Staff is always so friendly when I go in to take my dog to the pet wash . Highly recommend this location ????????

I would almost take a point off for low choice in cat carriers, but I've o ly been there once and, you k ow, supply chain. The lady who w a s worki g there at the time was the absolute best. When I was trying to get a carrier for a stray cat that was currently in my car, she came out and checked his size to make sure I was getting the right one! She just said is that your car out there? Let's see what we need. I wish I actually lived near there and not on the southside.

Disappointing. Asked associates for help. Was told that they didn't have what I wanted after looking. Persisted... 2nd employee, same response. Found the item right in front of them.

I placed a curbside pickup without realizing the store was closing early (assuming due to staffing issues). I called to pick up my order and even though the store was closed, the associate came out with my order anyway. Dogs were out of food so I really appreciated the service. Thank you!!!

The young lady at the cash register was polite and very helpful with finding what I needed for a cat,very helpful.

They carry a pretty huge stock of different dog food brands; I feed my dog Hills, but she was raised on Fromm, which they also have. Prices are all surprisingly reasonable. It's split, one half dog stuff and one half cat. There are dog baths in the back, I think it's $10 or so to use them. Staff is super cool!

Who knew Meal Mixers were so pricey? ... ???????????????? ... But they have them!

Such a rude place to do business with. My dog had an 11:00 appointment for a groom. I got there at 10:00 to drop her off. There was no one at the grooming station. I went to the front and there was no one there. I looked around until I heard a noise at the front of the store and found a lady moving some boxes. I asked about the groomer and she said the groomer was not in. Then I heard a voice say the groomer would be in at 10:00. (I think it was the manager since she was at a desk at the far end of the office.) It was already 10:10. She asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes at 11:00. She yelled over at me that I shouldn't bring the dog in until 10 minutes before. I was surprised. The grooming appointment sheet said the first available is 9:00. She repeated to me the groomer would be there at 10:00. I said I had to get to work. She told me to come back later before my appointment. I said "It's Ok," and I walked out. I made an appointment with another groomer. Not as close to my house, but I hope is more professional. I used to groom dogs, but don't have the time to do it now. I would lose customers if I was like this, and they have lost me.

Horrible company. Managed to cheat me out my free bag of food through their rewards program. Four times contacting leadership or corporate office and no resolution. Find a reputable company to deal with instead of Pet Supplies Plus.

The front area was a little crazy checking out. I didn't like that there were treats and toys down where dogs and small children could grab them...I get impulse sales, but who wants a two-year old downing a $5 dog treat that truly looks like a cookie or a cupcake? It was a Saturday afternoon, and employees were in good spirits, but they were clearly being hurried and not very free to help look for items. I worked pet store management once upon a time, and in a store that size on a busy day, there should be at least two employees stocking and straightening shelves who are available to help customers with questions.

Always cheerful and helpful. I enjoy the sales and discounts for members. Highly recommend! ????????????

Jen did such an amazing job grooming my little long haired Chihuahua Wally. She was so patient and made sure he was happy and comfortable the whole time!! The prices at Pet supplies plus are so affordable and there was a huge variety of packages to choose from. Scheduling the grooming appointment was so simple and they even sent me several text appointment reminders. Before you come be sure to grab cash to make sure you can tip your groomer as they only accept cash tip!! You can obviously tell which is his before and after photo ????

An amazing shop to get all of your pet needs! I highly recommend them over others! People at pet supplies plus go out of their way to make sure you are helped!

Customer for life. Store is clean and well-organized, staff is friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had an issue with stock. Reward program for a free bag of dog food is awesome. Added bonus of supporting a local company!
