Thanks so much for the care, love, and attention you put into treating my little Jedi…. And for all the support and understanding you gave me throughout his stay

our staff was exemplary. I wasn't sure I if I was going to be able to find a place that I could just walk into and have my stray kitten checked for the really nasty communicable diseases that cats can get. I will exuberantly recommend your practice. And I named her Domino, because of her being a back kitten with two white spots. Her full name Domino le Squeak. Or just Domino for short. Just an FYI. Thank you so much. Sean

I’m a little disappointed that I got quoted by the actual doctor what the price would be when we picked up our puppy. When we show up to get him we find instead of $134, it’s $340! We signed the paper and was told he was only getting IV’s by the doctor! The nurse and front desk person said “ oh you should have been aware”. My son and I looked at each other like what is going on here. People rely on honesty especially when paying for things are expensive. I’m going to look for a better vet

The staff at Redbank Veterinary Hospital are top of the line. They are kind, caring individuals who went above and beyond in my pet Mom crisis with my Julio. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this group of absolute Angels.

We have been going to Redbank Veterinary Hospital for decades. We have adopted pets from them and said goodbye to pets there. The doctors and staff have always been like family. The practice was recently sold. It’s now apparently part of a larger practice. Our cat, who we adopted from Redbank 18 years ago, is nearing the end of his life. While the staff has been friendly, I was shocked to learn a bottle of Vitamin B-12 would be over $400. The EXACT SAME bottle is available on Chewy for $4.59. Okay, so I ordered through Chewy. But, the policy of the new owners is to not work with online pharmacies. So a trip to pick up a paper prescription at rush hour, and it needs to be mailed to Chewy. More delay. I completely understand retail markup, but 93X markup is robbery. Then by forcing a delay getting the vitamins, they are showing that our cat is clearly not their priority. When I picked up the prescription, I also got the record for all three of our pets. Now, after nearly forty years, we search for a new veterinarian.

Dr. Weineke was wonderful and comforting. She explained thoroughly what was wrong with my very sick cat, Tom. I appreciate how helpful she was.

They will save your animal ,but you better have deep pockets! They put stiches in your dog and tell you have YOUR vet remove them as part of "follow up care" SMH, it's about how much money you have to save your animal.. They saved mine and I'm grateful.

Red Bank Vet took very good care of my Leda. They took her in on short notice when nobody else would see her. They kept me well informed while I was waiting. She is very rambunctious and they was able to deal with her. When I took her there she hadn't ate in a few days and I was really worried about her. A couple days later she is eating her blain food diet doing so much better. I'm happy I took her there.

We recently took our new rescue, Bruce to this veterinary office and they were very sweet to him and above all super informative and answered our very many questions. I loved how much feedback and communication there was. Despite the COVID policy and us having to stay in the car while they took him in we still felt very in the loop. They were clear with pricing and what their recommendations were as Bruce was in bad shape when we took him from his previous owner and needed the whole run down. The pricing was very decent as well. We will for sure keep returning for Bruce's future needs!

I had always taken my cat to Red Bank, as she had been born there. But they did not tell me when they changed ownership and staff. I called to take my cat in for a routine allergy treatment, and was told I would have to schedule a check-up. This surprised me because she had very recently had a check up. Why didn't they say then, "We have a new vet?" But they didn't. Just said, "The doctor thinks she should see her." Then they gave me a lecture on the severity of the routine allergy treatment--which they had themselves been prescribing for years. Then they performed the check-up--which included an extremely expensive test that I had never heard of before, and which she had never had before. I had to look it up on-line. It was recommended for older cats, but I should have been warned. It was only when they had my credit card in their hands, that they mentioned the doctor's name--tipping me off at last that she was not my regular vet--and said she wanted to talk to me. All she had to say was that I had a very sweet pretty cat, which I didn't need a vet to tell me. I will never go back. Maybe she's a brilliant vet--but I do not trust her business practices. You are disingenuous. You say you have cared for my kitty for so many years. But you have not. The people who owned the building before you bought it cared for my kitty for so many years. You have no claim on the loyalty I owe them

Explain pricing for whole procedure instead of in parts. I paid $175 worth of services that wouldn’t go towards the cost of neutering(quoted $490 excluding preoperative and aftercare costs). So basically it would cost me $700-900 to neuter a single small dog. That is ridiculous! Especially my poor dog was terrified and didn’t want to get out the car to go with them with how they do their social-distancing measures. I only paid $200 all together about a year ago for my Purebreed Teddybear dog with the previous practice here. This new practice is a bunch of money-grabbing hustlers especially in this part of town! I will not be returning with none of of pets and I would not recommend anyone to go here (especially if you are a new patron) unless they like paying overpriced, over-sold services. I will stay going to Dr.Grady’s in Finneytown. At least Dr.Grady’s have some discounts possible and can care for my family more quickly.

Kind and professional staff, especially during a pandemic. I've never had a vet or tech talk about and treat my dog so lovingly and empathically. Recently lost my little dog and the vet and staff were so sweet and understanding. I know they have to do that kind of thing often but it felt as though they were just as heartbroken as we were to lose her. Highly recommended as they are honest and upfront with you about everything including pricing for treatment.

They take great care of my dog. He's a peculiar little guy, but they take the time to understand him and that makes a big difference. I am confidant that he is in good hands with them.

The vet at Red Bank was able to convey care and kindness for our cat even though COVID precautions required us to talk by phone after the vet techs brought the cat inside for a check-up. The vet explained the cat's health status clearly, invited my questions, and listened attentively, giving me the time I needed. It was a great visit even though it couldn't be face to face. I hadn't met this vet before but I like and trust her and will be glad to bring our pet back.

Just took our dog to get his RIGHT injured paw treated. They started by clipping the nails on his LEFT foot and then told us that we would have to sedate him and bring him back the next day since he got worked up while they were clipping his nails which we never asked to do! Our dog was never treated for his right paw injury even though we told them and emphasized that it was his right paw which you could easily tell by how bad he was limping. They clearly were not paying attention

I love Red Bank vet!!! My whole family has been going for years and they're always friendly. The prices aren't too bad either. They were able to trim my dog's nails...he's 110 pounds and it's definitely a task. Other places I've been to have refused. I don't know how but they managed to do it in 15 minutes! Thank you so much for also being safe with Covid.

We took our dog who had a mass in his mouth for check-up. They charged us $55 for a “check-up” but didn’t tell us the outcome of that check-up. When asked the woman on the phone said “I think everything is ok, but I’m not the vet”. Then they proceed to sending us an estimate quoting hundreds of dollars for another procedure that isn’t removing the mass. Then I ask for an estimate to remove it and they send costs without explaining the procedure. I call and email to ask what the procedure would be and get no response. Apparently my request will go in a work order list (it’s been 3 weeks). For something this serious, they sure don’t seem to care. If your pet is an important member of your family, you need to take them to a place that truly cares and isn’t just trying to get your money.
