I own a pit bull, he's a sweet doggie but other vets have been scared of him. Our previous vet wouldn't even touch our dog, he instead preformed the exam from across the room. I'm happy to say Blackiston was very good to roscoe. They were not intimidated at all and gave great service

Very nice vet. Compassionate and patient when explaining how to administer insulin to a cat. Love the office cat. Very friendly kitteh! I'm sure the office staff is stretched thin like everywhere, but the phones really need more attention.

I have taken my three dogs to him over many years. Dr. Mathewson is very attentive and compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone who needs pet services.

This ia a very good clinic. I have a rescue chihuahua and she hates men. The vet is good with her and gave her her shots and she didn't even growl. He answered all my questions. I will always come back. The guy that works at the desk helped the doctor last time we came in to cut her nails. She didn't like that and blamed him because he helped hold her paws. But she eventually forgave him.

I like the vet and the facility. Generous parking and enough room inside to social distance. Dr is very patient with my cat, who doesn't like many people but cooperates with him just fine.

This man has to be one of the rudest people I've ever met. I will never, ever go back there. I gave 2 stars because the surgery that my cat had to have was done by him. She's 18 and handled anesthesia well. The incision was smooth and healed well. If you're poor, they don't want you there
