Very expensive more than I’ve ever paid for my dogs medicine.

Not happy with my previous vet for many reasons I decided to try paw prints what a wonderful experience reasonably priced closer to home and they truly truly care about your babies took the time to ask me history any surgeries and the vet herself even came out to talk to me! I have 4 Stray Cats to take care of and we have found a new home! Don't hesitate to take your pets there I can't say enough wonderful things about them even though it was only my first visit there

Great curbside service with minimal contact necessary. Both vets that I've met are both very nice and knowledgeable and it's clear the nurse staff are equally happy to help. A great vet for any pet.

I had (my dogs) have been patients for 12 years and I had no complaints during that time. More recently I have a new puppy who has had recurrent UTIs and required multiple ABOs. She had symptoms again and I wanted to get her in ASAP. An appointment was not available until 6 days later. I ended up taking her to a different office that day to prevent worsening of symptoms/complications. I forgot I had set up an appointment with Paw Print and forgot to cancel - so I was a no call no show for a Saturday appointment. I recently received a letter that I was dismissed from the practice for being "inconsiderate". I am disappointed that this was handled in such a manner. Be aware; I am a mother of 5, I recently changed jobs and continue to work full time, I have 4 dogs and a forgetful husband - regardless - do not miss any appointments as there seems to be a lack of understanding/forgiveness in this area.

Excellent service! They are upfront and frank about EXACTLY what anything is going to cost. They are understanding about budgets. They are never judgemental. I have a 16 year old dog and I never feel preassured to do extra services. My dogs love seeing them and never have issues when they visit. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a pet you care about.

Nice staff. Howie came out and didn't appear to be upset or frightened at all. Great experience for the first time

The best veterinarian and staff in Cincinnati. We’ve been taking all of our many pets to Paw Prints for years and have never been disappointed.

Great vet, very friendly staff. Honest and reasonably priced. Good reasons why we drive 45 minutes past many other pet hospitals to get there.

Vet was nice the first visit with my first dog, but I slowly started to notice how rude the staff became. Also, price was extremely high. The same medication here costs triple what it did at another vet. No thanks, I'll drive another 5-10 minutes to receive better service with a more affordable price on medication. I think because they are such a small practice they do not get discounted rates on the medication they receive.

Dr. Gabe Bercz has provided outstanding care for my dogs throughout the years he had been in practice. He has a friendly, caring demeanor, and is sensitive, not only to his pet patients, but pet owners, as well. My dogs have received the best of veterinary care at Paw Print. The entire staff is professional, respectful and loving toward all animals. They are well trained and love their jobs! I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Bercz and his staff in the Anderson Township/Newtown area.

It saddens me to write a negative review of a local business, yet I feel it is important to explain the story of my senior cat, Maia, and our experience at Pawprint. I took Maia to Dr. Bercz for two years. Ever since I adopted her, she struggled with a number of health problems: chronic vomiting, diarrhea, IBS, and GI distress. The first few times I took Maia in, she was simply given a (expensive) shot of anti-vomiting medication, administered fluids, and sent away - in other words, this slapped on a bandaid rather than treating her underlying condition of IBS. She was then prescribed a combination of medicine - cerenia and prednisone - to manage her symptoms. HOWEVER... no one explained to me the potential consequences and ramifications of long-term steroid use. So when Maia began pulling out her own hair and developed feline diabetes, NO ONE warned me that these were directly caused by over-use of prednisone. I was furious. I felt betrayed by a medical professional and an immense amount of guilt for putting my senior cat through all of this, not to mention hefty vet bills from all these complications. Moreover, when I insisted on getting Maia off of the steroids, he suggested "just stopping it." I told him that it would probably be better to titrate off the steroids rather than "just stopping it." According to my current vet, if I had just suddenly stopped the steroids, Maia likely would have died. Now, my girl is happy, healthy, medication-free, and better than ever. We are seeing a new vet at Plum Street Pet Clinic who educated us about real, long-term treatment for IBS - proper nutrition and dietary monitoring - rather than excessive use of medication. So, if you are considering taking your pets to Pawprint, use caution... and remember the value of seeking out a second professional opinion. Your furry friend's health depends on it.

These guys are great! Staff is not only very friendly, but super knowledgeable. They are a bit pricey, but it's worth it when you know your fur baby is in great hands!

We've brought our dogs here for what feels like my entire life. The entire staff make you feel like family, and I never feel taken advantage of which I've felt from other veterinarians.

Less than happy. This vet came highly recommended by many on a local social media sites as "outstanding" & "reasonably priced". I found it to be neither. $115 for an office visit and a few vaccines. Was told a urinalysis would be an additional$48. Seems steep. Staff was not all that friendly and they didn't listen to us and our concerns as new pet owners. Overall not happy and won't return. UPDATE: A few days after posting this review, we received a copy of the records (which proved their lack of attention to our concerns by the way) from our visit and a letter essentially firing us as customers. Not a concern for us, as we intended to never return. I do think it says a lot about them as a practice to not even address the issues we had. They could have responded privately or publicly with AT LEAST a word of apology for it not working out. Nope. Just a letter firing us.
