They were very polite for first thing in the morning. Exp. With so many people. Answered every question i had plus helped me with funding programs for my pit bull.

Drop off for my dogs neuter was easy and quick. The lobby was full of people and I was worried it would take a long time, but it didn't! Also pain meds to go home for 3 days was only $10.

Scarring experience. Nice person at the door. Didn't provide me any paperwork with the animal I dropped off for someone. I about lost my breath due to the lack of security on any level. If you can get somewhere that is safer I would recommend going there. This area is extremely questionable. Yikes. Update Jan 17, 22. Still the same place. Changed their technique. Better. More friendly. Really needs a fresh update in side. Needs help. Better experience this time.

I had both my cats neutered here a year ago and I had a good experience. Cats weren’t traumatized, went home with meds, staff seemed over worked but pleasant enough. What some people have to realize is this place cares for many animals all day every day. If you want special treatment, seek a private vet. Your pets aren’t here to be coddled they are here to have a procedure done, and that’s it. You as an owner should be doing the after care and making sure your pet is healing properly. This place does so much for the community who are of lower income and I am thankful for that. Thank you UCAN for changing lives.

They did a great job!! They did not butcher any of my kitty's, like someone commented. I just had 5 spayed and neutered. And I'm happy with the results! Good job UCAN!!

they take great care of your pets for affordable am price but could be a lot friendlier at the front desk.

This place truly is making it happen for anyone who needs some assistance with veterinarian cost and procedures. Please donate even if it's only $5 every little bit adds up. I've had 4 pets spayed and neutered work them. Always 5 star service.

My kitty had a great recovery but went In with no fleas and came out with fleas so other than that no problems

They are absolutely amazing! I called and stated that my dog was having a pretty heavy cycle and needed to be spayed and they got her in for an appointment in the same week based upon my own inflexibility. They were immediately concerned about my pet and made me look forward to taking her. They did an amazing job and we're very kind and informative and are even allowing us to finish our payment over time. All around great place for your animals health and safety. Very trustworthy!!!

These folks spay and neuter animals at reasonable prices. If you have feral cats, they allow you to bring two per household and do it for free. A great resource for the community.

They truly care...u can tell they truly Love animals and i felt so comfortable leaving my pitbull Raven with them...They're the Best!

really great place very kind and friendly but i got my cats (3 yr) rabies vaccine a couple months ago and they had it on file and the paperwork to prove she had it, but they gave her another rabies (1yr) vaccine on accident… hoping that doesn’t affect her negatively :/ very great place in general though they do wonderful work. i got her spayed here and they were fantastic. very kind staff and great prices especially for the vaccine clinic. have recommended a couple times :)

I have literally called the number for the past 3 days, at different times of the day. Probably a total of 15 times and left 3 messages. The first day I tried, someone would answer, I would hear background noise and then they would hang up. After that, no one would even answer. I am just trying to confirm my cats appointment on November 1st, because I scheduled it online in August and have never heard a peep out of these people. If I didn't need to get her fixed ASAP, I wouldn't even bother trying again.

Gave permission to treat ear mites if found. They did find them but did not treat for some reason so that was a whole separate vet visit. They also crossed out my cats age on the paperwork and put him as 6 months OLDER which he absolutely is not. They kept referring to him as a her which caused a bit of panic because I was afraid they’d given us the wrong cat at pickup. Fortunately they did give us the correct cat. . Don’t recommend

The 2 month wait seems long but totally worth it. My cat was spayed, given her rabies vaccine, treated for ear mites and fleas for about 70 bucks. Very worth it. All the employees are very friendly and I received a call after my cats surgery to let me know she was OK.

Thus is simply put, a wonderful place. I've brought my cat here past 2 years and the staff are always warm, friendly, and helpful.

The low cost shot clinic is unbeatable!! Their staff is very very pet & human friendly. They also offer low cost wellness clinic for check ups. I cannot say enough positive things. My only wish would be to have low cost vet clinic appts but they do not have space, staff or funds for that currently.
