Great care and service. A bit pricey, but our little guy is worth it! Great at giving updates and not acting put off when we called for such. Discharge instructions were thorough and better than what we’ve received in the past, even for my own hospitalizations!

Great competency, professionalism, and caring loving attitude. I don’t say this often but this place was almost perfect and helping me with my seriously ill pet.

Best ER pet facility in the area. The vets and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and strive to make the animals healthy again. Prices are high. But the quality of care makes it worth it. Responded quickly to my dog's keto acidosis, and he is doing much better!

Coming to an emergency vet is what no one wants to do but the staff at this facility made it easier with their compassion. We brought our dog in, they took him straight back and we talked to the vet very quickly. They gave us our options and did not pressure or judged us at any time for the decision we made. Unfortunately we made a decision to put our beloved dog down, and when we made the decision they were with us every step of the way and supported our decision. It was heartbreaking but the staff and the vet showed us compassion we needed. Thank you.

A couple of doctors are trustworthy, they tell you the truth about your pets illness, but there are others that will lie to you and run up the bill. We took our puppy Jenny there, we had only had her 6 hours. She had a brain infection. The vet told us there was nothing they could do. We put her down. But 5 months later we had another puppy we had had for 4 months and she had kidney failure. The doctors kept telling us they could get her to a point where she would be ok. It would just take several days in the hospital. Well 8,000 dollars later and we had to put her down. Our regular vet told us that she had kidney failure and would never survive.

The care that Dr. Moore and her team have shown, not only Abby, but us as well, is wonderful! Of course, we're here because our pet has a serious health issue. You never expect that and have to work through it. It's much easier when you're shown this kind of care. The communication has been incredible. I feel that I am completely informed of what's going on and what to expect. Dr. Moore consulted with us for almost an hour just so that we would have all of the information we needed to decide how to move forward. Abby wasn't even a patient yet! They're amazing! If you have critical pet care needs. You need to come here!

I am so impressed with your hospital- everyone was so professional and caring. Dr Geyer was amazing! She took the time to explain everything very clearly and was very calming and thorough. I really appreciated that I could come and visit Meera twice during her stay. Vet techs/nurses were awesome too. I learned how to give Meera pills, syringes and take her temp. The learning curve was steep but I felt very supported. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this hospital. Thorough, patient, kind, professional.

Caring & Compassionate staff and Vets with the only downside is the cost. Expect the price you pay to be 3 to 5 times as much as you pay with your regular vet.

The staff at Care Center are always happy and very helpful from those who answer calls to the technicians I see whenever I am there. Communication between Care Center and me is always clear and easy to understand.

Very thankful for Patrick (our Dr for KeeKee) and the great staff who helped us through a very difficult evening and morning with losing our cat. We appreciate all the efforts and mostly the care you all showed during our time there. We are happy to know that coming there allowed our cat to leave with some comfort and safety instead of being in so much pain due to her condition. Thanks for putting your caring hands on her.

The staff is very caring and spent a lot of time with me explaining my dogs illness, all the options, answered questions, etc. I feel my pet is in the best hands possible.

Dr Moore is outstanding! She explained everything that is going on with Sage. She patiently waited for both of us to ask questions about Sage cancer. Even though we're not getting any treatments from Care Center, she reassured us that she is still part of the team with Dr Back at Medvet Dayton to treat Sage. Compassionate and thorough and left us very reassured that all will do the best to care for Sage

Care Center Vets are astounding! Our pug Franklin has severe hip dysplasia and Ginger and Aspen have helped him so much through physical therapy, it's like he a puppy again! Thank you so much!

Customer service is a 10+. The compassion and understanding of my emotions and concerns was not trivialized. Everyone from the desk to Dr Rowe took their time explaining their portion of my dogs appt.

Dr. Howe was great. He was upset he couldn't provide us with a specific ailment, but we were just looking for no surgery! He still took his time and explained everything and answered all of our questions and concerns, without the slightest attempt to rush us out, despite it being dinner time.

Very caring and sympathetic staff that listens to your concerns and cares about you and your pet. Great service!

I could not be happier with the care my 9 month old Great Dane received. She would not be alive if wasn't for the quick response given by the Care Center. When I pulled up staff came running to help get her out of my vehicle and quickly taken back for surgery. She had the Great Dane, bloat/ stomach flip. Thank you so much for saving my dog's life!!!

Excellence in Customer Service...Well... long story short. My girl went rabbit chasing this past Friday. A member of our community found had brought her to your 24hr... clinic to have her micro chip read. Well the folks at the clinic couldn't reach me... as my phone was damaged while was chasing the dog that chased the rabbit but they also called my emergency contact... many thanks that community member that brought her to you.. and many thanks to your staff that cared enough to help... Sylvie is back home.. thanks again!!

It has been 3 months since our dog, Ellie passed away. She was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that required surgery. We followed the surgery with chemotherapy pills and our good girl held on for 6 more months. During her time as a patient at the care center she was treated with the very best care. Although it still hurts to think of the difficult process of slowly saying goodbye to her, it is comforting to know that the doctors and staff had her very best interest at heart. After her passing we were surprised to receive a very heartfelt sympathy card. Our family was very touched. We will treasure it always. I'd recommend Care Center because you all took such good care of Angel before she passed. Also, Bubba had surgery here and he's now cancer free! And now Jack goes to Care Center and Dr Megan Mclane and the cardio team has been AMAZING with Jack! They always treat him with such love and care :) Made sure Jack was comfortable and he gets marshmallows and he loves it :)

I took my cat for thyroid treatment, and the team was so professional and kind, from the initial communication to the follow-up. Communication was outstanding, and I felt so confident and comfortable in the care of my cat. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The care team was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We also appreciated that the Care Center followed Covid protocols and required masks.
