Always compassionate, professional care from the whole staff. Reasonable prices. I switched to this vet from another vet clinic and am so, so glad I did.

The actual Veterinarians that treat your pet are wonderful. Getting a straight answer on what outstanding shots are needed for your pets is impossible. I voiced these concerns to the incredible Dr Hapner on my last visit. He had the staff send me information on joining a portal that would show a full history of what my 2 dogs have had, when they had them...and then a clear, concise area of the portal that would show what they needed and what was due or upcoming.....and by when. I set up my account on the Portal, and to my disappointment, there is no information on the most important part...and that is WHAT IS DUE FOR MY PETS. They have a chat service, which they try hard to help you with, but the biggest issue is that they don't have clear data available to be able to clearly and quickly see what your per has due. I was literally on the phone talking to one person...who was telling me my dogs needed one thing........and at the same time...a different employee working the chat was telling me something else. I don't think it's an issue of them not caring. I think it's an issue of them being slammed busy and not having data that can be quickly an easily communicated.(not having info about what is coming due for your pets). They can't easily and accurately find it over the phone and it's not on the portal. However, all this being said....they do a great job with our pets and always have. I just wish it was easier to see what my pets have coming due and when. Very frustrating.

They did a great job of saving our dog that was close to death due to an obstruction. Though it was expensive, they were cheaper than others our friends have used.

I've never had a bad experience with Northridge. They're always personable and informative. They treat my fur babies with nothing but care and consideration.

This vet office is truly the best. When my dog was a few months old she came down with parvo. It was a holiday and had no choice but to take her to the animal hospital. We gave her a night there and it drained our pockets. We said we were going to take her further to a vet and they told us outside of them.she will have a 30 percent chance of living. I called this vet and they got.me in that day. They took all the needed precaution's to keep other animals there safe. They had a vet who specialized in parvo. She eased my mind so much and provided so much more helpful advice than the hospital. She saw her 2 following days keeping my pocket in mind lol. 2 almost 3 years later we are still there and they have always been so accommodating and so nice. She has some.anxiety issues and very tightly wound. They have treated her amazing regardless and helped calm her. They are quick and never do anything without consulting. They have my business as long as i have a pet.

From the time of check-in to completed appointment, everyone is professional and courteous. Love their patient's.

Always a wonderful experience. The doctors and staff are caring, understanding and my animals are excited to go. I've gone there for years and had everything from basic checkups to end of life care. They do a fantastic job and follow up with my animals at home to make sure nothing else is needed. I appreciate all that they do.

Best vet around. Love doctor Hapner. Started going there when lived in that area. I moved 7 years ago, not very convenient for me now. Yet I still continue to go there, cause he is very good with my dog. Thanks for ALL you do. Edit : I would again like to appreciate this office. I found myself in a position where I needed to have my 15 year old dog euthanized quickly as he was suddenly overnight suffering (refused to let him suffer) By far one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Thank you Dr Hellsinger (Dr Hapner on vacation) first for getting him in when I know you were booked up, and second for you compassion. My biggest fear was that I was going to have to wait for the procedure to be completed. As soon as I said I was in the parking lot, someone came out immediately to assist me ( 88 lbs). Everyone involved was so compassionate allowed me the time I needed with my best bud. I stayed with him the entire time, as hard as it was, I knew he would of never left me in that situation. I had to be there for him. Again, top notch service from the best vets around. Thank you, I am 100% positive I did the right thing, and 100% thankful your office was there when I needed you.

Used them for years now. The care is outstanding. You can really tell they truly care about your pets. I would recommend them to anyone.

Northridge Animal Clinics is plain and simply excellent! I've taken all my pets there for years and have always experienced the finest quality of care. The first thing you will notice is how clean and spacious it is inside. Next, the super friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Then, when you meet any one of their veterinarians, you're going to notice how loving and helpful they are. You will leave feeling thankful that you belong to such a fine Vet. I was fortunate to become a client considering how high the demand is to get in there. Five stars

I have been using this vet clinic for over a year. I have no problem with the vets they have all been great, as far as I know because they are still on lock down and won't allow anyone in. They did away with the texting number for appointments, medication, and questions. Problem is they didn't tell anyone. Been trying fir a week to simply pick up heart worm medication. Took a week, got a voice mail saying I could pick it up between 1 and 5 today. She called with the wrong kind, tried calling to get it fixed. No one will answer. Went tgere to pick up, and no one will answer. So we will be going elsewhere. Picking up simple heart worm meds should not be this stressful or complicated.

It was nice. They should let us in to talk to the veteran.

The vets are slightly stuck up and it makes you worry for your pet. After all if the nurses are too busy to issue you Flea medicine How on earth do they have time for anything else?,
