I have Eddy groomed here many times . And have had good results . Not today! Obviously they are having trouble keeping groomers. But this is ridiculous!

My cat had a swollen side of his face with a scratch and clearly an infection. I called Windermere and was able to get in the same day. The women at the front desk were so helpful, friendly, and empathetic. Everyone with whom I dealt was great—the tech, the doctor—everyone. They took care of my cat and gave me a few options for the medication. It was a great experience. They were quick, communicative, and professional without being stodgy. Definitely recommend them. And, my cat is doing well!

I had an emergency on the day before Christmas. No other clinics would see my pet though they adjusted their schedule to get him in. The vet even called me during the holiday to let me know he was doing ok.

My son and daughter-in-law have been taking their dog Zoey to Windermere since she was a puppy. We recently had an emergency with our senior dog, last Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I called several places, but Windermere was able to see our dog. They were thorough and explained what was wrong with our dog. They also gave the facts and left it up to us to make the decision of what action to take with our dog. No pressure sales. They were able to get our dog in yesterday for dental cleaning. Again, they gave us the facts on our dog’s situation. Windermere is affordable and fair. We are customers for life!! I highly recommend

Steer clear of this place for grooming unless you want to pay 15-30 dollars more than they quote you on the phone and want a groom that doesn’t look great.

Stoots charged us $200 in tests without our consent. When confronted, all she did was get defensive and whip out excuses. She was very condescending towards my family.

By far, the most professional, knowledgeable, caring vet and staff we have in the Indy area! We have had some very traumatic experiences with our anxiety ADHD pup at our previous vets and the staff at Windermere went above and beyond to pair with our pup, make them reinforcing, take our needs into consideration, and establish a good rapport with him. We are very pleased with them and are excited to have a reliable vet that would never harm our precious, somewhat spoiled, fur baby :)

I took my guinea pig in on May 10th to see Dr. Nix. She had scabs on her back, which I assumed to be from her cagemate at the time. I told Dr. Nix this. He performed a brief inspection and went with what I told him, which I've now found out is not what she is actually sick with. I also called to get her medicine refilled. I was told that I would need to wait and be called back with information. I was called on Monday, when they left an email saying I owed 60 dollars for medicine I never ordered. Upon calling them today I was speaking with Cindy. She was very rude and unresponsive and hung up on me. I am very displased with this clinic and will be taking my animals else where and advise everyone else to stay away.

We have taken our pets here for as long as I can remember. Twice in the last year they have refused to give us pet grooming care. Once because the groomer was an irrational maniac that claimed he was a high school wrestler but couldn’t cut my dogs nails. The next time we drove an hour to get the nails trimmed and they just refused to give us service and the girl at the counter told my wife her only option was to sit in the parking lot and wait. They’ve changed something about this place. Do yourself a favor and never take your pets there!

I want to thank the entire Windermere Animal Hospital staff, with a special thanks to Drs. Nix and Santiago, and the ultrasound technician at Sherlock Bones for the amazing care they provided Molly on March 10th, 11th, and 12th. Molly's stomach was severely extended and I thought that she was just getting fat. But she began to slow way down...granted she's 12 years old, but her movements, appetite, and stomach were just not normal. I met with Dr. Santiago on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, for a 2nd opinion regarding Molly's medical issues. Without Molly's x-ray and blood work, Dr. Santiago comprehensively, kindly, and caringly, explained the possible reasons for Molly's condition, as well as treatment for Molly. On March 11th, Dr. Nix received Molly's x-ray, blood work, and shot records from another veterinarian. Dr. Nix confirmed that there was a large tumor-like mass showing in Molly's x-ray. Dr. Nix explained that the mass could be Molly's spleen, liver, uterus, cancer, etc. Dr. Nix gave me two options...I could consent to exploratory surgery to find out what was going on with Molly or I could get an ultrasound from Sherlock Bones which would give more clarity than the existing x-ray. And if surgery was required, the doctor would know exactly what type of surgery or treatment would be needed because of the ultrasound results.  Dr. Nix and I discussed both options. Sherlock Bones performed the ultrasound on the 11th. The staff was expecting Molly and welcomed her immediately. Windermere Animal Hospital and Sherlock Bones staff were both, welcoming and loved on Molly right away. The morning of March 12th, Dr. Nix called to inform me that the ultrasound showed pyometra and that Molly definitely needed surgery ASAP. Naturally, I was anxious and afraid as Molly's my little baby and we've had her since she was 3 months old. Dr. Nix and the Windermere staff eased my anxiety and fears. I dropped Molly off for surgery feeling like she was in good hands.  Dr. Nix removed Molly's huge uterus which was taking up 2/3 of her stomach. After surgery, Dr. Nix told me that Molly woke up from surgery wagging her tail????. Now Molly is as good as new. I am so grateful to Windermere Animal Hospital, Sherlock Bones, Drs. Nix and Santiago, and the staff for their loving, kind care given to Molly. I HIGHLY recommend Windermere Animal Hospital...you WON'T be disappointed. Tammy Hunter Indianapolis, IN

Windermere Animal Hospital is amazing! We have taken our dogs there since 1997. We love Dr Nix and we love the grooming! We board our dogs here, too. They are fabulous!

Been coming here since 2000. Dr Nix and his other team have taken care of over 10 cats and couple of bunnies through the good and the bad, and have been the best medical team I’ve ever seen in a vet office. Yes it’s expensive. But running an advanced high-expertise clinic isn’t easy.

I brought my pup for the first time to see Dr Arnold and worked with his technicians Krista and Nicole. All very very friendly and spent a lot of time with us to get the whole picture of what was going on. I have a more anxious and high energy dog and they all were very calm and patient with him (and me) during the information gathering and exam. They followed up with me the next morning to check on my pup. We will be going back in a few weeks for his annual shots.

I’ve been taking my German Shepherd and blue heeler there for about 9 months. Every time the service is quick and they’ve been taking great care of my boys. I also get their grooming done there and it has been excellent as well!

Called on a Saturday at 10:15, and had an appt that day for 11:30 for a suspected UTI in my golden retriever. Responsive, polite, quick diagnosis. Will likely make this my new primary vet as the rates were cheaper than log cabin animal hospital.

First, I want to say that Rory in grooming is awesome. We've been bringing our Newfoundland/Poodle to him for a while and would continue to do so, if not for the rest of the operation. Our dog has never been a veterinary client here, only grooming, so imagine my surprise when I picked him up from a grooming and was met with a bill for an annual exam and vaccinations. Turns out because he was due, they went ahead took it upon themselves to take care of it, during an appointment explicitly scheduled for grooming, without prior consent. Although they refunded the charges, they put my dogs health at risk by providing vaccines administered by his actual vet less than two weeks prior. We won't be back.

Today was our first experience with grooming, we had Rory and I've never had a better experience from scheduling, to the friendly staff on arrival and speaking directly with Rory on what we preferred for Jameson. We've had bad experiences in the past and they blew it out of the water, I was so pleased with his cut; not to mention no other groomer has been able to successfully cut his nails at previous places and they were cut for the first time in forever! I now have a happy pup with his summer cut. We highly recommend and will be back!

I recently relocated to Fishers and am thrilled to have found a new vet clinic for my Airedale, Lola. The office was able to set an appointment for vaccinations quickly. The doctor and staff were wonderful. The facility itself was conveniently located to where I live and extremely clean. I love the online scheduling capability and ability to keep up with Lola's preventative care. Also, I was thrilled with the free medical examination for first-time clients. Looking forward to our first grooming, which was conveniently located on-site. My overall first impression is a perfect 10! Thank you so much, WAH!!!

We have been coming here for 15 years and love it! We moved further away and tried a different vet...we ended up coming back. It’s definitely worth the drive to know your animals are getting top notch care without being charged an arm and a leg.

Everyone here was very helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease. They put chewy at ease as well by petting and talking to him. He's 14 and has lived in NJ all those years. I was very pleased!

Mean girl competition and Favoritism Receptionist - Fishers, IN After working for this company for about 3weeks I can tell you it’s one of the worst company’s. I was hired at Sherlock Bones as a CSR after getting notice at my former job I was told they took back the girl that they where going to fire so wanted me to take the job at Windermere I said yes even tho it made the job 40min away from me instead of 7min away. Upon starting there on their Archaic system no one took the time to show you and if they do they will talk down to you. As a CSR there they wanted you to fill meds and do tech work. The doctors where all rude and not helpful don’t want to take the time to talk to their clients or you the new person. They fired me two days before Thanksgiving in front of the audience of employees. They are a real class act over there. Pros None Cons No health benefits

We decided to come here after moving from the south side of Indianapolis. The staff is amazing and they take great care of my fur babies. They offer grooming too which is very convenient. Love it here!

I went with my dog Bandit as a check up after a surgery he had at a different hospital. The first time you see them, they waive the Exam Fee. (I also got an estimate for getting Bandit fixed and it was the least expensive one yet that wasn’t a low cost clinic) The doctor- Dr Arnold, was very patient with me while walking through the concerns I had in regards to Bandits recovery. He took the time to explain things to me step by step to explain why Bandit was ok. Bandit has made a full recovery and we will be returning, due to their amazing customer service, abundance of knowledge and fair pricing.

Our vet was booked for the day and our pup was not feeling well. Called this clinic and they saw us that day, service was great, doctor and nurses were knowledgeable, and took good care of our pup.
