Recently switched vets due to poor service at last. This place was remarkably kind, used covid precautions, and were conscientious. Also great value. Glad we switched!

They are wonderful with our female Labrador.

The medical staff in this place is remarkable, they have been looking after my Gia for over 10yrs. They keep her health in order ,along with a few accidents my baby has acquired over the years. I feel very confident with them throughout this journey of the life of my dog. Thank you guys so much for being there for my and Gia!!

I had been taking my dog Blu there since the day I got him from the rescue. They have always been very wonderful to him and myself. And when the time came a few weeks ago to have to put him down they was very very caring about the while thing. I can't praise they for the care and thoughtfulness over the years. I will definitely bring another pet to them when the time comes.

I’ve been going to this facility for 15 years. They use to care and I received good care for my pets, now everything has changed for the worse. They are uncaring, in a hurry to get you in and out, do not follow up on their patients and staff appears to not know what is going on. Very disappointed. I will be searching for a different vet.

Staff was very friendly and informative. So excited to have them as our girl Millies vet.

My puppy goes here, they are nice. Very busy like all vets now. Not easy to get into. But convenient location, staff has been very nice, they have an online web portal that shows information and I can email the staff through it. I am glad I chose them. My friend who used to breed dogs uses them for his dogs and recommended them.

Courteous staff, asks thorough questions, always a pleasant experience

Picked up my dogs' records and moved to a different vet, after being a client there for over 40 years. It has become to big and too difficult to work with. Hard to get a timely appointment for my pet needing vet attention.

As curbside as it gets!! Just picked up medication refill and it was as easy as it can be. Park, call, pay, and meet at door with meds!! Thanks again BRAH!

This place is wonderful. My cat had a dental emergency. They were really backed up, but they were able to squeeze her in and get out of pain.They also able to move up her dental surgery as well. They are very caring people.

They have been nothing but accommodating for my cats. They squeezed me in when I had an emergency, they don’t push extra things if you don’t need them. Doctor Pagan has called me after hours with various test results, and guided me every step of the way. I moved further away, but still won’t consider leaving this place; it’s worth the drive and the money, which is also very fairly priced.

LOVE THEM! They always do great by my babies and I've got 3 of them! Been going there a long time!

I’m really pleased with my first well puppy visit today! Kind people, loved on my dog, Debi was great! and Dr. Lindquist was patient and helped me understand what my little girl needed to keep her healthy. I expected the visit to be more costly than it was. Recommend!

We've been going to Brookville road Animal hospital for at least nine or ten years back when we had cats and the last 8 years since we have had labs! They took care of our Riley, when he was sick and dying even though we didn't know it at the time, Dr Dryden and Dr Carr went out of their way to try to help our boy! They also helped our pup Tess with a tourniquet, so that we could take her to the emergency vet and not bleed to death on the way to the southside. All in all even though we are on curbside because of covid i would highly recommend this veterinary group!

Do not take your pet here! They charged me 40.00 for a no show fee WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL a couple of days prior to the appointment. I called to cancel because the prior appointment, they cut my cats nails way too short and she was obviously traumatized. I called and they LIED about the cancelation and said they called me to verify the appointment the day before. That NEVER happened! They were extremely rude and obnoxious when I called about this. Definitely NOT someone that I would leave your beloved animal with!

It's a big bummer you can't go in with your dog but the doctor called and explained everything to me in excellent detail and made sure I understood everything. The lady that took my dog in and brought him out after was super nice. I will use thus vet for everything from now on.

On a prior visit had to put down my bosses dog for her. The hospital was very caring, humane and considerate.

They sent the baby home with an IV in her leg and we had to take her somewhere else to get it removed

I thought they were a little expensive

Dr pagan is great. Sitting in the car in this heat isn't.
