My husband took our dogs there every 4 weeks for grooming and the groomer there is super nice and detailed oriented. She did ask all the details from us in terms of what we want done and the dogs turnout looking so good when we picked them up every single time. I highly recommend the groomer here.

Dr. Hill knows what he's doing. I'm so glad he is nearby and sees small animals!

They're absolutely amazing! Dr Hill preformed my beardies tail amputation and explained every about how I should give him his meds after surgery. He is now going to see all my reptiles when needed. He has also done fecal tests for all my reptiles! 1st picture is of him now and the picture of him on the way to get his tail amputation! Highly highly recommend

Dr Hill and Dr. Zola are both amazing. They take their time with my exotic babies and make certain I have no questions or lingering concerns when I leave. Their prices are reasonable compared to other vets I’ve used who treat exotic creatures in the Cincinnati area. Wait times are almost non-existent and both doctors and staff are friendly and compassionate. Definitely 5 STARS! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!!

My guinea pig had to have a large tumor removed today. I. Was. TERRIFIED. We thought for sure it was cancer (fortunately it wasn't). Dr. Hill clearly explained my options and was very kind and understanding. I was in tears and he told me not to worry, he would take care of my boy. When I picked him up afterward his aftercare was clearly explained to me and the staff were incredible. The doctor was knowledgeable about guinea pig care and I'll be very comfortable taking my guy and his little brother to this vet in the future. This was a very difficult day and it's a blessing that I've come away from it with peace of mind and confidence in the care we received at this office.

The senior vet may have knowledge about the anatomy of animals, but in my opinion his bed-side manner so to speak leaves a lot to be desired. I brought my puppy in for 2nd set of shots etc and all I heard way my puppy's crying and squealing from pain. No compassion for the animals, from my experience.

I am deeply upset. My husband and I drove 3 and a half hours for my ferret, who had a tumor behind his eye, while they did a wonderful job with the surgery, I called for an update on his results for his eye, after giving me the run around because they didn't want to talk to me on the phone, with an attitude no less, they told me he had cancer and the doctor wanted to discuss the options with us in person, which we could not do due to both of us working 40+ hours a week, we call again to see about his stitches being removed, and to see if there was even a point in doing it and then they told us he didn't have cancer and that just the tumor was cancerous? On top of that, the stitches that they stated were not dissolvable, dissolved and we didn't need to go anyways. Over priced. Majority of the people I talked to were rude. I will not be going back.

I went to get my bird cremated there. I was never told there were two different options for cremation, and obviously I wanted my precious animal that I was crying over in the office. I told them I wanted her cremated and instead of informing me I could either cremate without keeping the ashes or keep them, they just assumed I didn’t want them. After calling for 2 months they finally informed me that I “chose” the cremate without keeping the ashes. They refused to give me a refund for the cremation and didn’t even offer an apology. Please don’t go here if you actually care about your animals.

Unfortunately, this morning I woke up to my green tree frog so bloated he was floating in his water dish. I called this vet and they told me I could come in immediately. Turns out my little guy had renal failure and had to be euthanized. I know most people probably think it’s silly to have a tiny frog seen by a vet and euthanized but he was part of the family. None of the staff made me feel silly for bringing him in and they treated me with kindness and were very gentle with my frog. They wrapped him in a warm cloth blanket and even drew a heart on it so I could take him home and bury him. I can’t say enough good things about how much I appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

Excellent Vet and staff. They are not just basic care of get your shots and get out. This is the first vet I've encountered which spends a good amount of time teaching you proper care for your animal. I've owned cats and dogs all my life but I learn something new each time I go here. I great appreciate the care the vet and staff provide.

Very glad I took my turtle here. I have been there twice now and they are very informative and are well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend this place if you have an exotic pet.

Very good vet. Doesn't make you wait. The vet has the demeanor of a teacher, which I like in a vet. What I mean is he is eager to answer questions and show you how to administer treatment. This is a five star vet, but they have to lose a star due to price. They are very pricey, but they are good, and I keep going back despite cheaper, closer options; so you can't blame them for the pricing.

Dr. Hill and his team saved my boy when he had a life threatening bowel obstruction. They took great care of him, kept me up to date on how he was doing and charged a very fair price. Prior to this visit, Dr. Zola took great care of my girl when she had a tummy bug. The staff is knowledgeable and very caring. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new veterinarian.

They are well priced and can always get you in quickly. Dr. Zola was very nice and helped my little man but I’m not sure he knows much about rodents as he couldn’t identify a simple ear infection in my mouse (thought it was a stroke and that we’d probably have to euthanize). I figured out what was wrong with a quick google search so that suggests that he didn’t take the time to double check his diagnosis or do some research, despite no one else being in the parking lot. He also gave him unnecessary steroids and prescribed baytril water to a mouse who couldn’t walk when another vet had better suggestions. I’m sure he’s great with birds but maybe shouldn’t be listed as an exotic vet. Staff was friendly and they helped him out significantly but led to him being sick for longer than he should have due to the medicine prescription. I wish someone would have said “hey we don’t anyone well trained with mice but we’ll give it a shot”. Definitely give them a shot if you have dogs, cats, birds, etc but I wouldn’t bring rodents to him.

No matter how busy people may get, it’s highly unprofessional to take your frustration out on clients over the phone or even in person.. I work at a fast paced clinic as well and believe me I understand the phones get crazy and the frustration that comes with it. But I just wanted to pass on the message that I was a highly disappointed in the customer service I received.
