From the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable. We were greeted warmly and professionally. And of course the all loved our new baby golden-doodle, so that was cool too. The Vet Tech listened to our concerns and took notes to make sure the Vet addressed. The Vet, Dr Ziller, was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more patient and thorough and educational experience ! I am now 100% sure we made to right decision by going there for our very first puppy exam! We will be back!

Been coming here a long time and finally pulled the plug. This place use to be amazing and I truly am bewildered wondering what happened. My dog was having a skin issue and I brought her here four separate times and was given the same meds every time to the same result. She never got better. Every time I would call for an appointment they were weeks out unless I wanted to pay the emergency rate. I would agree and pay the emergency rate to sit in a parking lot and get handed my dog twenty mins later with the same exact medication and a heavy price tag. I felt like this place took full advantage of covid and even after restrictions kept the same sit in your car policy in place at their convenience. Terrible decision. Lost my business. I want to discuss issues with a vet and be able to point concerns lumps etc. truly felt like they would just run them in and turn them out as quickly as possible. Truly felt as if there was no true care about anyone’s pets. Many people I know feel the same way and also no longer go here. I went to a dermatologist for my pets skin issue and he said the medication they prescribed four separate times was actually making the issue worse and said the diagnosis they gave was completely off the mark and borderline malpractice to keep prescribing it for the same issue. The dermatologist had my dog fixed for good in two weeks whereas this vet had made the problem worse and after four trips and two years later was still insisting on the same meds. Insane. This place went way down hill and it’s hard to say as I was loyal and enjoyed this practice for a long time. Good luck I hope you are able to correct this for your practices sake. I won’t be back.

I have been taking my dog to Beechmont Pet Hospital since I got him almost 4 years ago. The Beechmont staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They Take great care of my dog and I never have to question it. They take time to explain every detail no matter the appointment. I will continue to bring all my pets here for as long as I live in the area.

They were really nice. My dog was nervous and skittish, and the doctor got down on the floor with him. The charge was reasonable, too. Also a well organized operation, with what seem to be better facilities than any other vets I've seen locally.

I really appreciated the care that was shown to me by Dr. Hartig. My cat Snickers wasn't feeling well and my normal vet Banfield was booked solid. Beechmont was able to get me in on a same day appointment. My cat unfortunately did not make it. It was a very emotional and difficult time for me as it's the first time that I've ever had to put a pet to sleep. The care and compassion she and others showed toward me and my cat - I was so appreciative.

We love Beechmont Pet hospital, especially Dr. Meyer, regardless of whether we have a routine visit or vaccine or have a sick dog, it is always a great experience.

Me and my pup, Olive, had a great experience at Beechmont Pet Hospital. They were nothing but sweet and professional. They spoke to Ollie as if she was their own and I could tell Ollie felt comfortable with them. This really helped me feel more comfortable leaving her with the staff. They called me with updates and were very thorough at pickup. They made sure to tell me how Ollie did and what I needed to do when we got home. One of the vet techs even carried her to the car for me because I couldn’t with my injured back! Overall a great and easy experience while being highly affordable. Thanks, Beechmont Pet Hospital!

I’ve used and loved this veterinarian office for over 20 years. They’ve always been reasonable about pricing and truly want people to be able to enjoy their pets without breaking the bank. They offer a shot clinic so you can get necessary shots without paying for an office visit. The facilities are clean and welcoming and the technicians and Dr’s are great to people and pets alike. We are fortunate to have such a great facility in the Anderson/Mt Washington area.

I’ve been through the ringer here. I had so many issues 6-8 months or so ago and I remained loyal even after talking through it all with the office manager. Things I won’t even list here because I did feel they truly were sorry for all the mix ups. Then after all that, it gets very frustrating to be judged and shamed on choosing to opt out of bloodwork at a teeth cleaning for a healthy dog based on how expensive your bloodwork is compared to other vets. Made me sit through a lecture and sign extra paperwork about it. I then opted to do the ‘cheaper bloodwork for the basics’ at $70 and they still acted like I was an awful pet owner for only doing that. Then a month later my other dog truly needed bloodwork so I didn’t hesitate to do it, and then I never heard back about if that bloodwork was fine or not and had to follow up multiple times. I still said nothing but now.. Now, finding out your policy on Chewy and having to mail prescriptions in seems illogical and/or greedy. (I was told it was because they don’t trust Chewy is sending real product.. which makes no sense) It also causes me more time and money to mail prescriptions in plus the wait time. I buy every single other prescription from you but for heartworm wanted to remain loyal to Chewy as they’ve been great to us. I appreciate you agreeing to approving it this one time but with all the other issues I had here + this I’m reconsidering coming back. Which stinks because there was one vet we finally found there we loved who did actually seem to have it together. Hopefully you’ll reconsider your Chewy policy since it makes no logical sense and just causes frustration + rethink how you’re treating customers during the bloodwork conversation.

My dog is very , very fearful of the vet but Beechmont Pet Hospital did an incredible job of getting the things Coco needed to have done in a quick and kind manner making it less stressful for her!

I've been taking my dogs here for 12 years and they are great. All the staff is caring and awesome. Usually easy to get an appointment, even with staffing issues that are going around.

My 12 yr old diabetic cat got excellent care there. They were so responsive and caring. He may even be in remission. :). Now I’ve moved my dog to their care and they are fixing her up too.

My old vet retired and I had to find a new one for my furry loved ones. A friend of mine suggested Beechmont Pet Hospital so I decided to try them. I absolutely love the services, friendliness, and their work ethic. Not once have I been even slightly disappointed in my visits. I would highly recommend Beechmont Pet Hospital.

Got an appt next day. Very kind and sweet vet who didn’t run any unnecessary tests. Felt very comfortable knowing he was checked thoroughly and given an antibiotic which is what I wanted and thought he needed as well. Just can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone is from start to finish. Been going here for decades!

We had our dog spayed at Beechmont Pet Hospital after doing extensive research based on price and quality of care. They are easily the best of both in the whole Cincinnati-Dayton area besides UCAN Non Profit Pet Clinic. We were able to get in quickly and with UCAN - they were out 9 months and we didn’t want to wait. Couldn’t be happier.

I absolutely love this place! All of the doctors are great. There scheduling is quick and easy to get in. My dog was neutered yesterday and was so well taken care of. Beechmont Pet Hospital is the best!

I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else for care., have taken many pets tp Beechmont Pet Hospital for care than 35 years and highly recommend their care and compassion. Friendly staff and the best animal hospital ever, in my estimation.

This past Saturday was my first visit to Beechmont Pet Hospital. I had heard many positive things about them, and I had been on the verge of leaving my previous vet for a few years. Based on this visit, I’m very pleased with my decision to make the switch. The tech and Dr. Seifert were attentive, knowledgeable, loving, patient, and kind. I really like the lobby/waiting room. It is sectioned off with seating in a plus sign formation. My pup is very reactive and I was able to keep him calm and quiet because he could not see other pets. I appreciate the option to schedule online. The front desk took care of getting my dog’s records from the prior vet. I cannot yet comment on value because I have not had the opportunity to compare the invoice to one from my previous vet. Even if it is a little more expensive, it is worth it.
