More selection of what I was looking for in aquarium products. Still no comparison to local fish stores where everything you possibly could want is found. Nice staff.

The same day delivery option is a total life saver.. literally. I was able to get bird formula and a syringe the same day, even though my car wouldn't start.

When I'd visited this time, there was a worker from another store who really tried to talk me out of what I'd gone in for, for something far more expensive. I was very upset with that, but went ahead and got what I'd wanted in the first place, and when I checked out, that same worker decided to write on my receipt "no return" making sure that I couldn't return anything I'd chosen because I didn't go with what he'd told to get instead. I've worked retail for 14+ years and I know bad customer service when I see it!!!

Good place to get your pet needs. Never disappointed with service or purchases. The place is well organized and clean, but something about the layout always feels a little off, to me. Maybe I'm just not used to the wide aisles; which, honestly, are very accommodating for guests pets.

It has a small but nice selection of pet supplies, the employees are generally friendly and give you space to shop. The store itself feels a bit like someone tried to fit too much into a small closet.
