Got our cat partially shaved. She may have not liked the experience because of the dogs, but she came home happy she didn’t have to deal with all of her knots on her underbelly.

They gave me my poodle back looking like a princess.

My mini schnauzer is very nervous but they always take the time to calm her and make grooming a more pleasant experience for my pup. Other grooming salons before couldn’t even finish. We won’t go anywhere else now that we found the friendly folks at Snipits.

I take my little chihuahua Indy there to get her nails clipped. She doesn't like to be touched and is afraid of everything but they do a great job with her. Thank you!

Inexperienced, Poor Service, Rude Groomers. We recently moved to the area and found snippets very close to our home. I brought in my dog, who has skin issues that we have been treating for a long time. As I stood there waiting for them to finish, multiple groomers made rude comments about my dog and my ownership of the dog. They also did not clip his nail as they were paid to and they did not cut him as requested. It was clear when giving instructions that the groomers were very inexperienced. Would not bring my dog here again.

Horrible place, they treated our pets really bad. If you love your pets DONT go here

My two doodles always leave this salon looking AMAZING!! You can tell that the owner and the staff truly care about each and every pet that walks through their door. It’s a shame that owners of dogs that need regular brushing and maintenance in between grooms get so upset about the groomer having to shave the dog because THE OWNER didn’t do their part in between grooms. I’m 100% confident taking my fur babies here!!! ????

We have never received anything less than perfection from snipits. We have sent all three of our dogs to them. They are always excited to go in and they always come out happy. All of the employees have been professional and courteous.

Argumentative, prior stints of abuse, threatening comments

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM! They groomed my golden doodles very nicely! If you don’t like your dog shaved, then put the work in to make sure they don’t have matted hair. If your dog has medical issues that could cause issues for the groomer, let them know. They will take the best care of your fur babies ????

Very kind and quick on nail trims

Our Gracie Mae thanks you every time she comes in!! I don’t trust our precious girl to just anyone!! Just to shed some light on this wonderful place...my 2 year old miniature schnauzer was taken to a groomer who breeds and shows miniature schnauzers, for her first 2 grooming sessions; she was returned after the first time barely groomed and they told me to work with her more, give her more time & try again; so I did; second time around they said, sorry we just can’t groom her she won’t cooperate. I made an appointment at SnipIts and told them and forewarned them of the prior grooming experience (*from a professional groomer who specializes in her breed!!); So I told SnipIts to just do whatever they can; I picked her up BLOWN AWAY!! She was FULLY groomed and looked BEAUTIFUL & I was told she wasn’t a problem AT ALL & she wasn’t stressed out or anything!! I’ll never take her anywhere else (oh and by the way, her regular groomer recently quit; I don’t know the circumstances); but she was still groomed just as beautifully and stress free as before !! I am pleased as punch!!

First off, I would like to say the owners responses to people with bad reviews for snipits are so unprofessional and argumentative. As an owner, I expect better. Secondly, my friends dog went here as of yesterday and will never be returning again. They claimed her fur was matted, so they had to shave her. What I don’t understand is why she now has 6 different wounds (bad ones, too) on her body. Her personality also has totally changed. For her to be abused like this is ridiculous. DO NOT bring you animals here! It’s not worth the risk. This poor dog has went through some type of abuse- don’t let yours go through the same thing. I am interested to see how the owner responds to this one as well.

We took our golden doodle to be groomed and she was given back to us completely shaved and bleeding in 4 spots. Will provide pictures !

My friends dog just got groomed (abused) here. They shaved her face, neck, and ears raw and left her bleeding in more than 6 spots. They waited to say she was done being groomed (again abused) until closing time so they could close up as she was picked up. She looks like a completely different dog and is acting very skiddish and just absolutely lethargic practically. Absolutely do not support this business. This is not right. This company needs shut down after what happened today. I promise this is not worth your time, money, and definitely is not worth risking the health and well-being of your fur baby. DONT DO IT

Beyond happy with our first visit! Cheyenne was so helpful and mindful of my dogs needs which was greatly appreciated. My dog was in need of a quarantine haircut, she is so happy and running wild with her fresh, perfect cut!

Always do a great job

I had been using another groomer for my cocker spaniel. During this pandemic, she had canceled my appointment. I reached out to Snipits and they were able to get me in as soon as allowed. The previous groomer did an “okay” job but whoever did my little Emma was so great!!! She came home happy and excited. Poor little thing looked awful after having gone so long without a groom due to the pandemic. She just looked so happy when I picked her up. I will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!
