Overall pretty disappointed in the quality of care they tend to their animals. I had a kitten that had eye issues, the doctor took a look at it and threw some ointment and drops our way. Never bothered to call or give an update. He DID however say he didn't think it would ever get better. So then I went to a REAL vet, and they are finally able to give him the attention he deserves.

Live this place. Been going to for over 20 years. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about animals. Highly recommend them.

We think all the employees as well as the doc's are just great. They really do care about our pets. All our dogs have been long time patients .

Cherry Grove has an amazing staff who love what they do! You can tell by the way they treat pets and their people! My newest fur baby is Clara Belle who is a senior- they were absolutely wonderful with her.

They had no time or interest in my cat that ended up passing away. ☹️

We recently had our dog put down and the compassion they showed to us and our dog was incredible. They have always taken good care of all of our animals.

Just be detailed in your request or they may do it all and hit you with a bit larger bill.

They taken over for my babies, and they take great care. Prices are reasonable also.

Brought my cat for the first time today to get spayed, the woman who greeted me was so friendly & funny that it made my early morning less exhausting. The Veternarian called to update me when she was out of surgery. She was also so friendly & offered to give my cat her vaccines that she needed as well. Love this place so far & will be bringing all my pets!

Was looking to bring my dog in and switch vets. The woman on the phone originally told me that there were appointments available the following week and then when I responded that I hadn’t been there before, they are so backed up and not accepting new patients.

Dr Rueger is the best vet in Cincinnati. He truly cares for his furry patients and takes the time to discuss any issues your pet may be having. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

These folks are the best literally ..they always remember me and my buddy who is their patient...very attentive, very informative and treat you like family

Great vets that actually want to get to know your pet.

I had to have my dog put to sleep and in order to get his ashes, I paid my bill in full. Then two weeks later I got another bill. Thanks for reminding of my loss.

I love the way the doctors, and staff really care for my Furbaby Angel. It’s not easy to let her go inside, and me not being in there with her, but I know they’ll take the best care of her. My Angel had surgery about a month ago, and I was worried, but they assured me that she would be well taken care of. My Angel did very well, and is healing great. Thank u Dr. Drop, and Staff for taking great care of My Girl Angel!! Much love for all the Furbabies everywhere!! ❤️????

The staff seems to genuinely care about my dogs. They charge way below what I would expect for the service and medicine we receive.

We have brought our dogs here for over 35 years and trust our Vets and their staff.

Great people who love animals

The entire staff from the office lady to the veterinarian are very nice and thorough! The veternerian spent almost 50 minutes with me and only charged a resonable 50.00 visit fee. They were very caring to my dog Titus!

Dr Ruger and the staff at Cherry Grove Animal Hospital have been taking care of my dogs for 8 years. Everyone is friendly and more importantly, my Huskies like the people there.

Very pleased with the care my dog received. Dr. Rueger was very thorough in explaining what treatment my dog required, and followed up to see if I had any questions, and make sure there were no complications.

I absolutely love the staff here. Everyone from the front desk to the vets are friendly and welcoming. My animals have always received wonderful care by people who obviously enjoy what they do. I've also found them to be very reasonably priced on standard services while also being very proactive in finding ways to make long term care affordable.

Dr. Young has been so considerate and helpful with both of my dogs. He went above and beyond at both visits, and promptly called with test results. He spent a lot of time taking care of my girls, and I am happy that in what turned out to be a bad situation for one of my dogs I had such a thorough and caring veterinarian. Everyone in the practice was kind and helpful! I highly recommend this practice.
