Staff and the doctor Are wonderful and very thorough with what they do. They took care of our boy until his last day.

Always a lovely experience at the cat care clinic. Love the staff and doctors; I can’t wait until they go back to regular service, as it’s still “curbside” and I hate for my baby to go in without me! I also miss seeing her name on the welcome board :) “Hugs and kisses....$0.00” is always on the invoice and it never fails to make me smile.

If you go to this place NEVER see Dr. Bouchet. Really horrible.

Due to covid, this among other vet offices no longer allow owners into the office. Which for me is a relief, it’s less stress for everyone I feel. The staff at this clinic are extremely professional, punctual, and personable. My kitten has yet to come out bothered after her appointment. The thorough phone calls from the vet throughout the visit are helpful and help ease worries while waiting. Scheduling is made easy via their website, which is also a huge huge bonus. So far I have no negative feedback for this clinic. ❤️????

Expected to pay and drop your cat off for surgery without ever meeting the doctor. How can anyone expect to be trusted with the life of a pet when they refuse to even meet the owner. Definitely not.

Everybody that we encountered, from the office to the tech and the DVM, actually cared about what was going on with our kitty. I felt like we were listened to, and now we have a plan.

Cat Care Clinic is the best! I am a first time pet owner and I was so nervous to drop my babies off to get fixed and get their shots, but they were wonderful and so kind!! Definitely put my mind at ease knowing they were in such good hands. After their surgeries they were so informative with after care and gave them pain meds to get them through. Planning to keep coming here for the boys annual exams!! Thank you so much for all you do! Colby and Jack????????

Strange how the world has changed. To keep everyone safe, like most Veterinarian's, a Vet Tech comes to take your cat inside straight from your car. After an examination the Dr. calls you to discuss. I miss the one-on-one.

How much is it for a cat to get groomed?

They were amazing. Able to help my kitty who had been sick since we got him. It took them one visit and some meds and he was doing better. We had been going to another vet for months and they kept trying nearly the same thing over and over charging an arm an a leg, this vet was so much less stressful and actually helped my babies.

The staff and doctor at Cat Care Clinic are so great! The doctor personally called me twice and also took a call from me later that day within a minute. Fantastic service from everyone.

I love that this place only deals with cats. The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I take my cat there every 2 months. There prices are a little more expensive than I would normally pay but totally worth it.

My kitty was diagnosed with crystals in her urine after a urinalysis was performed by Dr. B. I am very pleased with the treatment plan she recommended. Dr. B is always very knowledgeable, communicative, & compassionate. I maintain complete trust in Dr. B & Wendy. Great team!

Cat Care Clinic has always been amazing with my cats! They’ve taken great care of my cats for almost 5 years now. They’ve been accommodating, thorough, loving and informative, especially when one of them was very ill. I would highly recommend CCC!

I highly recommend the Cat Care Clinic! I have only taken my cats, Cinnamon & Devereaux here a handful of times but the staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and very nice. If you have a cat, take them here!

AMAZING!!! I took my handsome boy Rice there today to get a bath, brush, and cut. They did an amazing job! Definitely will be back! I can already tell he is so much more comfortable without the hair on his back, I cant say enough good things. It was a total of a 2 hour drive, but every mile was worth It! Thank you so so much for spoiling my baby boy! I love it, i love it, i love it!

The ladies here are just the sweetest! My Ellie-Monster is.... a terrorist with strangers and the ladies here didn’t shy away from her. Dr. Boucher gave good advice and was so kind. Even gave my baby meds to take for next visit so she’s not so geared up and has another meltdown. I’m so glad I researched and found this place - highly recommend. Plus Dr. Shirley graduated from University of Illinois which in my opinion is the best vet school in the country - very hard to get into. Thank you, for treating my little monster like she was your own. I love her like she’s my child and you were very patient with her.

I’m not sure who this “rude receptionist” is people mentioned, but the woman who answered my call and booked our appointment was nothing but pleasant and helpful. Everyone was super friendly and have taken good care of both my senior cats over the years. Perhaps if people think they’re too pricey, maybe they should ask for the cost before agreeing to the treatment. I think it’s worth it to know your cat is in great hands and there are no loud dogs to stress them out even more. I will never take my cats anywhere else. Not a single complaint.

I've been coming to Cat Care for many years (I'm guessing since 1994 or so?) and even through the retirement of the founder, the care has been high quality, without exception. The staff is great and the doctors have always been very knowledgeable and compassionate.
