Crazy busy but overall a nice PetSmart. Parking in the area is a nightmare but what do you expect?

I’ve been having my dog groomed at the Petsmart Princeton Road Hamilton, oh since we first got her 19 years ago. She always loved going and they do an excellent job. I called to have her groomed again and they turned me away because they told me she’s too old. That was very disappointing.

Button no longer works in fish area, have to search to find someone to help & the workers seem to dodge you. When I did find someone, they were making jokes on the headset with other workers while I was trying to explain which fish/snails I wanted to purchase.

All pet toys are made in China

The staff is always very friendly and they’ve got good deals.

Walked around for 30 minutes waiting for a rep to help me with getting a hamster and I was just looked at. Do not recommend

Had to return a ball python today that I bought my daughter 2 days ago. Poor fella had mites so we called petsmart and was told we can buy stuff to treat him on Amazon. I told them I didn't think we should have to do that ourselves, and that he should have came healthy from the get go. So the lady I talked to said we can return him. When we returned him they said we can buy him back when he's better. I said how can we be guaranteed he's better and we might not want to wait weeks or months for him to get better. They said they'd not sell him back if he had mites, but they did sell him with mites from the start. I told them I'd have to talk to my daughter tonight and see what she wants to do. I felt terrible that with my 11 year old daughter crying and everything they couldn't even apologize or say sorry for the inconvenience. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me

Thank you to the very busy and professional staff that made Charlie's first pet ( a Dwarf Hamster that he named Jelly! ) He was very excited it is for his birthday and it made his day! Thanks again

Excellent selection of dog food brands, great, attentive staff that were quick to offer help, and a good selection of toys for various dog types.

This is the only store that's local where I can get good quality food for my cats. The grocery stores around here don't carry high quality cat food. Thankfully PetSmart carries a good selection. It's obviously a higher price point but if you want your pets to get food that's formulated for their specific dietary needs I'd suggest staying away from the cheap stuff at the grocery store. Cats are carnivores and their food should be made of predominantly meat. Cheap cat foods are mostly grain-based filler with little actual nutrition. This is why so many housecats tend to get overweight. If you can afford it feed your cats a good quality food.

PetSmart is my favorite place to shop for my dog.

Grooming service is over priced. Banfield is subpar, and overpriced, and the store itself has had a horrible management team for a long time.

Went to the groomers for my dog. They did a great job.

This Hamilton location for grooming is absolutely horrible with thier customer service. The staff is extremely rude! I made an appointment, showed up 10 mins early with checkin and then waited outside the door. They came out 20 mins later after I asked about my appointment. They said we would have to reschedule because I was late? WOW! When I got the manager of the store he basically said he couldn’t help me. He is just as bad in my book for ignoring the rude staff. I heard the staff was rude before but gave them a chance and that was a mistake. I went to another pet smart at voice of America and were absolutely fantastic! They will get my business!

This is a great location w/super friendly staff and they are knowledgeable about ALL things puppy related for sure!!

Prior reviews are accurate.This was the first experience we had taking our dog here and the last. Grooming customer service and manager William provide poor customer service.

Friendly staff and super helpful

Didn't have any puppy just cats. My friend bought fish from there & the next day they died.

I called the phone guy to return a fish tank and he lied and said and said I could not return it but tutns out I could.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 and have never been to this location. Their address takes you to the center of the road because it’s in a shopping center. I drove an hour after scheduling this appointment online. It took me roughly 10 minutes to find because like I said maps takes you to the center of the main road and it’s in a shopping center. After arriving 10 minutes behind schedule and driving an hour I was told they could not groom my dog because I was late. I scheduled the appointment with Darcy. Horrible customer service and do not recommend this location to anyone. I will not be back. Mind you I scheduled a $90 appointment. You would think a company would want your business when you spend almost $100 before walking in the door.
