Phenomenal. Such caring and supportive and responsive staff. My little rat terrier hates the vet (like used to try to bite our other vet and cried all that). But she’s literally excited when Dr. Katie walks through the door. She’s so attentive and sweet and patient. Only wonderful experiences

I can’t express how Happy I am to have found a veterinarian whom I absolutely love! Vet visits are always ridiculously stressful, but the entire staff at Cincinnati Hills Animal Clinic go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. *I just had my little Boston’s teeth cleaned and had one loose tooth removed and they did an amazing job! Hands down the best veterinarian doctor & staff I’ve ever met.

Dr.Katy treated my golden retriever as if she were her own. She is skilled and compassionate. That means a lot to us.

Dr. Katie and her staff are the absolute best! She was my first vet when I moved to Cincinnati five years ago and she so graciously took care of my dog when we made the decision to put her down last month. No matter what issues arose, I could always get an appointment with Dr. Katie or talk to her staff regarding my dog. She always keeps your animal and your best interest in mind when recommending any sort of treatment. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Katie and my dog absolutely loved everyone there!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes Dr. Katie is a little late to our room, but that's because she's giving another patient and family all the time they need / want. She does the same for us when it's our turn. New "curbside" COVID program seems to be working well. Well worth the drive to Kenwood.

Dr. Katie is awesome she came to our house to put our dog to sleep and did not charge us out the ying-yang pay for she hurt the same way we were hurting. I love her to death. She is always like that too

I have dealt with a few different vet clinics in my lifetime and Dr. Katie and her team are just wonderful. The customer service is top notch. They are always so friendly and accommodating. They will offer relevant services and products but never try to pressure me into buying anything. Their monthly payment care plans are very affordable and totally worth it in the level of service they provide. They genuinely care about your pets. I always feel like I'm leaving my fur babies in great hands. A+

If you want a Vet that truly cares about your pets and doesn't try to price gouge you, this is the place to go. I can't say enough good things about this place. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Dr Katie and the entire staff are amazing. Everyone is always so welcoming. Any time I have an emergency come up with any of my fur kids they are always able to fit them in. I left my old vet that I had gone to for over 10 years and switched to Katie and I am extremely happy that I did! Also if you are a raw feeder she is one of the only vets that I have been able to find that supports it if done correctly. I will never take my babies anywhere else.

Absolutely love Dr. Katie and her staff. Anytime we’ve needed to get one of our two dogs in they’ve been super accommodating. Very clean office and can truly tell they really care about the pets they treat! Highly recommend this clinic if your looking for a vet!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Katie! She and her staff are beyond all expectations. Dr. Katie takes all the time you need to thoroughly answer any questions. She treats your pet like her own (lots of love!) Yesterday I had a question for our little girl that Dr. Katie quickly addressed and reassured me was nothing to worry about. I left and this morning I received an email from Dr. Katie with even more information as she was thinking about her after we’d left. I have never encountered such care, compassion or thoroughness in all the 10 years we’ve had our pup. Dr. Katie is truly the best vet you will ever find!!! I PROMISE!!!!

Amazing care and treatment! I have a very grumpy old kitty who had bad experiences with other vets. After researching vets in the area and following recommendations we found Dr. Katie. Every aspect of care is individualized to your pet’s needs, unlike your typical vet service. For example, we arrived early and there were dogs in the waiting room naturally yapping when a cat arrives. I was immediately taken to a private room where Charlie could feel safe and calm. Dr. Katie and her staff are the best.

I found Cincinnati Hills Animal Clinic because after adopting my dog SPCA gave me a list of vets who would give her a free first time check up and this place was close to home. What luck that I stumbled upon this practice because I couldn't be happier! Over the last year I've visited a few times and each time I'm there I feel like my dog is their only priority. They even stayed after hours to get my dog in when the local Petsmart gave her an infection. Their prices are pretty on par with most practices but unlike many practices they are really genuine and caring.

The ladies are excellent great customer service. Got my dog in on short notice and did and excellent job on his grooming. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Carullo really cares about her 4-legged patients. Excellent doctor and great staff.
