PetSuites Erlanger Erlanger, Indiana

We booked our puppy here for 3 days because they had the gold package option for him to be able to “play all day” as well as picture updates every day. The first day he was there, I got a text saying he didn’t pass his evaluation to be in group play. We were never told about any evaluation, and if there is an evaluation, why wouldn’t it be before you drop your dog off for boarding? We have taken him to another boarding place who do an overnight evaluation BEFORE they allowed him to be booked. He did great with the other dogs there, and goes to the dog park multiple times a week. They said he would be playing with a worker twice a day for the 3 days instead. We never would have booked him here had we known this was a possibility.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Well lighted, heated, and clean. Employees are helpful and friendly. The only place I use in the south Cincinnati area.

Leading up to the 6 night stay for my Puppy PetSuites made the process of boarding very convenient and simple. Drop off and pick up went quickly and they were very excited to meet my Puppy! At pick up they left a note in my puppy's bag with checked boxes about how she did, her eating habbits and etc. I will be boarding with them again in the future!

As always, our dog King had a great time at your facility. I would recommend it to anyone who ask me in need of such a facility. The staff was outstanding and very professional. Dr. Eric R Jackson

Great place to take a puppy

Very pleased with the experience. Staff seemed attentive to my kitty, things went smooth.

I love their grooming. But everything I try to schedule an appointment they require a different vaccine....costing more money. I have been to other boarding houses and groomers and they never ask for some of these shots and my vet says They are not part of their normal vaccination suite because Because no one usually ever requires them.

They were very nice & kind ab putting special eye drops that I hve n my little Sarah Gracie's eyes every day for 4-5 days straight for the eye disease she has. I truely appreciate them! Very nice caring people!

Great place to take your dog for grooming or boarding

We will recommend this place. It is very clean and does not even smell like there are dogs or any animals in the building. The staffs are very professional and skillful and friendly. Take your pets there to feel confident that your pet is taken cared of. We used them when we went to the creation museum and we had peace of mind that our pet is in good hands!!!

Extremely pleased with the staff and the our pup's stay with petsuites! Affordable and caring staff. Every question I had was answered in a timely and understanding way. I am extremely anxious and apprehensive when it comes to boarding as we have not had the most positive outcomes in the past with other companies. But, I was reassured that he would be happy and safe. There was one minor issue. Due to the holiday they were closed so I could not get ahold of the staff when I was informed he had an issue. But, I know if it was serious I would have been notified immediately. When it was time to pick up my pup he was happy to see us but I felt a sense of him wanting to stay and play, ha! We will continue to use petsuites for our boarding and daycare needs. Thank you for helping make our vacation that much more wonderful!

Great place. They treat your animals like its there

I am from out of state and need to board my dog for a day I was not rushed at all and was also given a tour of the facility. I left feeling very good about leaving my dog with them. Very courteous treatment!! Highly recommend giving this place consideration if you are looking for dog daycare and or boarding!

We decided to leave our puppy at Pet Suites for one night. They asked over the phone if I wanted puppy play time and I said not for one night. Then when dropping her off they marked play time without my consent and charged us the next day an extra 30.00. Not sure we will go there again. They did take good care of our sweet girl. Or I would have only given a 1 star review.

They were pretty awesome with our dog. She looked happy and content when we picked her up. The staff was super friendly and took great care of our dog!

I've taken my dogs here for grooming a couple of times and for boarding as well. The staff is always very friendly and the dogs seem to be well taken care of. The groomers are affordable and do a great job on my Doodle and Golden/Collie mutt. It can be hard to find a good groomer and I'm glad that I've found these ladies. I've recommended them to a few friends looking for a groomer as well.

I have a rescue that has had an unfortunate start to life and PetSuites Erlanger seems to be the only place to be able to cut his nails. They took the time to come up with a safe plan for the both of them to work together even though he was very adamant about his position. I have two other dogs too that need their help in special ways and they are willing to get us in on a dime! I recommend using this location for grooming, daycare, or whatever your pet may need! I trust them with my fur babies!

Great place for my dogs and kittens

Rushed at check in again. No play times were explained and I had to ask about all of them. All my contact information was wrong, which I explained to them at that time. They said it would be updated, but when I got the bill it was still under my mom's name with picture of her dog. We boarded here 10 months ago while I got married and I was called 5 different times with question about dogs that weren't mine by Petsuites. I recently brought my dog back this past time, BC I was hoping the prior stay was just messy with covid, however there was no improvement. I worked here when they first opened and LOVED my job and knew the care was great. That standard is gone and think they have good intentions, but have gotten to big. Also, just got back from vet and she has kennel cough and 200 vet bill. I will no longer recommend.

Love this place I bring my pets during shedding seasons for a full groom and the platinum package. Definitely worth it!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My husband and I adopted our first dog in April. We had already planned a vacation in June and were worried about leaving our new puppy somewhere that she would be scared. PetSuites in Erlanger came highly recommended from our friends. They were super easy to work with, very informative about the services they offer and prices, and even texted me to confirm everything was ready! I was still nervous dropping our puppy off before leaving town, but they texted me pictures of her to show me she was having a great time. I also received daily updates on how she was getting used to the facility. I will definitely take our puppy back when we leave town again, and am also looking into the day play program, so that way our puppy doesn't have to stay at home alone while my husband and I are at work. Very friendly and attentive staff. We used their dog day care while visiting the zoo and Creation museum. By the second visit they knew my dog's name when she went in. She was happy to be going back there, so they obviously took good care of her. Place was clean and well organized. Dropoff and pickup were easy and quick. Price was a bit high, but very nice place.

Avery is great and sweet, she did everything she could. But upper management changes the rules or "makes exceptions" only when they are hurting for business and need more dogs. I understand business and I understand making exceptions but communication to clients needs to be better. A text message 2 days before boarding is not acceptible. We have 4 vacations planned this summer and ill gladly use your competition.

Never been a day without my dogs being next to me. Went out of town for the weekend. I left my dogs happy. Picked my dogs up happy. They loved everyone of the employees. I have one dog thats scared of almost everything. Not one problem out of her. Her sister is full of energy. They both were taken care of the way i wanted. Thanks for the weekend stay. Daffy and Roxie was two happy sisters thanks to you guys! I am pleased to say i can leave my dogs in their care without hesitation!
