We have gone to five or six different vet practices over the last thirty years, and we have NEVER seen the intolerable wait times for our recent appointments at Noah's- Geist. We had 2 separate appts. for 2 newly adopted kittens....and had scheduled appts. in advance. The first one had us waiting 55 minutes. The other had us waiting 35 minutes. This is inexcusable. I don't wait this kind of time for my human doctors. This practice needs SERIOUS management control. Wait times are ridiculous. We never have this problem at other practices. Someone expert from the outside needs to go in there and show them how to manage.

Noah's is one of the best veterinary clinics and the only one I would take my dog too. Great service, people and prices! ????...

Dr. Zach was great! I switched over from another Noah's location and all my pets records transferred. It was great.

Our cat, GiGi, suffered a horrible bite wound on his leg from a dog and they were very kind and thorough. He had a complication with the leg getting infected, but the Noah's animal hospital got us in and gave us a treatment plan with antibiotics. He has healed completely and is jumping around like nothing ever happened.

My wife and I recently moved and were looking for veterinary services for our 12 year-old, male Malti-poo named Tater. We live very close to Noah's Caring Hands on Sunnyside Rd. and we were very happy we found them! Dr. Karen Roach was very patient, caring and a great vet to our little guy. After a long battle we did unfortunately lose him. However, we were able to gain some extra time with him because of Dr. Roach's recommendations and care. When the time came for Tater to leave us I can tell you that Dr. Roach and the staff at Noah's Caring Hands were extremely comforting and professional. This is something that I am sure anyone who has lost a loved pet can surely appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone who would ask and if/when we are comfortable enough with getting another fur baby in our lives this will be 100% where we will be going for everything. Much thanks to the entire staff and Dr. Roach for all your care and support in this rough time of our lives.

My family & I have gone here for all our fur babies for years. Recently I have taken in 3 of my 4 pets and they have been wonderful getting them in and taken care of. It’s been different since we are facing a pandemic right now, but they have been absolutely terrific! Yes, it is expensive but it is also a quality vet clinic. I would rather go where I know they will be good and where I can trust them. Not only do they do the most they can, they called me multiple times just to check on how my pets were doing. I have moved about 35 minutes away but I will still make the drive to keep coming back!

Over this place. No Noahs is better than the others. They expect you to fo their work when they cant. They send wrong dosages to your pharmacy, change it and dont tell you and blame others for their error. Hold yourselves accountable. Switching doctors as soon as possible.

It has taken some time to be able to write this, but that time has come. My experience with this location has been nothing but exemplary. My hubby and I currently have two dog-kids. And Noah is always so very good with them; especially with my boy...who gets anxiety when visiting the vet. I am always pleased with my general checkups. Now, the tough part. My hubby and I have been together for 13 years. On our 3 month dating anniversary he bought me a kitty bc my apartment didnt allow dogs. My sweet baby girl, Pru, was with us through it all. 12.5 years my faithful sidekick! She ruled this house. She kept the pups in line and was by my side at the first sight of distress. To say she was my best feline friend is an understatement. But then came the day every animal parent dreads...the dreaded sickness. PruBear was diagnosed with leukemia and from diagnosis to passing was waaaaay to fast. On the day we decided to end her suffering Noah came through for us like FAMILY. They let me hold her to the very end and for a good time after. They let me sit in that room and cry; giving me the privacy I needed to mourn my kitty-girls passing. They made a paw print mold and a week later I received a condolences card signed by everyone. My heartbreak was eased by their compassion and I simply cannot be more grateful. I HIGHLY recommend this location. And unless my hubby and I move out of state....we wont go anywhere else

This is the BEST vet office I have ever been to. I had to take my fur baby in and leave without her and they made the entire experience for me as good and comforting as possible. Their all angels

We found 5 kittens under our porch this past Saturday afternoon, these babies were obviously very scared, shaking and crying for food and their mama. We immediately gave them all a little milk to try to put something in their bellies. We placed in a box and called Noah's Caring Hands to seek guidance and the lady my daughter spoke with said we were able to bring them to the hospital and they would be able to advise on their age. With all the chaos, we were unable to bring them in Saturday. The babies were on our porch in hopes that mama cat would come back to nurse them. Mama cat did come back the next morning around 6:40 am, however she was skeptical and ran off. Later we found out this was because she probably felt we were trying to trap her. Needless to say, when we brought these precious babies to Noah's we quickly learned that they would need round the clock feedings and care which we were not necessarily in the position to be able to do, plus we have 3 cats at home already. We did quickly learn that there was a lady on staff who actually fosters to animals and works with Robin's Nest once animals are able to be weaned and adopted and she was willing to take these babies and foster to them. I immediately fell into tears of joy, happiness & gratitude as I did not want anything bad to happen to these babies. We appreciate so much the level of compassion & helpfulness we received from this team.

Everyone in the family thought our kitten had an infection because his urine was pink. The vet said just give him new formula and water. Almost a week later, nothing changed. We went back and now they tell us theres a urinary tract infection. Everyone knew it was an infection before the vet. We had to tell the vet we think its an infection. Now we had to pay for 2 vet visits and our kitten had a uti longer than he needed to because the vet for some reason had no idea.

I have an overly excited American Bulldog and coming in for service can be a bit stressful. She was not able to get her shots when taken to the back with the techs due to her having a fever from being stressed and excited and of course due to Covid we could not be back there with her to calm her down. I asked if we could maybe be serviced outside so we could be with her to calm her and the staff made that possible! Her temp went down and we left with all of my fur babies needed shots! Thank you to the techs and vet there at Noah's caring hands!
