Sent my cat for boarding and she came out with an eye and upper respiratory infection. First and last time using this business, will opt for in-house pet sitters in the future.

My Chuey bear absolutely loves this place! He was so excited to go to preschool this morning. He saw his backpack all ready to go and his tail started wagging. He loves his buddy Leanne and the groomer gave him a great first haircut :) I love getting pictures of him playing with his friends. I love knowing that he has a place to go when my work schedule is tough!

Pet Suites of Fishers is our go to. Teddy is like our kid and we only want the best for him. He is always willing to go and comes back happy as we left him! Pets Suites is hands down the best. Every staff member is super caring, professional and courteous.

Buster was well taken care at Pet Suites!!!! We went to different place during summer....well huge mistake for Buster was drenched in urine and feces when picked him up.So came BACK to Pet Suites ...much calmer environment and staff are wonderful

Pet Suites did a wonderful job grooming with my Bernadoodle. She is a handful and the cut was great and quick. Thanks! Will return.

I reserved a boarding online and paid the deposit. I received a text message several days after booking the reservation that my reservation was cancelled, due to being overcapacity. I am not sure why a business would allow bookings and reservations online if they know the boarding is at capacity. Not a good business practice. Hopefully they will make changes to prevent this for other customers.

Took my 5 month old Aussie here for puppy preschool. The staff was great and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return with our pup.

Staff seems to be really good with my fire baby. Their computers don't update from reservation from online.

My dogs loved the kennel. They were well taken care of and I would definitely use them again for any long term stay.

We had an unfortunate event when our home caught fire and were forced to evacuate. The next day when we dropped our two dogs off, the empathy from the staff at Petsuites was amazing. For the next two months, they loved and played with our dogs while we found new housing, and made sure what is a horrible experience was the best it could be for our dogs. I cannot recommend them any higher

Our pet likes to go to Pet Suites. Must be treated pretty good! She comes home very well attended to as we had needed. Thanks to the staff at Pet Suites.

Never send your dog here! We send our dog here thinking they would take good care of him and had him there for less then a week. We picked him up a day early and he looked extremely sick. When we called them two times while he was there they said,” He is doing great and having a great time with his new friends”. Turns out he was not great. We took him to the dog hospital because of how strange he was acting and looked. They had to put him on oxygen and give him an x-ray. They said his stomach was inside out and we had to put him down. This happened under the care of this place. Every time we called them they failed to mention he was doing bad. They would know he was not good because he looked this way when we picked him up. We called them agin after asking if he looked bad when he stayed there and the lied saying,”he was perfect”. I would not call dying perfect. NEVER SEND YOUR DOG HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE! Well they just said it needs attention right away and it did happen there because when we picked up our dog he could barely get in the car and we had to call the vet right away. We gave him attention right away as you said, but you didn’t when the dog was in your care. Also you are trying to tell me I need to know the symptoms when I did. Why do you think I took him to the vet right away. Your workers are the ones that need to view the link. Please train them better. Also I know it won’t happen again because I am never bringing any dog to your place. Hopefully you can train your workers better? Also I have no idea what you mean by there 24 hour day departure? What are you not hearing? WE TOOK HIM TO THE VET LESS THEN 24 hours after we got him from you! Also you said it requires immediate attention. Our dog was there for around a week and since it requires immediate attention like you said, he had to get it whenever he was in there because he was there for around a week, if he had it before he would have died earlier whenever he was in your facility. Therefore, that proves that it happened whenever it was in your facility the only reason why he didn’t die in there is because we came home a day early and were able to take him to the vet which we took him to under 24 hours after leaving there because he looked very very ill and as you said learn the signs. They were there, you just decided to ignore them. Plus, we tried calling you asking about this you guys would not give us any answers!

Started taking my husky fir day play. Everyone has been very nice and respectful to me and my dog. He comes home wore out and happy and gets excited when we pull up. Apparently he loves the pool. Thanks to everyone at pet suites

The people here are fantastic, My puppy couldnt wait 2 secs for me to get out of the car before she jumped out and straight to their door lol. Highly recommend Pet Suites, Jurzi was so happy going in and out.. They Treat em like theyre own

I boarded my dogs with Pet Suites for nearly a week. In that time one of my dogs lost a significant amount of weight because he wasn't eating. At no point was I contacted to let me know he was struggling. I also asked for grooming services that were not received. I was told if I were picking up early to just call in the am and they would take care of it. I called in the morning to say I would be there between 5 and 6. I arrived at 5:21. They did not groom my pets and they didn't mention they didn't. I gave them 2 stars because the dogs were not otherwise injured. I will not be back and I do not recommend this place. I went out of my way to go here thinking my dogs would get better care and they did not.

Took very good care of my dog. This was the first time away from home for my 14-year-old beagle Bassett mix. I will continue using pet suites in fishers should I have further need of a pet hotel.

I love Pet Suites! My puppers loves to visit there for play time and comes home exhausted! And we get him groomed there once a month and he looks amazing! I've tried several different pet places and this is my favorite! ????

They took the best care of my doggy! I have super picky eater and they contacted me cause he had not ate. They went above and beyond and spoon fed him. I would definitely recommend them!

PetSuites has been a life saver for our family! I discovered PetSuites in a pinch when I called to see if they had any last minute boarding available. Fortunately, they did. The check in process was extremely thorough and they did not bat an eye when I brought three blankets, a dog bed, and 10 toys each for my two chocolate labs. I called to check in every day and I received A full and extensive report on how my dogs were doing when I called. This made me as a pet owner feel so confident that they were receiving good care and happy. You can add on services when you board as well. We added on the puppy preschool and training sessions for our three-month-old puppy at the time; we also chose to add on A grooming session and an individual play session every day for our seven-year-old chocolate lab. They do also offer group play for fixed dogs older than six months. Aside from the boarding, i’ve chosen to enroll our puppy in the puppy preschool day boarding and a dog training program (Dog Training by Jarod) twice a week. This has made such a big impact in his manners! He is building a foundation for a great skill set and a social attitude. The biggest thing that stands out to me is how excited my puppy gets when we pull up to his school. He runs in and immediately runs to greet the employees working. As a pet owner, this ensures me that my dog is getting a lot of love and attention. When my puppy graduates from the puppy preschool program, I plan to keep him enrolled in the adult dog day play program. I highly recommend PetSuites for both boarding and day time classes!

We take our three dogs for “all day play” they have an amazing time and come home exhausted from having so much fun. Our youngest dog even did the Puppy Preschool when he was a puppy and loved interacting with the other puppies his age. We’ve boarded our dogs and my daughters cats at Pet Suites and I loved that they didn’t charge extra for giving our older dog with cancer his medicine while being boarded. Petsuites grooming services are awesome too. You won’t be disappointed bringing your fur babies to Petsuites.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. My dogs have never been boarded before I made reservations over a week in advance and I still got screwed. First of all the charged me the whole amount of 125$ rather than just the 25$ deposit. Took 4 days for a refund. Then no one called me or told me what was needed for boarding for my dogs so I personally reached out to them specifically to figure out exactly what was needed. They said food (if you want) updated vaccines and leashes that’s it. We go to drop off the next morning and I give them their updated vaccines and it doesn’t have Boardatella. Come to find out you only get boardatella for boarding and no one ever told me that. I’m not impressed with the communication. Someone should have told me they needed that specific vaccine when I called and asked. My dogs ended up not being able to stay and I was not very happy with the whole experience.

We absolutely LOVE PetSuites Fishers!!! They take wonderful care of my Gus. We walk in for daycare & he is so excited to be there he can hardly contain himself. This is my first daycare experience & they have made it so enjoyable. They text with me about his day & let me know who he plays with. They are wonderful with communicating with me no matter what it is. We walk in & they all know Gus’s name & he is excited & ready to play. Best of all he’s worn out after playing all day long. We know that if we have to leave Gus overnight he will be loved & cared for. The staff you can tell from their smiles that they love playing & working with the dogs. Gus always looks forward to Tuesday’s so he can play all day long! We LOVE it there!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Our dogs have never been away from us for more than a few hours but life handed us a bad hand and we had to leave them for a week at petsuites and they took great care of our babies while we went to a funeral in another state. I had requested a picture of our girls while we were gone and they took it further and sent us a video of them, my husband and I know how crazy our girls are but everyone at petsuites loves them like they where their own.

They always take such good care of my dogs. I never have to worry about them when I can't be with them <3

We boarded our 8 month old kittens Luke and Leia. PetSuites was awesome for them. They had their own two level space with a window to see outside. They let them out into the bigger space to play twice a day and gave them treats. They also sent us pictures of the kittens twice a day so we could see how they were doing. We really appreciated knowing that they were so well cared for.

They always do a great job with all my doggies!

Edit: Used to be a great place to board your pets. Not so much anymore. This place got a new GM about a year ago and she has ran the place into the ground. Since then, they have lost almost all of their seasoned employees (some being there for 5+ years) and quite a few longtime customers. They are currently working with a skeleton crew of new hires that know nothing about pet care (they can't seem to keep anyone long enough to get any experience). Until this place makes some changes in management, i don't suggest boarding here.
