Seems like a decent place, but tell them any particulars you want done for your pet, ask about anything you should bring, like pet meds, etc.

Pet Palace blew away our expectations in terms of care and quality for our baby's stay. We had a family a emergency and were able to be booked in next day for a few days stay. Both our kids needed different medications and needed to be fed separately for prescription diets and they were able to accommodate easily and adapt with our schedule that our babies were used to. They also were given additional options for playtime if you wanted more than the already generous 3 walks a day. We chose the one on one option for staff play which was a a nice non social option for dogs who are nervous with other pups. We also appreciated that our girls could board together, which really helped with the adjustment of being in a new environment. Lastly, we were given an opportunity to not only verbally check on our kids during their stay, but also check in with them via a webcam - this is where we also witnessed staff being incredibly patient and kind to our babies during their stay. Every interaction molded to fit the animals needs and personality. Our kids absolutely loved there stay and can't wait to see their new found friends again in the future.

Have been taking my dog here for 5 years since I adopted them. Staff is incredible, the dog actually loves going in and greeting every one each visit. Keep you super informed on how your dog is doing if there are any hiccups but have rarely ever gotten a call. Honestly, don't know what I'd do without them, my boy Spencer loves the staff!

My dog absolutely loved his stay! It was his first time away from home, and I was so happy to know that he was being cared for by the kind staff at Pet Palace.

My boy apparently had a great time. He socialized with other dogs (which surprised me). The pics sent to me as an update were welcome. Wish they had sent more during his stay with the other dogs. Oh well! He stayed indoors after we got back home for a few days at night. He's set for another stay. Great friendly staff.

The price and experience were perfect. They recognized my dog wasn't interested in dog group time so switched him to one-on-one time which he enjoyed much more. I loved getting a report card for his stay!

Pet Palace just made our lives easier for a day. Would normally have family watch our dog if we had to go out of town overnight, but they were all sick. We were able to keep our dog overnight at a pet friendly hotel and drop her off at pet Palace in the morning. She stayed there 1/2 a day and it was only $12 which I thought was incredibly reasonable.

Pet Place seems to be challenged when working with active puppies. They do not have the skill set to apply tools for redirecting.

I'm very disappointed with Pet Palace, the first stay I was impressed, second stay on the weekend of June 12 Chelsea pick up kennel cough on her over night stay. Chelsea is on a pill for the cough, and a antibiotic, she still is very sick has lost 8lbs, we have to force feed her I hope I don't loose my baby as this will not be the last time you will hear from me. Also I spoke to the manager of the kennel personally when Chelsea got sick. Ms. Barbara Gary.

My girls Pancakes & Buttermilk are my world and I do my best to always ensure they are safe and happy. I have been using Pet Palace services for over two years and I really appreciate how warm and receptive they are to the girls everytime they come in. I also appreciate how clean the facility is. During my first time, I was given a tour and all my questions were answered. I'm a sap and I did cry the first time I left them there when I went out of town. But I was really comforted by the staff that my girls would be safe and they have an optional camera setup if you want to check in on your pets. So I highly recommend Pet Palace, the staff is awesome, place is clean and I feel confident in knowing my diva girls are well taken care of!

Very friendly staff. My dog is nervous when we go there and report cards indicate he has a very pleasant stay. Facilities kept very clean and they offer tours to see where your pet will be staying. Love all the options offered and the extras provided. Always first choice for boarding my beloved pet.

Our dog was here for 8 hours during the day. Customer service seemed pretty good and facilities seemed alright at first glance. When we picked him up, he was super anxious and very whiney the whole way home. As soon as we let him inside he relieved himself on the floor despite being a very well behaved pup. He must've had to go pretty bad, so I'm guessing he was not let outside. Seven days after his visit he has developed some serious kennel cough and lethargy. Our dog hasn't been anywhere else but this place and our home, so he couldn't have picked it up elsewhere. A previous review left two days ago is reporting the same. With this said, not sure we will be back.

We go here regularly to get our cats nails trimmed. Pretty cost efficient and they are quick and great with our cat.

UPDATE: unfortunately I wrote a very long update and it didn’t fit and got cut off and deleted so I’ll write a little bit here and then I was able to take a picture of some of what I wrote before it got deleted so check my pictures below to see the majority of what I wrote for the rest of this update please please read it it’s very important!!!! So the main thing to know is that this is a second date update I picked up my Great Dane yesterday on Sunday today is Monday and I am just leaving the veterinarian and I am in tears because my dog may die!! That’s correct you heard me MY DOG MAY DIE because of the people at Pet Palace apparently are not equipped to take care of my pet, he has a severe case of pneumonia and should have been taken to the vet within the last three days and for some reason was not. If you recall on my original review I remarked that my dog was making a hacking sound that I attributed to being thirsty, yeah not so much that was definitely a case of miss identified pneumonia on my part however after about three more times of that hacking sound I realized quickly, VERY QUICKLY that that was not just being thirsty and I do not work with dogs 24 7!! Today I picked up my Great Dane from a weeks stay at what was his first time at the highly recommended to us Pet Palace and I am shocked by the dog I am picking up! First let me say that I was bumped up to a webcam room which became both a nightmare and perhaps a saving grace of sorts because while I was constantly watching in shock at the treatment of my dog at least I could see it and call and ask for it to be fixed-sadly it never was. Mostly that consisted of him having no pillows or blankets so he was consistently lying on hard concrete which if you have a giant breed dog you know is a no-no also none of his other personal belongings were EVER put with him! I became a bit obsessive watching the stupid camera which wasn’t a great way to spend my vacation but when you see your baby constantly crying and digging at the ground and chewing on metal bars it’s heartbreaking! Now getting to pick up (things you can’t see on a tiny, glitchy webcam) my dog is completely skin and bones, he looks sad and awful! I understand that dogs don’t always eat normally when in the kennel but I wish they would have tried their own food brand to entice him or call me for God’s sake! Another thing, when I picked him up he continually made this hacking noise until we got home and then he straight booked it for the water, dogs may not eat but they typically drink. He also has a rather large cut on his back paw that could not be accounted for, which reminds me that the only one time I ever saw someone interact with him on the webcam he was completely cowered down which isn’t like him at all. One of the most heartbreaking things of all of this though was when I came to pick him up, as soon as he saw me he started crying then howling then shrieking-a sound I’ve never heard any dog make let alone mine and he literally was trying to get into my arms!! I did explain some of my troubles with the staff who offered me a free night stay- NEXT TIME! Are you kidding me? Umm no, we will never be back! I will take Mr Great Dane everywhere with me before I bring him back there!

The staff and people are very nice. Our dog seemed to be ok boarding there and we had no problems. She contracted kennel cough while there though. Within 8 days we were not informed of an outbreak and only figured it out when I called in a they confirmed that our pet was the 11th case thus far. The seemed to have good service, but lack follow through on reaching out to clients in a timely manner.

Meh. I've taken my labradoodle here 5 times over the last few weeks for any combination of daycare, bathing, grooming, nail trim, boarding. It's a nice facility. Friendly staff. Grooming was surprisingly poor. Uneven haircut, nails weren't trimmed. Daycare is pricey at $25 per day. They have scheduled "play time" twice per day during full day of day care and each is only an hour to an hour and a half. Boarding was expensive and did not include a lot of extras I've come to expect from a business like this. So, I had to pay for services which came across to me as very nickel-and-dimey. Ten bucks for a kong filled with peanut butter? Another ten to take my dog on an extra potty break? $25 for a bath and no blow dry? A 1 night stay for our dog came in at $110! Come on, man! That's just obnoxious. Lastly, by the fifth visit, they still didn't know my dog's name even though I knew theirs - a sign that tells me this kind of work really isn't their jam. Unimpressed.

We love bringing our pups here for boarding! Kaylee and her team do so well and I’m always comforted knowing we’ve left our fur babies in the care of them. No complaints ever!

We take our dogs there for daycare and it has been great. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for their boarding policy. We went to board our dogs there with the assumption that during the day it would be just like it is if they were there for daycare. We found out that is not the case. If you want your boarded dogs to get any play time it is extra and it is only 2 30min sessions rather then 2 1hour sessions.

This was my beloved yorkie, River's 1st time boarded anywhere. I was so nervous and worried, but that dissolved quickly. The caring staff loved him and took great care with him in play group and individual attention. I really appreciated how wonderful they were with him. He stayed in a glass door, spacious ground floor villa, because he's afraid of cage bars. They gave me a report card of his daily activities of his extended stay. They said I could call every day to check in on him if I wanted. He seemed to be so happy to have gotten to have such a positive experience. The rates were fair for all the loving, care, and attention he received. I will entrust them with my precious pup again with no worry. In pic, he is home, resting beside me, wore out from all his excitement at Pet Palace. Thank you for taking the utmost care and genuine love for my River!!

Boarding my dog at Pet Palace was the easiest boarding experience I’ve ever had! Our pup came back wonderfully exercised, so fluffy from his bath and in great spirits! The staff wrote report cards for him and it was so fun to be able to review his stay and know that they were really interacting with him consistently. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants their dog to be safely boarded and have wonderful play time with other pups.
