Absolutely disgusting the way these people treat a dog’s life. $6000 for a welsh corgi. Not to mention the plan that allows you to get another free dog when your puppy dies from all the sickness they pick up there.

The puppies are adorable and seem to be well cared for although the price is extremely high. I went in to purchase a pet but when they gave me a price on the Schnauzer I wanted (6000$) my heart dropped and I respectively walked out.

Super exploitative prices. Especially during Covid. Dogs come with non-optional plans and extras (cage, good, etc) . Since the pandemic they are charging over 5000$ Even for super common breeds such as chihuahuas and dachshunds. Please buy from a breeder

Stop buying puppies from puppy mill stores!!! Go to a shelter and rescue a puppy. This place needs to be shut down.

We got such a cute kind bunny ! He's so fun and we're taking the right steps to care for him! Now I'm giving two stars because of the customer service . I've worked in grocery stores and restaurants and if you're not in a good mood or something you just fake it till you make it . CAMERON on the other hand had the worst attitude and just seemed like she had no experience or how to talk to a customer or anything . She was just super rude overall even to her employees (I'm assuming she's manager because the other girls kept going to her for questions) . And honestly a lot of times I just wanted to leave but I wanted the bunny so I got him and the supplies . Ava (I believe is her name) she has glasses and a little nose piercing . SHE was very kind and sweet !!!

A very expensive pet store. I like to take my kids in just to look and the puppies and enjoy the expierence. But if your looking to buy a puppy expect to pay 2000$ and up. Even the smaller animals such as a guinea pig or fish is a lot more expensive. We just go in for the expierence and to play with he puppies.

Have had nothing but positive experiences up until now but won't be returning for my reptile needs. I was told due to covid, you are not allowed to hold reptiles (explicitly the snakes) unless you tell them you are going to buy them. How am I to decide I'm going to purchase one if I can't verify the animal is healthy and in good shape? I've purchased 2 snakes from here during covid and haven't been told that before and the associate working refused to listen to what I had to say. No experienced snakes owner is going going purchase a snake without verifying it doesn't have mites and it's in healthy shape. The associates seemed unwilling to handle the snakes. I'd rather have been told they weren't comfortable handling them than a lie. Wasn't very happy with the experience and won't be returning for my reptile needs.

Great cust service, but puppies are from mills and super expensive. I will continue to support saap, the pound and other charities because of this.

Puppies are everything is expensive. However I always hear petland horror stories and I was very surprised how clean kept everything was and the animals all looked well.

If anyone gets a pet from petland make sure you pay in full when you purchase. They use vive financing if you get a pet on credit. My ex girlfriend got me a golden retriever puppy for 4200 dollars from this place and I ended up having to pay 4850 when it was said and done. They charge 35% interest which is an absolute joke. Not to mention I paid it off in 4 months because if you only make the minimum payment you will pay an ungodly amount in interest. It should legitimately be illegal what these people do. They take advantage of people who don't know any better. Stay away from this place unless you are paying in full at time of purchase

* I'm going to start off by saying that I currently work at a local pet store in Florence and have been to multiple other pet stores in the area. This is by far the most horrendous place I've seen out of all of them. Not only are the puppies not given beds to lay on in those crates, but some of them are absolutely terrified of humans. I also like to point out that the PetLand that was originally in the Florence Mall got their puppies from mills. Now they claim they get them from "certified breeders". Not only do I not believe that, but I don't understand why anyone would want to fund something like that when millions of puppies are in shelters that need a home. Now I'm going to move onto the small animals and birds who are kept in open tanks in the middle of the store. I see that many people claim that they are "sweet" and "tame", but in reality this is obviously confused with them being miserable. When I visited the store, they looked very sad and stressed out. Most of the birds were even missing patches of feathers. The dwarf Hamster habitats were actually very short. Any toddler could reach in and grab one or even terrorize them. I could also see this resulting in the hamsters getting really sick, as they can catch a common cold. There was also no associate monitoring the small children who were reaching their arms in the tanks. Lastly I would like to go over the conditions of the fish and reptile area. First all, over half of the Bata fish were dead and the ones that were alive looked like they were nearing death. All of their fish were kept in extremely small tanks and I noticed the water was cloudy which indicates bacteria and ammonia build-up (in other words, their tanks were dirty and that bacteria is extremely harmful to the fish). Now I'd like to move onto the reptiles. What I will never understand is why they have locks on those habitats, but not the birds and small animals. They'd be able to escape all the same. The conditions of the reptiles were the worst to be honest. All of the animals were malnourished and some were even dead. The ball Python was extremely dehydrated and very skinny for one of its age. The hermit crabs had crusty food that looked as though it hadn't been changed for a couple days and some of them were shriveled and dead in the sand. The anoles, beardies, and gecks were all emaciated. Even when I went to get crickets, I was quick to realize they had absolutely no small crickets left. mainly because they were all dead and they had no food or water for them. That could be a huge reason as to why their reptiles weren't getting enough food. I had applied here, but the second I did I instantly regretted it. They wont last a year with this place being open and I'll be surprised if they do. Absolutely terrible place and it's extremely sad that these animals are being kept in these conditions.

Not a good selection of aqua life. Good selection of puppies. Fish area not clean. A lot of dead fish in their tanks.

Do NOT get any fish from here. I saw over 20 dead fish in their tanks. How could they not notice that many dead fish? Also looks like they are selling puppies bred in a puppy mill who most likely have parvo and will get very sick once you take them home. This pet store exploits animals for profit and do not properky care for them. Read the reviews! They are 3 stars for good reason.

Terrible experience! Went in to look at a puppy and a few weeks later I get a credit card in my name!! This is terrible. I DO NOT WANT A PETLAND CREDIT CARD AND WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME I WAS GETTING A CREDIT CARD!!! Now it’s showing up on my credit report. What the hell kind of business are you running!! I suggest no one ever to shop at petland! TERRIBLE!!
