Dr. O’Connell and all the staff are amazing. The ONLY reason we stopped coming here is because we moved across the country. They genuinely care about your pets and take time with each of them. Dr. O’Connell called to check in on our cat over the weekend because she was genuinely concerned about him.

Park plaza is great. I have recommended it to friends. Some vets have a set static procedure for office visits. This hospital adjusts based on animal behavior/need and handler/owner experience. They are honest.

They took peanut and checked her out, gave her her shots and trimmed her nails, they were friendly and suggested treatment plan for flea and tick and heartworm treatment, fecal testing wasn't upfront about the cost of all the service peanut would need. Is my only complaint.

This office has the greatest staff. They are so caring and wonderful. One of my dogs is hmmm... a handful, to put it nicely. And they have worked with me tirelessly to make the vet visits the most comfortable experience for him. I would highly recommend them to any pet parent. We have had a couple injuries and illnesses and they are always able to work in my pooches. I cannot recommend them enough!

Super friendly and helpful people!

I had pulled in to the parking lot for less than 2 minutes to help the maps on my phone because i was not sure where i was going. i am not from around this area and needed to pause for a second to know where to go. A skinnier lady with purple hair got out of her car and started screaming at me and my friend in the car. she said that we knew better and that we were not allowed to be parked in the parking lot. i have never once been in this area and didn’t know what she was talking about. she had said that i needed to “park in my own driveway” and i explained that i didn’t live around here and she continued to yell and say that i “knew better.” this was extremely unprofessional and rude and i will not support someone that treats random people that way.

Overcharged for unnecessary tests and medication is twice as expensive

The staff is amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. O'Connell is so good with our furbabies. I like that she works with us and accepts how well we know our pups.

Went in to up in rabies shots for dog. They performed unauthorized testing and charged me for those tests. A rabies shot shouldnt turn into 200 extra dollars in which I didnt approve of. They need to be more clear on their prices and their testing before seeing my dog.

Park plaza is like family. They have cared for my family pets for as long as I can remember. Now I am an adult and I live about 20 minutes away, and I can't imagine taking my dear kitty cat anywhere else, even though there are places much closer. I deeply trust Dr. O'Connell and her entire staff.

This has been the best Vet I've ever taken my pets to. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean. The Vet is really knowledgeable, handles my pets so gently which really helps to calm them, and she doesn't try to sell you services! Plus, the prices are super reasonable. As much as you can like a Vet, this one is awesome

The staff is kind and good to my animals. The doctors are very smart and help you to understand what is going on when your pet is sick. The waiting rooms are clean and the exam rooms are clean and comforting.
