Pet Vaccination Clinic Indianapolis, Indiana

Like many other my kitties are more than pets they are family my babies. Pet vaccination clinic is always sweet and attentive to your furbabies. Explain everything very well if medications are needed and the vets and vet techs are amazing make you feel comfortable. If you choose this clinic its a very good choice. Thank you Pet Vaccination Clinic for all you do!

Its nice but i dont like how we cant see are dogs get their shots like whats the point in makeing us sit in a room if ur just going to take are dog to the back where we cant see if their even getting what they need

The people here are wonderful as far as I can tell (the ones that helped us) way more affordable than our old vet, yet seems a much higher quality. Took my gfs 5 year old Chihuahua for a walk in and it took only 20 minutes and they pinpointed the problem straight away, was very gentle with him, and sent him on his way new meds in hand. (He's feeling great now!) I'll be looking forward to more visits here and hope they keep up the great work.

I had an appointment on 1/3/2022 scheduled for 2:30pm and arrived at 2:30pm. I called multiple times to let them know I was outside my car (was given instructions to wait in my car) and they still had me waiting. Went inside to let them know I was still outside waiting. Waited till 4pm. I called multiple times till I was seen around 4pm. Why schedule me at 2:30pm if you can’t get me in? I don’t understand that. Just very poor communication and lack of professionalism. Update: Owner called and apologize for the wait and staff gave me a free calendar. Staff was very kind overall. My dog baby is doing a lot better! Thank you!

Great place, great veterinarian and the vet techs and staff all care about your family pet. My cat swallowed a penny and that caused a plethora of issues. My girl was really sick and they gladly took every phone call to help with questions about her health, progress throughout the whole deal. If I called with concern they would make sure to squeeze her in. They would say bring her in if you are worried. They are extremely busy at times, so that meant a lot too say come in no problem on the drop of a dime. They gave me everything I needed to nurse her back to health. It was a long couple of weeks of being scared I would lose my pet. When I got to the point I was so worried about her recovery after surgery, because she wouldn't eat they had me bring her in. They could have just told me to use the syringe as directed with her, but they knew I was at my wits end with worry and as busy as they were they didn't just tell me what to do at home. They took the time to help with something they didn't have too. They wanted my baby girl to live as much as I did. My little Sasha was still very down but she came home with some life in her. I knew she was going to be okay. I highly recommend Pet Vaccination Clinic. Your babies will love you for it believe me. Thanks guys. I took the recovery suit off today after getting staples out and she instantly was running around being herself.

It's hard when your first visit to a clinic is the day you have to say goodbye to one of your special fur babies but everyone here handled the situation very well. Our normal clinic has only been doing vaccination visits since the beginning of pandemic and most other clinics had a 2+ week wait before they could get us in. When our oldest cat was having difficulty breathing we checked a neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations and we saw a few recommendations for Pet Vaccination Clinic even though they are on the other side of town. When I called in and sent a text for an appointment they were able to get us in the next morning. I brought our cat in to see how serious her condition was. Unfortunately, x-rays confirmed that she was in a very bad condition and we needed to euthanize her. The whole staff was compassionate and professional. They gave my wife time to pick up our two daughters to be there to say goodbye. We are thankful for all they did. We will probably bring our other cats there for checkups.

I've been to so many vets around Indianapolis, but this is the one I stuck to for my babies. The team here is so kind, so patient, and so genuinely compassionate. From first shots to end of life care and assistance, the specialists in this office truly provide top notch care

Was charged for services i did not receive. I called and ask about charges and was told thats the way it is.

I took my dog to get spayed and they did a fantastic job. The staff was friendly and honestly seemed to enjoy their jobs. They were all clearly animal lovers which is very important to me

Considering how many people were there, we got through moderately fast. The staff was kind and handled our pup with care.

Found a heart murmur in my dog the last vet wouldn't even look at. Been through 3 vets and im done looking. Extremely affordable on top of better quality.

They were awesome my puppy Luke got attacked by a pitbull by protecting us babe brought him in and haven't been in a couple hours are awesome people and I want to say I appreciate them for saving my dog

They are extremely helpful in answering questions & very quick to know what to do. A cat I recently found had a foot injury & they were able to examine him very quickly & give him antibiotics while scheduling my appointment to get him neutered. It was a huge comfort to be provided so much help in a pinch. They are so kind & caring & every process has been quick & easy. SO THANKFUL

My pup has been going here since he was 6 weeks old. He has some allergies and is prone to ear infections. The doctors and nurses have always been very attentive and caring.

They are kind people. The service is fast and professional.
