Great Place And And Prices !!!

This place is so over priced it is rediculous. They told me there was a 4 hour wait list! What?! Said i had to wait in a lil room the wholetime. I couldnt wait in my car. Then i told them i thought my pup may have parvo and suddenly i could wait in my car but had to stay out there and wait.up to 4 hours. The where all really pretty rude and not considerate at all for my emergency. Isnt this a ER for animals??! . The doctor was very short and didnt seem to be passionate in his proffession. . But they told me if i didnt do this 400 dollar treament of fluids every 12 hours my puppy would die. I did one treatment and they said if i didnt come back in 12 hours my pup would surely just die. I was floored and i paid their crazy 500 dollar price. And left and went hone and force fed my puppy a lot of fluid and lots of love . And he is perfect now. So everything they told me was a lie. I just couldnt let himdehydrate. They r liars. And i dint believe they r even animal lovers. These animals are our family so get it together u unproffesional supposed proffesionals!

Dr. Chris Dristas and his entire staff has been taking care of our pets for close to 30 years. He has gone over and above what would be considered passionate care and I would never dream of taking them anywhere else.

Staff was great just wished places didnt charge so much when it came to fur babies....I know everything cost to run and operate but I fell like the cost is so high it keeps normal people from being able to get the fur babies help they need! Wanted 1800/2200 to watch a kitten for two days!

The guy wouldnt listen to me when I tried to explian what my dog was doing. He cut me off when I talked then when we returned he diagnosed him with what I told him the week before . RUDE!!!!

In short my dog didn't have ear mites until after her required check-up. NONE of my fur babies will be going back to this dirty place. I urge you to take your pets elsewhere.

Been taking our pitbull here since she was a puppy.. So it's been a few years.. They are a small family owned business that's been serving the south side and beech Grove area for years. It's a great place and they definitely treat my girl wonderful.

Doctor knows what he is doing, but needs to work on his communication skills. Also the prices are almost double compared to other vets in Indy. I got stuck without any other options due to Covid restrictions and they did work me in. All in I cant say they were bad, but they could be much better.

The staff are so nice and professional. Literally the easiest vet visit we have had since our dog has high anxiety. Received results so fast. Can't thank them enough!

I wish I didn't have to even give it ONE star! We had a pup die from Parvo based on poor information. We may lose the entire litter. When we took our litter of 11 for well puppy check up and deworming at 5 weeks old, the vet was rude, and talked so fast we could barely get a word in edgewise. He didn't listen to the fact that they were already being weaned. Gave us paperwork that said to vaccinate at 6-8 weeks and verbally warned against Parvo. When we asked his vet tech when during the 6-8 weeks to come in, and that we would be keeping them until 10 weeks, she advised to wait until the week before they went to their new homes. We told her that would be at 10 weeks old and she said that was fine. Of the course vet is back tracking and it was verbal and not in their chart and they would "never" recommend that and the vet tech has 20 years experience and he had at least 30 and they are sorry the information they provided was "misconstrued".

Very knowledgeable people. Nichole and Kayla are amazing vet techs. I always know Dr. Chris and the team are going to be honest with me about my situation. I see some comments on here about being taken aback that they ask what your budget it... I am very grateful that they dont just throw stuff in and slam me with a high bill I wasn't expecting. They give a quote on what they recommend and then ask what you're able to spend and work with you to still provide quality care but at a cost you can live with. Hes been around forever for a reason. Hes good at what he does. Best vet I've been to.

I've taken my dog here multiple times. They are good people.
