This place is fantastic!! They really love animals. I took my new kitten in for her vaccinations, they are gentle and loving to her. Appointments are easy to make to match your schedule, they even double book an appointment to work me in. No other vet has done that. And they are very affordable. This is where all my pets will go.

Absolutely LOVE this place they were by my side when I lost my baby girl Piper this year to a pitbull attack they let me have my last moments with her an even checked on me after the service thank u Frankfort anmial hospital ????

Our sweet Lilly Bug passed away and I unfortunately found her a couple days after. The staff greeted me with kindness and came out to collect her for me because it was too hard for me to do so. They treated me with the utmost compassion and respect during the whole process. They took care of the cremation for me and when I was unable to answer my phone when they let me know it was complete, they left me a message saying Lilly was ready to come home. There was no mention of it being her remains or ashes. I thought that was most compassionate way of saying it. I appreciated it so much and my son was so greatly appreciative of how well Lilly was treated. When I picked her up, the young lady even asked me if I'd like her to put Lilly into her urn. I can't say more good things about this place. They are true angels. Thank you for treating our sweet kitty like one of your family.

Always enjoy taking my animals here. They are very kind to my animals and me. They don't mind taking their time explaining things to me. very helpful

I had my dogs OFA hips and elbows done. It cost me almost 500.00 2 months later they can't get the X-rays to OFA..now I have to pay 70 dollars more because they didn't email the elbows. They will not take responsibility for this and are trying to blame OFA. If they would of email this correctly in August I would not be in this problem.

We have been using Frankfort Animal Hospital for our dog for over 7 years now and have been very happy with their staff and vets. Their prices are very reasonable and they always allow you to drop your pet off in the morning before work and pick them up after work, which comes in very handy! They do charge a $5 mailing fee for any prescriptions you may need mailed out. If you use an external pharmany like Costco, I would recommend you get your 12-month prescriptions written when you go for your pets annual visit because they usually give a 3-month or 6-month prescription by default and then you end up paying a fee to get a new prescription mailed to you.

They have always been good with my dog and answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend this veterinarian hospital. My dog was injured and they were fast to respond, and very kind. I will continue to take all of my animals here.

Staff is amazing! Seen a couple of the Drs and they have been so patient with questions. They're pretty quick to respond to calls.

They were willing to work my cat in even though they had a full schedule because they could tell by her symptoms she needed to be seen. They were so friendly and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

They accepted my Remo eventhough he wasn't already a client. The entire staff has been wonderful. My boy has been there since last Fri and, eventhough he has progressed slowly, he HAS progressed. They have done everything to help n his recovery and have called every day to inform me of his progress. This is a wonderful place!????

Can't say enough great things about Frankfort Animal Hospital! They were very communicative with me about my options for our dog while their office space was closed due to the pandemic. They were able to get him in for surgery very quickly and were so friendly and helpful when it came to making the best decision for our dog!

They provided excellent service and care for my cat during her declawing procedure.

Thank you for taking care of my Bandit, he is doing fine and back to his old ornery self chasing his sister Sissy. They wouldn't touch the canned food you sent home with me, but he is eating again. Thanks again Mr.Freeman
