years-only because they sell feeder mice. I bought a Goliath birdeater that they promised was a female. It died a year later and when I seed it, she turned out to be a he (males have significantly smaller life spans). Went in a few weeks ago to buy mice and was told about a sick uromastyx (I'm a vet tech). He had been sick for several weeks and they agreed to surrender him to me....just as he died in my hands. 3 weeks ago I went in looking for a red tail boa. I asked specifically for a BCC but sure enough she is not a BCC but a BCI (I'm also a wildlife biologist). Moral of the story- don't shop here for anything but mice. Their products are WAY overpriced and their staff know nothing about animals.

It is a very good store for the Beginner's, staff is super friendly and helpful.

I love this place, I adore looking at all the guinea pigs, puppies, and rabbits. The staff is super helpful and nice, I really appreciate all of them. I've gotten a guinea pig, fish and rabbits from them, they were all super healthy.

I wasnt expecting the store to be as big as it was. It was clean. They even took out a puppy from the back that I wanted to see! The puppy prices are high but other than that a great store overall.

The worker was completely rude. Terrible experience.

Came in looking for a dog potentially. Prices are extremely high for the dogs. I was told they START at 3,199$...I think that's outrageous when you can go on pet finder and get a rescue dog or even a rescue puppy for no more than $400!!!

Way over priced on pets!

They were way to overpriced for dogs that can be sold for 250$ and in excellent health with papers. Place was nasty. And employees were rude.
