Extremely professional, compassion and well run. High quality veterinary care with a great staff. It's the only place we take our pets

Eagle Creek Animal Clinic has always cared for our dogs. Even when we moved out of Marion County and could have found a vet closer to our new home, we always chose to go back to ECAC. They are professional, kind and caring.

Best veterinarians in Indy! Their diagnosis is always on point and they have very reasonable pricing as well. My dogs absolutely love coming here and seeing the Drs and staff!

I have been a client of Eagle Creek Animal Clinic since 1990. Over the years, the Vets and Staff have cared for all three of my terriers. All three of my dogs have had significant health issues during their lives and their needs were always met with professional care. Needless to say, I completely trust the in the consistent high level of care and support my pets and I have received at EC Animal Clinic. I cannot imagine relying on any other Animal Clinic when it comes to the care of my pets.

I have been coming to Eagle Creek Animal Clinic for over 20 years. The entire staff loves animals and works their hardest to provide the highest quality care for your fur babies. Friendly, compassionate, and always there for you and your pet.

Had an 11:00 appointment. Pulled up and a sign said to call the number to check in. Called the number, they said "You're checked in and we'll call you when it's your turn." 30 minutes later, with my pet in the car, I get the phone call! The took my pet in gave him his shot, and brought him back out in LESS THAN 5 minutes! Why did I wait 35 minutes for something that literally took less than 5 minutes! There weren't any other customers, because no was the only one sitting in my car waiting! The place is locked down and doesn't allow customers inside, just their pets. To top it off, when they brought my pet back, they asked if I brought a stool sample. I said No, I didn't know I supposed to do that. Well, that stool sample is going to cost $60, JUST TO MAKE SURE that whatever shots and procedures they did toy pet, worked! So, for the shot and to shift through feces, it was going to cost me $100. Unbelievable! This place is all about hustling pet owners out of their money. They play the love you have for your pet directly into their pockets. They have no respect for you or your pets. All about them Dolla Dolla Bills Y'all. $400 to have your pet spayed or neutered. Other places charge you $60-$80; you do the math. Can't wait to see how much their going to charge when I tell them I want all the records for my pets. ????

The extraordinary care that my Dachshund Milka and I experienced at Eagle Creek Clinic went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined ! My little girl had a couple masses that need to be removed and her teeth were in bad shape. Dr. Allen and the entire staff took such great care of her and she is on the mend and happy once again. The professionalism and courtesy of everyone I dealt with was top notch and I cannot thank them enough for taking care of Milka and easing my mind along the way ! I have visited numerous Vets over the years and this experience is by far the best yet! Thank you to all of you.????

They will only let one person in with your pet. We had a rescue and we both wanted to be in there with him so he would be comfortable. He had already been through a lot. Nope just one person. Will never go back!

Always have gone to the Eagle Creek Animal Clinic for the last 20 years. Love the vets and employees, however with our recent visit I feel that we were nickel and dimed by being charged $5 per dog for an OSHA fee. When asked what this fee is for, they said it was to cover supplies that they "may" use. All that the dogs got were one shot that they were due for. The cost of all supplies for a shot should have been included in this shot, not additional fees for something that they may or may not use.

We have been going to EC clinic since 2007; Dr. Allen and staff have taken care of four cats since 2007. Everyone there is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable...what more could you want?

Dr. Foster and Dr. Allen are great vets. My elderly cat was very complicated and required a lot of care in the last 3 years of her life. They gave her a great quality of life and kept me informed during every step of the way. Even during the mess of 2020 they went above and beyond for us. I've never had a bad experience with their staff, always friendly and eager to help.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Doctor was concerned, compassionate and competent. Only concern is cost which are a bit high for retirees on limited income.

Did not have a good experience. Took my dog there in November 2020 and wasn’t allowed to come in due to COVID. He wasn’t diagnosed properly at that time and when symptoms worsened in April of 2021 I took him back and STILL wasn’t allowed in. Vet was condescending and just spoke at me. Definitely wasn’t a collaborative or compassionate experience at all. Vet wanted to treat for something that wasn’t backed up by the second test done and I refused so she stated she would do some “research” and emailed me an article. He was almost AGAIN misdiagnosed. All together paid about $700 for that. They referred him to a interval medicine faculty that would have been anothet $470. Then I got an email that they just made an appt for me to come back there without even asking or consulting me on a good day or time. Took him somewhere else and the vet immediately recognized his disease and the test to confirm was $293. I will never go back there after the way I was treated on top of my dog having irreversible damage after not being diagnosed properly 5 months ago and they’re extremely overpriced. I’d give a -1 if a could.

Was able to get a same day appt, staff was friendly and professional, vet was thorough yet mindful of cost. Highly recommend!

The staff has always been incredibly helpful any time I've called with questions or concerns regarding my pup and appointments are always very efficient and handled professionally. Dr. Allen has thoroughly listened to anything I've brought up and has always taken any concerns I've had with my pets health seriously. Most importantly I have never felt like my dog's issues, even if seemingly minor, have ever been dismissed and she always does thorough triage of issues. She takes the time to explain all the possibilities and always answers questions and I trust her opinion greatly.

We decided to give this clinic a try after it became untenable to continue seeing our old vet post-move (now a 40-minute-plus drive). We were upfront that our dog is a rescue, nervous around new people and leash-reactive toward other dogs. The staff here made sure our first visit was low-stress and even agreed that it would be fine for Talon to visit on non-appointment days (as long as it’s not too busy). We’re looking forward to working with the professionals here to foster a more positive association with trips to the vet. So glad we’ve found another patient, understanding provider much closer to home.
