Today.....with online shopping, you can always find bargains. But you sure can't find customer service like Pets Plus.

What a great experience here!! I stopped in to pick up some accessories for a new puppy and was given a welcome packet. I was planning to buy a small fish tank from an online retailer but the staff here was AMAZING! My kids were with me and the tank was a Christmas gift so we had to get creative and hide the purchase from them. Thanks to the staff here, we were able to pull it off ???? I'll be back again and again. Thanks so much for helping our family.

The staff was so helpful an kind! Me an my kids ask several questions an they where all answered. They also provided us with pamphlets about the animals we was interested in!! The service went above an beyond for me an my family! Thank y'all for the new addition of the betta fish we bought!! Can't wait to go back again!

I went to Pet Supplies yesterday hoping to get an id tag for my dogs. They had been missing for 3 days and we finally located them at the pound, so I wanted ID tags so that wouldn’t happen again. This store had so many options! I chose different tags that fit each of my dogs personalities and was able to get them engraved on the spot. They have a machine in the store that engraved them right there. I had never done this before and the staff were so helpful and courteous in explaining what to do. I did make another purchase while there and all the employees were so courteous and nice. Nice to go to a place and get good service and see smiling faces!

Pet Supplies Plus has been my favorite pet store since they opened. The owners are always friendly and helpful with any of my questions. I drive over 30 miles to this store and look forward to every visit.

Was very disappointed in this experience my grandson's choice of restaurants limited on income and I was disappointed in service the food they tell me was not very good cuz they usually eat there I hadn't and just not a good experience except for my kids and they made it all good so I hope they improve
